AliExpress Payment through ubl master card.

Hello.
I am trying to buy some products from Ali Express for the first time but the payment is not getting deducted from my account.
I always get the message that we need to verify your identity. kindly check your email within 24 hrs.
But i never get the email.

AliExpress order not delivered

I ordered a product from AliExpress on 25 Jan which was going to be delivered by yanwen economic air mail but there is no update about the order after 29 jan 2019 it's already 22 Feb 2019 still no update about it. please help regarding this issue. I want to know where is my product and it will get delivered by which date or atleast update the tracking status

My order number98681481557705 have not been ship since 3 week I have contacted the seller but he doesn't reply. I have already made payment n it the first time I have any issue like that since I am a platinum member on aliexpress I have purchased lot n lots of items but now I am so dissatisfied with this sellers. I'm complaining about not recieving my order i ordered on 11/11/18 when it said on the app that the order is delivered! I called liban post and they said they didn't receive the product. This is order ID [protected] and this is the tracking number RP089323203CN.

I made an order on 11-11-2018 from Adventure-Club Store.
I didn't get my order and I opened a dispute.
Days later the seller begged me to close dispute that my order will soon arrive.
I close dispute. And till 19-02-2019. I have not received my order yet.

AliExpress 100 cm led wall lamp

The lamp I ordered has arrived well packed but absolutely dead.
I ensured that all wires connected properly and AC power reaches the power a DC converter. Then took pictures, and opened a dispute.
The seller gave me options to refund money or replace faulty lamp with a good one, which I went for.
The seller kept insisting to close open dispute and I answered that it can be done after they sent a new working lamp.
The next day AE had closed a dispute without any feedback.
When I requested explanation the seller response was "AE already handled it"...
All attempts to appeal had no result, full ignorance.
I had many successful purchases from AE, but this one was the worst ever experience looking as a cancer of the resource.
The attitude and the way how seller and AE Customer Support Service acted is below any acceptable level.

AliExpress even customer service lie to you. order number:- 98339736968684

I have been trying to cancel an order for approximately two weeks. I have contacted their 'customer service' over this issue several times but to be honest they are no help even if you can get them to understand what you are saying in their 'chat'. You try to reply to an email supposedly copied in on the email they sent to the seller but you get no response.
A couple of days ago I asked if they are able to view the contents of the message centre to see for themselves the issue I am having with this seller and the reply was, 'No I cannot'.
Today I tried complaining again to be told they look through the messages to resolve issues between buyers and sellers. When I challenged them on this my 'chat', their equivalent of customer service, was more or less immediately cut off.
I then instigated another 'chat' to report such behaviour and the representative could not care less even when I stated that I shall wait for the three days for the order to cancel automatically and when I receive my refund I am closing my account. I may just as well told a brick wall my complaint as that would have achieved the same response.

Do their customers mean that little to them?

Until this point I have been happy trading with Aliexpress but now I shall go anywhere to avoid trading with them. How can you trade with a company whose customer services are LIARS themselves?

It was exactly the same thing I got from Ali's customer service. They did nothing but saying they understand and send a message which did not do anything. If they think the tension is getting higher, they just cut me off like I clicked on the "Chat ending" which I did not know when did I do it.

If there is any problem, you are on your own.

Have not received my goods or refund as promised by customer service on AliExpress. I am owed either 50 battery or $430 AUD. I was unable to pick the item up due to the lack of customer support from the seller nor was I notified of where to pick it up until it had been returned to the seller. The item has been returned back to the seller and I have no items or no money; which is very upsetting.
Please resolve this as I am a big customer who purchase nearly everything off aliexpress.

AliExpress wrong item received, refund was canceled by store, aliexpress support decision of fraudulent store

Wrong item received, contacted seller and asked for a refund from the store.
I submitted photo evidence from the package together with the wrong item which I received.

To my surprise the refund was canceled by the S925 Store on aliexpress.com and the seller said you have received item.
Aliexpress.com support stores decision to cancel refund.(working hand in hand to fraud, that is corruption on high level, just to mention aliexpress is listed on stock exchange).
But seller sent a message with arrogance And asked if you order another item from our store we will then send the correct item aswell.
That is fishy fraud, you order another and you receive the item or not, or another wrong in combination.It is that sort of annoyment you can complain to IFRS to address the standards, investigate aliexpress and force the fraudsters out. Or shut down company and Blacklist CEO's if found corruptive and involvement indirectly with fraudlike activity.
IFRS can take complaints to intelligence authorities and when a company receives enough complaints, it may be banned from world stock exchange.and CEO's can be blacklisted so they can never open a sales or trade company ever again.
Good advice is telling the media first and then if if you wish you can hire a lawyer to file a civil lawsuit against store or atleast build up solid case enough to get your rights, and put fraudsters out of business forever.

