and I asked for the seller to cancel it before he sent it! but he sent it anyway.
I dont need this order anymore as it is taking too much time and I am asking you to please respect my request (again, I request to cancel it before it was sent and you can see it in the order history) and refund the money to my credit card.

AliExpress free tv receivers, arabic iptv box 1000 plus europe it channels

When I placed my order through Aliexpress website I chose the order which I described above free IPTV Arabic Channels Box for Life after I receive my order directly from the seller. when I started using the service almost one year I surprised the seller suspended my account. I approach the seller directly to find solution to activate my account unfortunately the seller refuse to cooperate with me to restore the service back to me. I believe the seller commit fraud against me and misled me and breach the term and condition in the agreement which suppose to provide free service for me. also I approach directly to open a dispute but unfortunately the problem is not sorted in my fever. I am asking the seller to restore the service immediately without any delays or to refund my money back to me. As I mentioned to Aliexpress and the seller this is very bad reputation for the CHINESE COMPANIES IN THE INTERNATIONAL MARKET.

i tried to sign into my account so many times it always says that i need to do a verification. i do the verification and try to sign in and again it says that i need to do a verification. this is not normal. how can i order things if i cant sign in.there isnt even someone normal to talk to only a chat that dosent let me enter a normal complaint. please can you email me- [protected]@gmail.com. thanks

AliExpress hello world. is the company!!!

Order number. [protected]. Travel coffee mug. Ordered July 31 2017. Cost $16.02.
I did not do a dispute as the cup did not arrive on time. I gave the benefit of doubt! It arrived broken. I sent a photo and was told a new one would be sent. It never was! I contacted the seller and Aliexpress. Two days ago the seller said to claim a refund but as the dispute button does not work I cannot do that. I told the seller he can refund my credit card or send me a Money order or etransfer and today he emails with one word ‘sorry'.
This company should not be allowed to do this. I just want my money back.

Hi I am platinum member of aliexpress ordered desktop motherboard for asus p8z77-v pro z77 from store:znsusan store (Store no.610072) on aliexpress on 24 august 2017 for my desktop I recieved the item but it is not working I open the dispute on aliexpress I send all data which support that motherboard is send faulty by seller. Aliexpress jugement validate it and on dispute I request for refund only because item sending charges 4 - 5 k by bluedart to china but seller said return and full refund I lost around 10 k for motherboard now 5 k for parcel I request for partial refund but rejected. On 30 oct I received that aliexpress change the judgement invalidate my reasons and full payment given to seller. This not fair I m regular buyer from aliexpress and always I recieved good things but this time I m upset from aliexpress jugement...

I have purchased product UMI Z- Pro order ID [protected] - mobile cost 15200/- rupees, After 2 months product is not working. After seller contact he is not able to resolve issue. Also after continuous follow up with Aliexpress customer serivce they also not able to resolve issue. only saying it will resolve within 4-5 days. Now its two month still issue not resolved as well as refund.

AliExpress price rises

very often when I try to buy an item from aliexpress the price goes up from when I first see the item to when I try to buy the item an example is an item for a tyre pressure analyser was $49.45 went up in price to $65.74 in a couple of minutes when I tried to buy it the name of the business is car beauty store and their number is 839106. I would also like to report that this is a very common occurrence and should be stopped because it is very hard to buy anything under these circumstances.

AliExpress item [protected] dvd car unit

I have been trying for 6 months to get a replacement for a faulty unit but the seller refuse to respond, made me send the unit back twice, pay for parts and carriage and still it broken. They are not responding after me spending $650 with them. I have also contacted your so called customer service who have not helped at all and just keep on emailing the seller who refuses to respond. I have been trying since April to get some service. Both Aliexpress and LJDA have let me down upto forty five times.promising me monies or refunds but nothing arrives. It's made me ill with my diabeties and I am worried I will have a bad fit and die with the stress. Please help me

AliExpress non responsive sellers who have incorrect names and addresses on tracking

Over several months now I have had difficulty with a few sellers who are uncooperative they for some unknown reason had some other person's name on my delivery information tracking all different names in all states of Australia
It appears that they had refused my dispute proposal and there was no provision to reject their proposal
These issues although for very small amounts are annoying and dare I say reflect poorly on your previously excellent track record.
I have recently ordered more items but if I have similar problems I will have to look elsewhere

It is the principle not the money that annoys me

AliExpress unethical behavior of seller

Order ID: [protected], Order time & date: 08:23 Sep. 10 2017 Store name: Shop2783193 Store, adult male hoodie turn out size diff by 5cm.
open dispute seller nvr reply, until i wrote to mgt case when they ask me for evidence, seller reply to me ask me close the case and will refund. i nvr reply case mgt thought seller will refund. but when pass the deadline, no refund i ask seller he blame plateform. and now he nvr reply me at all even customer service wrote to him many times. i had went to live chat and repeated almost 10times but everyone at start assure me they will get it solve and thats the last time. but now most of them made me repeat and kp asking me for evidence which i had already submitted. its my 1st time i hving seller do not reply to me and ignore my queries. diff by 3cm i understood, but its adv as man hoodie so definately for a gal should be xxs.
after customer service starts writing to him to response, seller took down this sales from his store. i feel so conned by seller thinking he will be refunding me and i didnt reply to case mgt team. and now case mgt team when i reply to them its is always a return mail.
i even called up the alibaba help line but im always on hold. i wished someone can help me.

