AliExpress long processing time

i have waited for 39 days and my product did not arrive me so i asked for refund and the process took 7 days and finally they accepted to pay me back but it is also take long days up to 21 workday. why do we have to wait that long time ? is it fair ? totally more than 2 months. for all these process i lost many hours on computer and got nothing. i advise you to rethink before ordering any product from ali... this was my first and last shopping.

Hello my name is Pall Ragnarsson. Sorry have to complain about one of your client.He send me a led christmas light which should be red but the colour he sent me was pink-purple and refuse to pay me back my money. I say this is a faulty product and not acceptable.
I send you open disput with this company and ask you to end this issue and pay my money back.

I know that you did pay a string and post cost. But your product is not that you shown on your picture and once again the color is not red. So that is our mistake and a very bad business and actually dishonest business to advise pepople to buy a products by your advertise at Aliexpress.

You are still trying to tell me that your color is red, but it is not.
You can not decide what is red because there is a national standard for red color. I am a lightinng designer so you can not tell me what is red color, I konw what is red. Your have a picture of your product at AliExpress wich show me a red color Christmas Led.
I send you a picture wich I took of your pink-purpule Led and another one wich is red Chrismas Led to show you the diffrent. And if you are selling for AliExpress then you have to have color wich is international. Now you have to tell me by yes or no about paying me back my money, so I can go any futher with this case.

AliExpress faulty product refund

I had bought an LCD screen for samsung galaxy s7 edge order ID [protected] after using some days a pink line appeared from top to bottom of screen and eventually went on increasing and ciuldnot use it by now. When the line appeared on screen I talked to the seller about the faulty screen but they said they donot have another product to replace and as I have used the faulty LCD for sometime they will refund partially although the problem appeared within warranty period.
Seller offered me $45 For a product of $295.21. I said no at least 80% I need but they went on bargaining and now its been around 1 month or more they are offering $85 refund. They are just langering the process and not responding. Please help to make refund

AliExpress thief aliexpress and acesee - mantia he is distributing promotions with his stolen money.

Aliexpress continues to fraud. The buyers are getting their reward coins from their hands. It fakes with counterfeit and high priced products. They also distribute them as gifts only to their relatives.

Rogue and dishonest As a matter of fact, he sells promotions with the money he stole from people.
Acesee offical store - Mantia He in Aliexpres is distributing presents with stolen money. Trying to advertise sympathetically!
Moreover, it shows that the product value is high, and it becomes common to Aliexpress's greediness..

Sorry for I have to complain regarding a delivery issue. The seller says product has been shipped to me but I never received it. I have checked everywhere here at pakistan post but never got the product. I went to tracking C17 tracking and found out that the product was in Guangzhou on the 11th Jan and on the 11th Jan the AliExpress tracking says successfully delivered. I have open dispute with the seller but she has rejected. What to do. I have ordered so many times from AliExpress but never had any problems. This is the first time. The seller has merged all my 3 products in one shipment and I lost all of them due to negligence of whom I don't know.

AliExpress delivery of my order

I have ordered a product from this store : (https://www.aliexpress.com/store/2953195).
According to all information on tracking sites the package has been delivered, but I didn't received it or got'n any confirmation on where it is wright now!
I have spoken to the package courier in order to open up an investigation but I was told that I am not a customer and it should be done by the seller.
I opened up a dispute and requested a refund but was refused because seller is not willing to investigate!

AliExpress tevo tornado 3d printer./ late with shipment. still not shipped the product

I have ordered a 3D printer.

It is stated on the website that they will ship with DHL. The seller has said that it takes 2-3 days to prepare the package and delivery takes 4-5 days.

they have chosen to send the package with FEDEX IE .. but all they have done is send the information about the package to fedex. The package itself is not delivered to FEDEX.

The order and payment were made 2017-12-25.

They told me they should send several times but nothing happens. Now they are blaming FEDEX not to receive the package because they have a lot in stock to be sent. They would actually ship with DHL according to their website and according to them, it is a delivery guarantee of 23 days.

I have called FEDEX and asked if they are not receiving packages because they are full. The answer was no, that's not right. We only got information about the package and nothing more.

Now they have stopped responding to my emails.

