berkenaan tiket dan cargo
saya mohd hafizuddin bin amman ingin membuat complain bahawa saya sudah membeli cargo 10KG dengan pembayaran berjaya dibuat rm95.40sen pada tarikh 13/05/2019. setelah saya tiba di airport tawau sabah, saya telah dimaklumkan yang tiket saya tidak mempunyai cargo sama sekali. dan saya dimaklumkan untuk menghubungi customer service mas airline. selepas berbincang dengan pegawai customer service, pegawai itu berkata mereka tidak dapat menolong saya dan pegawai itu mengmaklumkn saya bahawa duit yang saya dah buat pembayaran itu akan di pulangkan dalam masa 4 hari berkerja dan pegawai itu menyuruh saya membuat bayaran cargo secara normal iaitu rm22.++. total cargo saya 7KG dan saya disuruh membuat pembayaran semula rm155.00. harap pihak atasan memandang serius isu saya ini kerana saya tidak dapat ape-ape maklumat dan tidak di beritahu ape2 tentang pembelian cargo saya tidak berjaya. saya tidak dapat call dan tidak dapat ape2 email dari mas airline.
