AliExpress / damaged good that I received

I received a doll I brought that came damaged I was told by the seller to heat the doll on a high heat i contacted customer services after trying to contact the seller I have been told to send the doll back but I would lose money as it is high postage to send to China I might as well keep the doll and pay more money to get it fixed i have been told the same thing to wait for a response I feel AliExpress are fobbing me off keep telling me they have appealed when they haven't I have just been told to appeal again why would I have to appeal again when I've requested an appeal against a dispute 4 times customer services has put in another appeal today I have been told to wait another 5-7 days I have been contacting you since the beginning of September aliexpress has sent an email to the seller but I don't think they have responded I think it's really unfair I am left with a damaged doll and I can't do anything about it
