AliExpress customer service and false advertising

So to start I wanted to switch from using DHGate to using Aliexpress. I got the iOS app and went on it. A pop up came up and said signup now to receive a $4 off coupon. I click on the signup link and proceed to signup. I assumed I received the coupon. So I look for 5 min or so and find an item I like then try to checkout. As I'm in my cart trying to pay I'm looking for the $4 off coupon and I cannot find it. I get to the live chat and receive and agent. She tells me it's a first come first serve basis. Well that's false advertising saying signup now and get a $4 coupon only to be told 5 min later that you were to late for the "promotion". The agent then became very rude after I said it was disappointing as I was looking to switch from DHGate and that it was a poor representation of the company. I saved the chat logs for that purpose. I then got another agent on the line who apologized for the previous agents behaviour and would have someone look into it although I'm very doubtful that will happen as the second agent was using the same phrases like "dear" and "I see" as replies just like the first agent. Have a feeling it was same person both times. Basically I will not be using this company as their customer service is beyond horrendous when she says things such as "Welcome this is our service and there's nothing you can do about it" and "We have our own process and policy to follow and there's nothoing you can do about it". Well there is something that I can do and it is not spend my thousands of dollars I was going to spend purchasing all new camping gear and who knows what else and raising awareness so others do not take their business to such a rude company also.

AliExpress dispute result in "no refund" even though the customer service promised refund

I bought 3 pair of pyjamas from WEIXIANG brand (same size, same price), it turned out 1 of them is so off in size (the blue one in the photo) that I can't possibly wear it. I opened a dispute and uploaded photo evidence. But Aliexpress sided with the seller immediately and requested me to upload much more detail information and send back the item at my own cost, etc. I chatted with a customer service person (chat name "Naoko20") for almost 1 hour explaining what's wrong with the item, and he/she promised to "bring up the issue to the top management" and told me just reject the proposal from aliexpress and wait for my refund on 19/2. But when the day came, the decision was "no refund" with no explanation!

I'm shocked by the bad service of aliexpress. I chatted with them a few times, looks like they don't have a clue what/who you talked to previously. So every time when you chat, you have to start from beginning of the story. It's such a waste of time and energy draining. The aliexpress "consumer protection service" is all a joke to me.

Please be aware if you buy from this site, you're at your own risk!

AliExpress refund

Some time in November 2017 I brought a wig that never arrived I opened a dispute case but lost due to the lack of evidence. as at this point Dhl was still looking for my missing parcel.I was trying to contact them and they said I have to contact the seller to get my refund. The seller has been saying she will refund me .we have been passing messages back and forth and I trusted her to refund me but she makes up every reason not to refund me. It's been four months now and I still don't have my refund . I have contacted AliExpress and have just been told they are going to appeal for me with the evidence I provided and it will take 3-5 days for a response. This date has past and I still haven't received a response this was 10 days ago now . Today February 16th 2018 I done a live chat and was told my last appeal was in November 2017.so This confirmed to me that the appeal wasn't done by the live chat customer services this is unacceptable. I paid £116 for a wig that I didn't received . I'm very annoyed and disappointed at the way AliExpress has treated me is this case . I haven't had any support from them at all and have just been lied to .i would like my refund this is very stressful dealing with this and no one is supporting me get my refund.aliexpress and the seller don't care about the customer I await your reply and trust you to help me get my refund as soon as possible

AliExpress refund

[protected] this order received but 1 of the items was worng and I open dispute and asked for refund of 7 dollar and till now I didn't receive the money and I tried to contact the customer service but the system showing it's already refunded and I am checking on the daily basis the account and with the bank and no money received it almost 1.5 month and no one shows any problem solving

AliExpress [protected]

I ordered a item from Aliexpress and i dint receive it. My local post has received it and have delivered it to a different person or address. They have confirmed that the parcel is missing via e-mail. But when i raised this concern with Aliexpress, the response i get from customer support is very bad. They don't treat me properly in the first place and closed the dispute in the favor of the seller. I am not able to open a investigation with my post office, as the investigation can be opened only by the sender. When i told this to the seller, he confirmed that the shipping was handled by Aliexpress, so only they have to open an investigation.

