AliExpress wrong dispute resolution, without respecting client

The automated system for Dispute Resolution, does not include all needed options for client appealing wrongs AliExpress itself is doing, in identifying and understanding the complaint. The extended automated choices also do not include such cases where they are themselves wrong, and the online chat is as well not set to look into the records of the dispute - but the real problem is we as clients have no email way to respond or reach the company.
The company also asks for feedback, but there is no such email or any way for this feedback, so I am employing this, as the only way I can find to let AliExpress and consumers - there is a problem if there will be a problem of dispute with your order - which makes me think I shall have to use this company less in the future unless it lets me know they are reachable and not behind A WWW WALL.

Good day

I placed this order online with aliexpress through that store on the 25th July 2018. My delivery was supposed to arrive by the 23rd of September 2018. I did not receive the item by the 8th of October and when i tried to pen a dispute, the supplier said that delivery to south Africa takes a long time. Now i see the time has passed and aliexpress will not allow me to open a dispute. The tracking information only changed on the 10th of October and it is still not with me and it has been 3 months!

AliExpress issue login to my own aliexpress account

Greetings,

I had difficulty to login my own account as the same error pop up after login as system detect abnormal activity please use computer since yesterday. I just registered this account yesterday only and doesn't have any computer to use to login. Error receive also stated due to I had login from different location and device. The problem is I just login using one device only that is my own handphone.

AliExpress order no. [protected] - faulty watch

A month ago i submit a question to Smart home Online store which is one of the supplier regarding to watch i bought and receive few month ago.
more than a month ago the watch stopped working therefore i make a contact with the supplier.
at the beginning the supplier was cooperative and ask me question including request to share video and images.
I did all of they ask for by mail and thru the message system but now in the last month they disappear.

I try to check directly with the manufacturer, but his website guide to use the supplier

if it was a cheep watch, then issue can be forgiven, but this is a 200$ watch which work maybe 3 month

AliExpress [protected]/zmi 10 power bank

Product come about 3 weeks after the purchase and worked for 17 days in total. After that only 1 led flashes constandly and does not power anymore any device nor itself. Aliexpress buyer protection is no longer valid and when I contacted the customer support they told me that since the led flashes in the videos I provided, all is good. They just overlooked the fact that in the videos it does not charge my notebook nor that the led is stuck and flashes all the time. Bad, really bad customer support. I have made more than 135+ transactions within aliexpress and it was the first time I have contacted customer support, I am really disappointed with their attitude towards me. I will probably stop using Aliexpress and move to eBay again, thus they have better aftersales policy and I feel safer shopping from there.

The image do not match the item. It's extremely small and the measures are wrong.
The seller (SAVAGE Official Store) doesn't collaborate.
When I asked help the Aliexpress support did not provided any.
Very disappointing, I should be able to provide feedback regardless the time and Aliexpress should be more present in these situations. I will not be the only one that will be deceived.

Dear Madam, Sir,

Above item did not work upon arrival.
After complaining by supplier, he sent us replacement Electronic Controller which I put in operation and now I have light from this device.
But I am still not able to operate remote controller to change light colour as specified in product description.
I have long communication with the supplier as you can follow up in my ALIEXPRESS MESSAGE CENTER but since 29.09 he stopped supporting his product. To that point he wrote me a private mail which i will be able to forward to you if you give me your mail.
14.10 and today 22.10 repeatadly i tried to contact your customer service but without results.
I really wonder if you have an effective follow up on your customer service activity.
Anyhow, here i stay as Unsatisfied customer not only from the supplied goods, but also from the quality of ALIEXPRESS customer support.
I wish to express my Dis satisfaction on LINGSTONE supply quality but your Site structure do not allow me this after so much time the goods were received.

Just to remind you. Product description during ordering grants 3 years warranty on this Item. It seems to me that this do not work.

AliExpress [protected] /yanny bi suits store

I think fraudulent sellers has infiltrate d AliExpress. After I settle this dispute I will delete all AliExpress AP from my phone and shop locally. I ordered for a suit and when did seller didn't ship it I decided to cancel. But the seller refused. $101.51 the payment was already taken from my card. The seller has given two fake tracking numbers for the same item. The first tracking number did not exist. When I messaged the seller, they changed it again to another tracking number showing information of an item heading to South Africa, but I'm in Canada. I will NEVER use Ali Express again

I have asked for dispute for order No.[protected]. Because its unable to connect to internet and no straps in the watch. But Seller ask to return the item and then he agreed to pay my refund. But I told him to if he pay me the return shipping fee, I can return it. Because It's not practical to return item from Sri Lanka since shipping fee is very high. (Order prize - $ 18.93 & return shipping fee will be more than $ 20) But I trust Aliexpress and hoped they gave me a better solution. But Unfortunately Aliexpress to o gave a unfair solution for my Dispute request which is retun item and refund. What a customer service this is? This is not my fault. Its seller's fault. Then Why I should pay shipping fee? I am very dissapointed. I am a platinum member of Aliexpress and Now I am going to leave this site for ever.

The battery case I have received did not charge. So it was useless. I have emailed a video, showing that the item did not work. After I payed $2 for a replacement (the former Battery Case was out of stock so I needed to buy a more expensive one) it was replaced. Of course it took some time but that was okay. When I received the new item it worked for one day, and then when I wanted to recharge the battery it did not work. Baseus Store is not responding to my messages.

Underneath is the correspondance between the Store and me.


Hi! I received the battery case. It is wonderful but it doesn't seem to be working like it should. The problem: When I hold the power button it charges my phone but a minute later it has turned off. Hi again. The product is faulty. Plugging in any lightning cable doesn't charge the device or my phone. Yesterday it did work. The connection was very loose though. How do we fix this? Do you need any proof? Like a video or something?

