I am really very disappointed and nobody seems to assist me, just empty promises...

I've received the product very quick and in a safe order. BUT unfortunately, the tool wasn't working as described. I was very disappointed and I opened a Dispute.
I was chatting with the seller and agreed to send it back to them. The seller told me that they will accept my return just if I'll close the Dispute, which I've done...
The product has been sent next day and the seller which also RECEIVED it in 2 weeks after - on 17 of August 2017.
Since then I am keep on chatting with the seller (chat attached), with the life chat (customer care...) NOBODY seems to help me and proceed for a REFUND.
The seller recommended me that if I have to re-open the Dispute in order for them to help me and give me a refund.
It's IMPOSSIBLE!
The Dispute has a time limit and a message is keep on coming, saying that I cannot be able to do it now, as is too late...

AliExpress partial refund received instead full refund promised

Order No:[protected] error on AliExpress Case Management Team resolution

I got an item with a damaged screen . I had to send him back at my expense with tracking number RR683273465IL from Israel to CHINA item received by seller with confirmation. But instead get full refund 127.99 usd refunded partialy only 102.39 usd by error reason that item stay with me. Appeal not work. So where is my 25.60 usd ?
.There's no protection for the buyer.

AliExpress Fraud company

I have been ordering from this company for a while now. I will never use this company again. I ordered a beach cover up last year and i have been going back and forth with the seller. I send the seller a picture and noing. I reached out to the customer service and nothing. I didn't an appeal and sent another picture and nothing still. This company is a fraud.

AliExpress bad place for shopping

Yes, they are cheap and their variety of products is huge and maybe sometimes it seems they have a great management. But it's a big mistake.
The quality of goods is usually awful or they can ship items you didn't order or in a different color or shape. And if you open a dispute it doesn't mean you will win. You will probably lose it.
So stay away from them.

AliExpress seller changing the advertisement, of a fur coat to imitation after I put in a dispute

i ordered a real fur coat from a seller on ali express, please see document submitted advertising real fur, when the item arrived it was in fact imitation fur, i opened a dispute and provided evidence of my order and the advertisement. the seller then asked me to cancel the dispute and he would refund me, i decided not to as i did not trust him. the seller then went on to change the advertisement to imitation fur, lied to me and ali express, even though i have provided evidence ali express closed the dispute and will not refund my money

AliExpress still didn't get shoes from two different sellers

Hello,

I have ordered two pair of shoes from two different sellers approximately at the same period.
I had some health issues and stayed at the hospital for some time, and so when my packages arrived I wasn't able to go to the post office and get them.

When I finally managed to go, the post office employee informed me that my packages have been sent back. I have contacted both sellers letting them know about the situation and it's been a very very long time and they tell me they didn't get anything back yet...

I don't know what to do about this. I want either a refund or if they can send me the shoes again.. But none of them seems to have got the packages back. At least according to what the tell me...

AliExpress Never again

I received an order that did not match the description. they promised to return my money only after I send it back to China. I can't find their email or phone number to just contact them and clarify the situation. They only have a stupid chat that works like crap and people who talk to you don't always understand what you want from them. They don't speak a proper English so that causes a lot of problems. I have spent weeks on this without reaching my goal.
So please try to choose better services even if you have to pay more.

AliExpress I will never do business with them again

This is the most disappointing online store ever. I'm so tired of them. My mother's birthday is today and I ordered a present for her 2 months ago. The website says it hasn't shipped yet. When I contacted the seller and described my problem, the only thing he asked was whether he could help me or not. And it repeated several times. After every message I sent I saw the same message from the seller. Is this a joke or what? I'm so angry. I will never buy anything from this hell.

AliExpress hurom hh elite hh-sbf11 slow juicer malfunctioning

I bought a probably fave Juicer from Ali Express from a store named SU SHOP Store. the product broke on the second use (broken auger). the store sent me a replacement part and it broke again on the next use.
I requested to return the product, which is probably fake, although the store swears its real.
The store is not willing to return my money until they receive the product, but I cannot trust them.
In addition they are not willing to pay for the delivery although Ali express buyer protection rules that they must.
when I approached ali express a few times, they did nothing useful, except sending an email to the store to please talk to the customer.
the store ingnored them, and ali express service is terrible.
will never buy anything from ali express. stay away from ali express

AliExpress Avoid Aliexpress!!!

Don't order anything from them!
My Samsung Phone arrived in July even though I bought it in May. All I wanted was to have a guarantee and wrote to a merchant for the protection extending. I needed to be sure that I would refund my money after unseen situations. However, it didn't happen, they just said I don't have to worry. What may happen?

