I've ordered in china at the company, china boreal co. ltd, 20 tons ldpe granulat, and I have got a container full of white sand! Be carefull!
After many weeks of correspondence the deal appeared perfect, I had to pay half of the bill! So yesterday we controlled the container inbremerhaven, with the custom, and so we looked inside to many bags of white sand!

Chat messaging is the only way to contact customer service. There is no phone number, email, or in person office to contact.

The problem I had was that I ordered multiple items from multiple sellers in December and had to open disputes against most of these sellers when I didn't receive my items. (It's nearly August and one of the items literally showed up last week!). The fact that I couldn't contact customer service to handle my issues at once and had to manually dispute every seller within certain deadlines was ridiculous. On top of that they terminated my account and I'm almost certain I didn't get the refunds I was supposed to receive.

That is unethical business behaviour. Buyers beware

As i have nt received many products AliExpress blocked my accounts permanently for raising a dispute and even nt refunded my money how far is this fare and aliexpress cheated me for asking my own money back i want my money back. My account has been hacked, yoy did not protect my credit card details. More than 100. Fraudulent orders have been placed in a few hours on 26. And 27. Of july. After changing delivery address. To albania. (i am living in Austria)

Then i received a not acceptable reply from aliexpress : you wrote to me in a polite but meaningless way: check with your bank while we have done nothing to protect you and will do nothing to refund!

Before i add our recent conversation i want to tell you i inform internet watchlists, international media, etc... With every day i do not get a more competent reply from you.

And then you say sorry, we didn't keep your account safe and some criminal hijacked your visa card data, changed the delievery address to Albania (i am living in Austria) and made fraudulant orders (more than 100 within a few hours) and you say: we do nothing!

Please don't blame me - i kept my account data safe! You did nothing to prevent abuse.

Your chat ensured me aliexpress will block, money is withhold and i am protected by your policies... And now you tell me this was a lie! (i have the screenshots of all conversations)

Please rethink your approach and help me with refund or i inform newspapers, magazines, blogs... About your so called "buyers protection"

Customers in Europe and USA will think twice to order again from aliexpress. I kindly inform you, that i am a journalist and have the means to reach a wider audience.

Please let me know your decision.

The criminal activities happened on 26. And 27. Of July. I understand that these things can and will happen BUT it is more than fair to take responsibility and i respect your good intentions but miss compensation and competence to solve the issue.

And a final thought: AMAZON would react within minutes and in a DISTINCTIVELY different way.

I want to file a complaint, but everything has closed me to the site. Everything, absolutely everything at Aliexpress is blocked. This is not possible in a country that claims to be civilized. But the most irritating thing is that anyone who buys has problems with the Chinese, but no one on this site is responsible for the sale of poor quality products. I have the feeling that this site is for robbery, including producers who are in China and sells two cents.

I am desperately waiting since December 2016 to get my iphone however the seller rejects to send me the iphone arguing that the package has been lost and rejects to refund me. He proposes to give me an extra discount if I pass a new order... The online chat (customer service) of Aliexpress is totally far away from their responsibilities and are not supportive in such situation. I have lost almost 200EUROS and Aliexpress give no sign of support.. Shame on them.

I ordered a veil and received a crinoline skirt! I advised the seller many many times and finally was told by the seller they would refund me (M&D Manufactory) they never did and are no longer answering my many emails. It is the first times that I order from Ali Express and will be the last if I do not get my money back. You should not deal with dishonest companies and I will make sure that all of my followers are aware to not deal with aliexpress as they will lose their money.

Received the sunglasses which makes eyes dizzy, looks like with dioptresis. The seller won't help, requested to open a dispute with the 'personal' reason that to win it. When opened a dispute it went stright away to aliexpress claim. Because the problem is inner, not outer - I could not proove the problem, so I was cheated and got no refund. Be careful, do not buy from this store!

I bought in this store sunglasses, but when I received them, noticed, that they are something like with dioptresis, my eyes feel dizzines, I can't wear them. When I opened a dispute, seller offered me to change a reason to 'personal' (probably he wanted to save his reputation), and I did - dispute automaticly went to Aliexpress hands, and they requested me to proove my problem. Very bad situation, beause I can't proove inner probem which is in a glass vision. The seller won't help or refund the money, he awaitting, when Aliexpress release my money for him. I bought 10 bra and panties from you on may 7, 5 black sets, and 5 white sets. The black sets are ok, but the white sets have a big problem. All white sets are not white. They have a some very visible lilac color shade (See pictures above). I did not pay attention when I got it, because I use just black sets. The white sets I got for the presents to my girlfriends, and today's morning I saw that it's not white. But I was buyinf the white sets from that store, if the guys from that store know that white sets are nor relly white they have to notify all the buyers about the color’s different.
So, the black sets from that store are good. I’m complaining only about the 5 white sets, which are not really white,
And I want to get some refund from that store for these 5 white sets.