On 2018-03-15 and got the item relatively fast, but the cap was broken and after I sent a message and photos to the seller bout it, they were supposed to send a new cap as I want (ed) to be able to use the bottle.
After waiting for 4-5 months I sent a reminder and... It is 7 months now and I still can't use the item I paid for. The seller didn't even reply to my message sent today, which made me write to you.
I realise the buyer protection is long over, but i'd like to know if there's anything we can do so no other buyer gets broken stuff from this particular seller.

Dear Jenny Corrow,
Your Order No. [protected] has been cancelled because payment was not made before 17 Oct 2018 08:13. If you would still like to buy this item, please reorder it at AliExpress.com.
I wrote to seller and sent verification of my payment. And I requested a refund, specifically saying I did not want it resent. It was a Halloween costume and it would not arrive in time. Seller resent anyway. I spoke with someone from customer service, who said I would have to wait till reorder was received to open dispute. Again I said I asked NOT to resend, to just refund me.

AliExpress deductions made order still awaiting payment

So i placed an order on the 14-10-18 for rings from 4 different buyers on the AliExpress platform from my Account. Leonell Echa ([protected]@gmail.com), and a deduction for all 4 items amounted to $24.23. I paid using my Naira Master card for GTBank, the deductions in dollar equivalent was made, but on the platform it read"payment unsuccessful" and when i checked the orders, it had "pending payment" with a "pay now" underneath. i contacted my bank and they said they were waiting for the merchant (AliExpress) to come claim the payment.

I contacted AliExpress via their online live chat and was asked to contact my bank. On 15-10-18 i decided to click on "pay now" on the items again, and 3 out of the 4 items read "payment successful." The 4th (which was more expensive than the other 3, and which i wouldn't have enough credit to left to purchase it after the initial deductions, couldn't go through.

1st item order number: [protected]- $2.55
2nd item order number:[protected] -$0.60
3rd item order number: [protected]- $0.50

4th item order number: [protected]- $19.74

Initially i tried paying for the 4 items together after adding them to cart. So the deduction was made based on the charge for the 4 items. I believe the repayment i did on the 15th made extra deductions from the available credit in my account.

Can this issue be rectified please? The ring is for my wedding in November.

AliExpress cheating regarding shipping fee!

I've ordered a dress yesterday. There was NO shipping fee. However, seller contacted me and asked for extra payment for shipping! Here's the email I received:

mad gemm: "My dear friend, sorry to tell you, the price is too low and my boss said the package can't be shipped if the order is loss money, could you add us 2$ shipping fee, so the order can't loss and no earn.looking forward to your reply soon.

I have placed an order on aliexpress.com on 21st July 2017 for two products:
1. Turbo Scrub Home Bathroom Clean Tool Spin Bathtub Brush Power Cleaner Bathtub Tiles Power Floor Cleaner Brush Mop Scrubs Clean: value $ 36.80, Order ID: [protected]
2. Extendable Automatic Spin Scrubber 3 Replaceable Cleaning Free Scrubbing Heads Brush Home Bathroom Cleaning Tool Washing Brush: value $ 23.14, Order ID: [protected]

Both products were paid via VisaCard same day I ordered.

On 25.07.2017 I was informed for Order Number: [protected] that the goods were dispached.
Unfortunately, after checking with my forwarded I found out that the package was sent back on 28.08.2017 without informing me it arrived in the first place.
I raised a claim with Ms. Steven Wu, and the last info from 24.04.2018 was that "Estimated parcel loss", but no money were refunded despite me claiming it.

About order [protected] I was informed on 21.07.2017 that "Dear, your order only the 3Pcs Head Brush, isn't a set . hope you know it" but no info about the goods dispatched. Also, the goods were not received, my forwarded didn't informed me and they sent the package back. When I claimed the issue, Mr. / Mrs. JJ Li informed me they will send the good once again, but I refused and requested the refund of money. Last info was received on 03.12.2017.

I would like to recover my money back since no goods were receipt (I purchases the products from another source when I saw the problems I have with the packages) and that the company should take this in dispute with my forwarder.

i left my phone to be contacted since i changed my job and after following up several times it was said that the item reached and left Lebanon and no one contacted me and i am really disappointed for waiting more than 3 months and not receiving it i really was looking forward to receiving the item it was stated that you received them after 3 months and them i know that it was received in April and returned after 2 days

AliExpress not getting me product or refund

I ordered a product from aliexpress order id [protected] 2 months back and. GATI was the logistics id [protected] they never contacted me or I couldn't get the product or refund now all they saying are lame excuses for not getting me my money.

It ususally takes aroound 20 days for the product to reach as is from out of country. So I waited around 20 days as said by the aliexpress portal and when I contacted the seller all they were telling was the product reach your near by post office and provided me with number. when I contacted the number was not reachable and when I said to seller he said go contact with customs and keep on doing that for 2 months.

As aliexpress policy if I didnt recieve the product in 15 days after buyer protection am getting full refundbut in my case I haven't got my money or the product. kindly help me with the same.: (

AliExpress order for 2 model cars

We placed order for 2 model cars order no. [protected], for 2.5 months we never received items, we raised dispute saying order not received... Seller says its stuck in customs & they expect you to run to customs to solve the problem which is very time consuming process here.. We also got information from customs that the order has been held back due to mis-declaration by seller but ali-express just closed our dispute with no refund... Tried to chat with customer service but they just abruptly end chat after saying dispute close. We have dealt with many online shopping sites but by far this is the worst experience of cheating...