AliExpress payment problems

Good day,

I have been purchasing through AliExpress for almost 2 years. Today, I tried to make online payment with the same Credit card which I have used before to buy through the AliExpress site. I used two different cards, personal and Business and both cards have been declined due to so called "Secutiry reasons".

Surely after making over 100 transactions and not having experienced payment problems in the past you would ensure this is avoided.

AliExpress are now telling me I need to dispute this which requires me sending proof of card, statement and other personal info.

AliExpress pet hair removal gloves

I ordered this little glove to help me remove excess cat hair, I paid $3 and single dollar for the delivery.
one day after a few weeks waiting, I get an email saying I received and signed for the package.
Because I know I did not, I contacted Ali express.
The nightmare begins here:
First they were arguing that I did get it as I signed for it, then they sent me to investigate myself, saying I need to prove that I did not get the package.
I called the post office, they never heard about this tracking number, the Ali express representatives were lost, they are so nice and useless (not their fault, just doing their jobs), they didn't know anything, until after a few days, one of them told me to check at DHL and I did, there I found it was not sent through the post office but by DHL Asia, this DHL branch were using a local company which is famous for never delivering to the clients, they were all over the news (they claim that it's Aliexpress fault in some way).
So I called this local delivery company asking for my package, they said it was lost and that they updated the tracking saying that and that I should dispute and Aliexpress will refund, I did exactly that, I had a proof that I never received the package.
So you think I got my money back? think again, I had to wait for over a month hearing all kind of excuses and today I finally got they news that my request for a refund was denied.
The amount of money here is not high, just $4, but think about it, the same will happen also for $200 and you are not protected like you are with paypal, there is no real client protection.
Moreover, the time I had to spend to handle this issue was not worth it.
Bottom line, Aiexpress thinks we are stupid but we are not, there are enough platforms to shop with and I am closing my AliExpress account! They took my money without giving the product and then called me a theif, they'll do it to you too!

AliExpress payment portal

I have been a huge customer of AliExpress for the past 6 years. I am even a diamond member because I spend so much on there. This week I tired to make purchases using the same credit cards I always used, and AliExpress rejected them. They won't even reply to emails or get back to me. Even the suppliers are confused at why my transactions failed. Very disappointing and bad of AliExpress to treat loyal customers this way. Does it mean I cannot purchase from there ever again?

I ordered product June 2017 which never arrived. Despite messaging the store they kept replying to wait and be patient and to not open a dispute. I was concerned about the time period lapsing and even told them about this but I believe they deliberately stalled me so I could not open a dispute. So I received no product or refund. AliExpress order not received

I'm disappointed in aliexpress On the 17 October 2017 I made an order, according to the description of the article the delivery time was between 7 to 15 days by dhl .
Unfortunately I had never received anything, I contacted dhl, they asked me to contact the post office what I did, they told me that the package is returned to the sender because it does not comply with their terms and conditions (no customs documents example the invoice) .
I contacted the seller asking him to send me another package, he answered me that he has not yet received the package .
So what will I do?

AliExpress refund

I ordered a musicbox and it never received me. The box was sent by Silna Tang via Aliexpress. He or she promissed me to give me my money back, but I never hear from him or her again. I keep sending mails, but I don't get an answer. I only get commercial mails, but never an answer. Last time I heard anything was in october. AliExpress refund scam

I have connected to aliexpress before 1 month, I think that they give cheap things. so I bought a smartwatch having price $42.15, but after half an hour I cancelled my order and they said that my amount is credited to my account in 20 buisness days. After that I contacted many of times and on every chat they told me next date. Then after 2 months they give me a ARN numberand told that my amount is credited to my account and I have to contact to my bank and asked them about refund using ARN number. When I contact to my bank, they said that it is wrong ARN number. And now what can I do, I have lost my money.

ALIEXPRESS has a ridiculous refund policy. They charged me for the item + applicable taxes. When I never received the item and opened a dispute, they refunded only the amount for the item and kept the taxes collected for themselves. I chatted with them several times and they would not refund the tax collected and offered only an apology for inconvenience.

BUYER BEWARE - they will cheat you this way.

I have since opened a dispute with my credit card company to see if they can do anything about this.

I ordered a airbrush kit months ago, and it never showed up, so after a long story I was told I would be refunded, and now months later I still don't have the refund. When I go look it just says processing and again it's been months. And 65 use isn't pocket change. I want my money simple as that.