Seller ignorant from 18th Sep to till date
Contacted Aliexpress for non-cooperation from seller and was assured confidence for support
1st - 20 Sep - Had a long discussion with support and was assured refund and loads of assurance
2nd - 29 Sep - Was assured support after all discussion no response
3rd - 6 Oct - Was sent and email assurance result in 10 days
4th - 20 Oct - re-initiated entire conversation and same assurance

Writing this email so that atleast some one guides or points me to the correct contact or person who can support me.

I bought shoes from them and they gave me the wrong size all i wanted was a bigger size they said to purchase another pair and then they would refund 24.00 i psyed 34.00 plus the exchange cause im canadian so my total is 44.00 why should i have to buy another they should send me another pair thats bad business its cheaper for me to send the pair back then to purchase another pair what do i do i like the shoes but not paying again please help

Hi. I’ve put this complaint to aliexpress via app 30 times but each time they said pending refund arrangement from the respective department.

Amount involved are around usd 100. Due to item collected are defect via building the item. Lower potion aren’t even resulted bag will fall to a site.

Even many times pudge complaint of not receiving my refund. Your app customer services associate only know to said pending pending since December 2016. Till date refund are remain unknow status even though they had said refund are pending on arrangement.

The worst of the worst is that aliexpress are intentionally not to allow customer to lodge complaint vi email so that tracking email can be the proof or evidence. What’s a shame of intentionery did that. Never once I’ve seen a big company are without complaint email.

China company have to learn to be hornets to customer and do not try to rob immkocent money where customer has paid accordingly to the selling prise.

You may check yeh history of complaint of this item where hours and if times has spoken to your complaint receiving girl in the app.

Therefore. I demand the refund to release at once without futger delay. Approved but not willing to process the refund and always drag and delay and execuses now and than.

Do revert back to my email stated at undersign ASAP. Appreciated.

I ordered a camera bag, and visiting my order I saw "seller did not ship goods" and "order "closed" without me being able to open a dispute and I did not get a refund. as the seller closed the order and I can not open dispute. AliExpress led lights

Hi ! I made an order in august. My order number is [protected]. I receive my order and there was 3 lights on 4 who is not working. I send a message to the seller M. Cristiano and he told me that he is send me 3 more lights but I have to pay shipping. I told him that I m not suppose to pay shipping cause is not my fault. The light was damage. After that he told me on the 25 of august that he is going to arrange something for me. I'm still waiting for his response. If you can't send me those lights, you can just make a refund on my credit card. I am very disappointed for the service. I hope you can help me with that. Thank you Christian...

Sir/madam i am regular buyer of your site but this time one seller make me fool i order and choose shipping aliexpress standard delivery but he send me with hongkong shipping and after see that i contact seller he doesnt response and then i contact your chat agent and after that seller alter his shipping price to show i pay him for honkong shipping and i again chat with your agent atleast 30 time and all they says we contact the seller and ask him but no one done nothing my order not in india yet and seller says its in your country tracking not update after 30th september

AliExpress very poor customer service

I ordered items through Aliexpress. The buyer protection time for one of these orders was ending and the seller had not replied to my messages nor had extended the buyer protection period. The last day of the protection, I had to open the dispute. The Aliexpress app did not allow me to open the dispute for not having received the order, but only for having received a damaged/wrong order. The support team did not help me. I was obliged to open a dispute for having received a damaged/wrong order in order to avoid passing the buyer protection time. Now they are asking me to send the order back if I want the refund but, obviously, I cannot as I never received anything. I contacted again the support team three times. Every time I have to explain the same thing. They pretend not to understand, they say it is my fault to open the wrong dispute (I could not do otherwise), that they cannot update the system to change the type of dispute. Finally, after wasting a lot of time on explaining the same things, they cut it off assuring me I would be contacted by email from the right team. It never happened. Now the dispute ends in 5 days with authomatic release of amount to the seller. It is not an important amount at all but I ordered other items and it could happen the same. The customer service Aliexpress is providing is really poor and unsatisfactory, as well as offensive when the assistant accuse you to have caused a problem that derived exclusively from Aliexpress itself. I want to specify that in any case I have been offensive or used an abusive language. I also asked to talk by the phone with someone who was able to solve the problem or a mail address I could write to, for a formal complaint. The assistants said there are no others way to be helped but their chat system.