Please help me out her, i paid the money and dint get the item

AliExpress no support from aliexpress and from the seller

Hi,

I live in Germany and i have ordered an indoor camera on Aliexpress.

I have received the notification to pick up the package. I went to the post office and the package was not there.

On the courier website the information is still wrong after 3 weeks, because it states that the package is still at the post office, something that it is not true, because i went to the post office twice and the package was not there.

The courier has lost the package.

In Germany only the sender is responsible to ask for an enquiry, then i can't contact the shipping company, only the seller can do it.

Aliexpress and the seller are not supporting me at all, they are just copying and paste the wrong information which states online.

On the courier website there is no update since 3 weeks, according to the courier rules, DHL, the shipment should be sent back within 7 workdays, something that the courier didn't do because they lost the package.

In attachment you can find a communication between the seller and me + an information in German which states that only the sender can ask for an enquiry and that most likely the courier has lost the package.

AliExpress credit card payment

I found a credit card bill from aliexpress on the 2nd oct 2017 for $121.17.
I checked all my orders and I did not buy anything in october and have never spent this amount.. I have tried to lodge a complaint with aliexpress but am unable as I have no transaction number.. I have disputed this transaction with the bank but was told that as it was last year I have to contact the merchant first..

AliExpress don't buy seeds!!! fake sellers and bad customer service

This Aliexpress is filled with fake sellers! I ordered seeds. Their products are cheap. I gave multiple orders from 5-6 different sellers. In total, about 15-20 seeds. Only 2 sellers sent the orders. only one order was correct! The other one sent some unknown seeds: 8 packages filled with the same seed but numbered as if they are different seeds and not one of seeds I asked. Other 3-4 sellers did not send anything! I contacted the customer service, the only thing they say is to open a dispute with seller. And you have to open dispute for each product. They dont contact to the seller!
Additionally, once you placed an order, the sellers keep sending messages about buying more product, buy more than 2 dollar, etc. and even one seller threaten me that if I dont buy more than 2 dollars, he would charge me money for the shipment. I complained this nonsense threat to customer service. What happened? Nothing! They kept sending me messages, i blocked them!
Stay away from this website! There is no customer protection&satisfaction.

I used it 4 times and the collar that attaches the different heads broke.
It is a thin piece of plastic and only a foolish engineer would have designed it.
I have requested a refund or a replacement but the seller does not reply.
He replies like a chat robot and does not make any sense.
I have used the Online Chat and 3 service reps have said they were going to contact the seller and I have not gotten any replies yet.
The system will not allow me to leave feedback as it was automatically closed.

AliExpress acc deactivated without warning

I spent R10 000 ZAR on Aliexpress. Some goods came late and I dispute it as I was told to do by Eva the live chat. Never knew I had to email each supplier first. I just found out after they deactivated my acc. I spent so much money on this account that I was a gold member but they just closed my account without warning. I still got late parcels even those that were suppose be here on the 11th January is still not here today the 9th February and there are items coming in now that are broken but because my account is deactivated, I can't even message the supplier or put through dispute at all. Now I am the loser cause I cant resell broken items etc. Dont order stuff by Aliexpress if your from South Africa cause each parcel will cost you R24 each so it's not even worth it. I spent more than I'm getting out. Very sad how they disrespected me and there is no way I can contact them or complain. Very upset 😢

AliExpress counterfeit ipad sold to me

I ordered a brand new ipad... After only 12 months its has broken completely and wont turn on...
Aliexpress wouldnt help, and the seller only provided a 6 month warranty so I couldn't recieve any help or refund...

So I took it to a repair shop...

