AliExpress / order id [protected]; faulty earphones

When I opened packet I think it was five weeks ago almost the earphones were not as described. The cabling was certainly not anti tanging and really thin compared to the picture. The cover for the bit in the middle where the mic is had come off so you can see the wires and the earphones are not noise cancelling. I opened a dispute the same day not knowing the complaint process and I sent photos. There was no communication from the seller and still isn't. I received email asking for tracking number and funds had been released. I realised at this point that I had to return item but that was going to cost more than I had paid for them originally so I contacted seller. I have had two online conversations with ali people who just say they will email seller-waste of time because he takes no notice. Obviously the dispute has ended now and I am still trying to get refund. Messaged ali on facebook the other day and the person I messaged just said I had to return item and they basically called me a liar and I even sent links of the description to them