"The international standards for consumers is that the customer have right for a refund when wrong item is received from a store".

Search for, International Financial Apliance Committee. They can shut down stores and companies on International level if store/company is found fraudent or curruptive. ask a lawyer for advice usually that is free of charge and is a good start.

China have many good gadgets and goods to sell, but the fraudsters is infamous worldwide issue.
Transparency, respect and FairPlay/ fair trade is important cases to fight for.

AliExpress selling refurbished/defective phones with brand new tag

Seller is selling refurbished defective phone with brand new label. I have checked with oneplus customer service that warranty is expired and also shared video of microphone is not working but AliExpress rejected my dispute.
I have tried to escalate this issue to as much as possible through Facebook, live chat but AliExpress is not bothered to help me. The same user has cheated many people and they have lost 100s of dollars

I paid amount AED 150.99 via Debit card ending with 7950 . On 28 Jan 2019.at 3.03 pm.
For incubator controller two different models.

When I go search the delivery status its shows Delivery awaiting.

When I check My orders it shows "no order"

I have canceled this order from a long time, and whenever I communicate with them "Mi Global Store" the seller does not give an answer to my order cancellation request. This seller is not cooperating at all and I don't know why you are dealing with vendors like this. They are not care about oils at all. I want a solution to my problem with them and refund my amount in my account, You as a reputable site and have a good reputation that you will find me a solution with them.

AliExpress ps/2 to usb adapter converter usb

I got 2 converters, but none of them worked properly.
I got the message that usb device is not recognized every time I plug it into the computer
Every time I plug in nothing happens, I got the message in the right corner that device is not recognizable and when I press any key on the keyboard nothing happens
I've tried to check it on the other computers, both of the converters but still nothing happens and the devices dont work.

AliExpress lcd clock

Seller admitted sending item to wrong address. Promised to re send replacement after chinese new year but dragged this. Later when I lodged a dispute process through alibaba, seller asked that I cancel dispute in order that he send me item. On advice of alibaba agent, I cancelled dispute process. Still seller did not send item and I believe he was holding out for expiry period to get money instead. I have since, on advice of another alibaba agent to reinstate dispute and ask for refund as seller is no longer trustworthy.

AliExpress failure to deliver and misconduct

Hello, I am having a problem with the seller named hew rui, he is refusing to ship my order and at the same time he is rejecting order cancellation because he wants me to put a false reason as to why he cannot deliver my order. I continuously asked him to ship the order but all he cares about is the review of his shop. It has been nearly a month now since I paid for my order and it has not yet arrived. AliExpress 26 inch foldable mountain bike

Bought a mountain foldable bike from aliexpress seller name (warm beach store) since 8th feb and I had messaged the seller since 5th feb and he never respond and even after the end of their chinese new year he also never respond and didn't ship the bike till now and when you call AliExpress customer service to contact him through his phone number they told me they don't have his number or any other contact details except email which he never respond to it, how aliexpress has no any contact number with the seller how they let the seller sell in their site and his information page is completely empty even no license how they made us vulnerable for this kind of humiliation and all their response thats we can do

AliExpress dolago hair; bad quality hair that is fake not human hair

Do not buy from Dolago hair on Aliexpress! They sent me extremely bad hair that was full of short hairs, lots of small hairs sticking out, too frizzy, extremely tangled and matted as if I had owned the hair for several years, the bangs were stringy and not full as promised with a sizeable gap between some of the strands on one side they were completely sparse, the hair was extremely thin not 150% destiny at all and the hair shed a lot! This is the worst hair I have ever gotten when I have bought a lot of hair over the years. This hair was terrible from the moment that I opened the package.

The company also leave fake reviews using pictures of women with hair from other companies pretending that it is their hair, then they write many fake 5 star reviews from supposed "Americans" writing in very broken english. When I did a burn test with some strands of the hair that had shed, the hair melted slowly into a ball rather than burning, smelt like rubber and gave black smoke. That shows that this hair is fake, it is synthetic hair and not human hair. Real human hair does not melt, I used some of my natural hair to compare and the hair burned instantly into a ball and smelled like burning hair. I paid £170 for fake bad hair!

The seller is a liar who lied that they told me when they shipped the hair not to leave a bad review if I want a refund, they never did this. In the dispute when I returned the hair they lied saying that I seriously damaged the hair. Please do not buy from this awful company! Bad hair and bad manners. Scammers. The worst company I have ever dealt with.