They took it apart and advised me this is a very dangerous and illegal product... It was not an ipad at all... They had made it in china and sold it off as an ipad... Total counterfeit and fake...
Do not buy from them... There was scorch marks inside... I was very lucky it didn't explode...

AliExpress 15 packages not delivered, aliexpress refused all my disputes

I placed more than 20 orders on AliExpress at Christmas time. I received some of them, but there still 15 orders that I am still waiting.

I contacted the sellers many times and they said the delay because of holidays.

I had to open many disputes at a time for the 15 orders, for some reason, AliExpress deactivated my account for violating the Buyer Protection Program.

Deactivating my account forbids me from opening disputes, so I contacted the Customer Service many times over weeks, not to activate my account but to at least open disputes on my behalf to get refunds on lost items!

I also contacted the sellers, and they agreed to refund, but it won't happen since I am not allowed to open disputes and the customer service also refuse to open disputes and the said that I have to get refunds from sellers in an (Offline Transaction), which doesn't make sense to me.

The conclusion to AliExpress, I won't discuss your reasons behind deactivating my account, but when you do so then you should first take care of outstanding orders and the big money that I paid.

AliExpress, won't help reactivate my account, won't let sellers to refund me. Simply, I lost my money! and all I got from their customer service is a bunch of similies and promises.

AliExpress fabfashion store

I ordered item on this store and paid in full. Seller came back with three different messages saying it's out of stock, then - warehouse on holiday, then wait we will supply etc. They asked me to cancel but not to mention the real reason - out of stock as this would affect the store rating. I cancelled but it was not processed and seller insisted I cancel again with another reason otherwise he is not returning my money. This is unprofessional and manipulation which should not be allowed on Ali.

Hello I am a pissedconsumer, I ordered something from Ali express and have not had a good experience.I am still waiting for a refund .

I contacted Ali express and was told the payment was made, I checked with my bank and they have no record. i requested proof of payment and Ali express refused to send the proof. The person on the online message center was not helpful and just ignored my requests for proof that the funds were transferred to my account.

I have no idea how I became involved with this company. A little brochure from the company came with a ring I did not order. The ring was in a little bag labeled orsa. Did not order that ring. I feel like I have been scammed. I would like to be removed from whatever programs are associated with these companies. I checked my purchase lists for items I have purchased online. These were not there. I need a resolution to this. I need it to stop. I hope you can help, thank you.

I have ordered an item order number: [protected]) power electricity energy saver box device 90v-250v eu us plug8x6. Items was delivered very fast, however I only managed to use it for about a week or less and the item now is not in working condition. I have already consulted the the open dispute section and the person bananawang who assisting me is not giving a solution as I already given a photo and explain to them over and over again about the fault of the item. He/she insisted me to send a video of the item where else I already told them that the video file is too big and I cannot send it through email they gave [protected]@qq.com). However they still insist of me giving them the video. This is so ridiculous! They are not being helpful worst making it more difficult. I am so upset with the type of service your staff gave. AliExpress usb flash drives storage bag

I purchased a USB Flash Drives Storage Bag.Seller provided tracking number, I tracked it delivered to wrong address.

I contacted the seller and they said they would resend, but they closed order as successfully delivered and could not dispute. Asked seller to reopen for me to dispute, but he said not to worry as order re sent. Waited four months and it never came. The joke of a Customer service at Aliexpress said not their problem as they are a trading platform.

I also ordered two faulty usb drives also and they would not help me dispute. Most products they sell are sub-standard.

They are a criminals - AVOID. Unless you want heartache and headaches, I would advise you to purchase from a more reputable online store.

I has order cat collar total 30 pieces with different size and colour and They send me yesterday so I click recived delivery but once I check in product most of them is wrong size and colour ! So I sent text to seller but they never reply so I contact customer service to help me open disputes but was reject because the product ran out ! And now I can't refund money back as I have to wait seller to respond which is they might not respond ! That mean AliExpress can't protect buyer from unreliable seller I just loss my money ! So please be aware to buy with seller in AliExpress as you not have any protection from website