As I said I got my phone, but it was broken. I opened the dispute and the seller finally answered me advising to send the phone back and get my money. That's what I did and got my phone back without any repair or refund.

Please don't buy anything from Ali. There are so many other places for ordering items!

AliExpress custom electric guitar

the store is DK factory direct..
the seller is Qin Shuli

the guitar was sent to me with damage & faults .. obviously made at the factory... they did not include additional parts that they OKe'd.. such as other bridge & other pickups.

initially Qin Shuli gave me a false tracking number ...
I suspected something & put in a paypal claim ..
they assured me everything was all right, & tricked me into closing my claim..

I received the guitar, with cracked & broken, scratched, faulty wood machining, blemished paint finishes ... they would not reply to my complaint.. I have contacted aliexpress complaints dept.. & paypal regarding fraudulent cutomer service.

AliExpress q7 mini 480p wifi dvr wireless ip camcorder

I bought the above IP Camera from this seller called Live4music Store
the camera received was not working so i demand a refund and the seller
promised to send a replacement one to me. But eventually I did not receive. I wanted to put in the dispute but the period was over.
I know I cannot get my money back but i also do not want to see this kind of
scammers in Aliexpress. Pls banned this seller from your selling site

AliExpress product never received

I ordered a product with your company a pair of LED boys shoes size 3.5 it seems that the sellers ship the product and Midway cancelled the shipment I received several emails from AliExpress asking me to attach the tracking information so that my money will not be released to the seller I've sent 3 separate emails with the tracking information and I still received an email from AliExpress stating that they have released the payment because they never received the three emails I am sending a photo with all the proper documents and I hope you get back to me as soon as possible I don't know why I am having this issue my son starts school and this is a very inconvenience for my family my son has no shoes currently please help.

AliExpress not receiving my item

My original order ID [protected] the order arrived with the print of the dress upside down, I sent this back and 4 months later it was returned to me the same, I liked the dress so much I just decided to re-order it, as it was not cost effective to send it back again, so I re-ordered the dress. this time my order is ID [protected] I have continually tracked it and according to the AliExpress site it has never left China, however I received a message asking me to submit a review as it had been delivered? I did explaining I was unable to give conclusive feedback as I still had not received the item! since then I have sent message after message asking the seller to contact me, but have received nothing! now I am out of pocket by $35.10 as the original dress is useless to me and the latest order has never arrived. all I want is the dress I ordered with the pattern the correct way up, Is this to much to ask? why do they not respond in the message center

I placed order of Laptop my order number is Id#[protected] I paid 199.99 USD including AliExpress standard shipping to Pakistan later on Chuwi Intelegent store update tracking number RS917612182NL when I was tracking the number no information was coming online then I mail the store to give me the correct tracking number they informed me that the product is over weight and I have to pay extra money about 80 USD for shipment through DHL

AliExpress payment deducted twice

Good morning,

2 days ago i have bough few smaller items in a cost of 3 euros. Everything was normal and money were deducted without any problem from my bank account, but today at 8 :30 AM were those money deducted again, making it 6 euros down from my bank account.

I know it is not a big amount of money, but it seems like an issue you should look into and possibly resolve for me.

AliExpress rude seller : the end cell phone cover

ON 1/8/17, I ordered a case from this seller. The payment went through on the second trial. After that, I received a very rude text from this seller asking me to pay up soon.

I went to Aliexpress chat and confirmed I have paid. However, I told them I want to cancel my order as I am offended by the way the seller denanded me to pay soon. The Aliexpress team informed me they will help me.

After few hours later, this same seller text me that I can apply refund if I need but he will not agree. This seller proven his/her service is very poor.

The way he demanded payment is uncalled for. He should check before jumping to conclusion. And now, he say he will not agree to cancel.

Hope Aliexpress refund me my money as he proven he is very rude and unreasonable.

AliExpress ldpe for film

I've ordered in china at the company, china boreal co. ltd, 20 tons ldpe granulat, and I have got a container full of white sand! Be carefull!
After many weeks of correspondence the deal appeared perfect, I had to pay half of the bill! So yesterday we controlled the container inbremerhaven, with the custom, and so we looked inside to many bags of white sand!

We bought ABS resin from Boreal China in March 2017.When we received the shipment it turn out to be salt. They claim that they are a small company and not the manufacturer and a third party ship on behalf of them.We are considering of taking legal action against them.

We still didn't hear from the Chinese Embassy but I have written to their bank in London. They also didn't come back to me yet. I think you should follow it from your bank. Can you please let me know if you get any update in the situation.

We also had a similar experience with this company China Boreal Plastic, the company is a FRAUD. We ordered Plastic Resins, but when we got the goods there were just Salt Bags in the conatiner.
