AliExpress the coupons and services

Got lured into setting an account with Aliexpress because they promised a new user $4 to use on any product. Registered, no new coupons, that's fine. Contacted customer service 1st time, which I was told that it might take 24 hours for coupon to come through, understandable.

Checked 2nd time, no coupons, not even in the expired section. Contact customer service, which then got told it was "First come first serve basis".
By the way, nothing on their website says that new user coupons are first come first serve. This new customer service tries to insist on the rule that was not written on the terms and conditions.

AliExpress product and refund not received

I order a simple iron arm for a microphone, a mic support.
For reasons that I dont know, the product was held by customs service in Lisbon Portugal. I have received a letter from portugal's customs with this info... I have open a dispute in aliexpress and I have uploaded the letter that I have received.
I waited just like the seller and aliexpress told me to do, I waited for 2 months, and in the end aliexpress told me that I was not getting my product and that they will give the money to seller. This doesn't make any sense, this is clearly a big mafia.
I order a simple 15$ product, I live more than 700km from lisbon, obviously I am not going to spend more than 200$ just to get a 15$ product.
And since the product it's going back anyways WHY cant I get my refund?
I swear for my life, if I dont get a reply from anyone in aliexpress I will go everywhere with this story and start making waves on how a billionaire company is stealing from people. I will go to court and media and everywhere. It's a matter of principles. Thank you

Hi! I'm Mattaraya Kaewka from thailand. I want to inform the vendor's non-transparent selling behavior. Account : HLL accessories store.

I ordered this one on August 9 and got it on August 24. but I clicked "received goods button" before I would open it. After that, I got to know they sent me a wrong one. then I chated with the seller about this and sent it back to them for changing and they sent the new one to me. It was 15 days to wait it. (If it is combined with the previous time is 30 days.) I tried to think that it's just a mistake and tried not to think too much. I just got it yesterday. Summarize They sent me a broken one (or the old one). I can not get a refund or report anything. Because I cant press off Dispute button (It's not work after 15 days.) it's really very bad experience shopping online for me. It was my first time to order with this site.

Could you please to help me for this?

I hope I will get a reply from you and managed to fix this problem for me. On this time I just want them to refund me.

I ordered 3 things on 15th August, 18, details for those is below:
1. Wi fi range extender

I received order for wi fi range extender only on 6th September, 18. For rest of the things there is no news/update, I can't even track them with the provided tracking ID, as site gives error.
When my order will be shipped to me or please refund my money if those items can't reach to me

Today I was scrolling facebook and I saw a post regarding pathetic service of ali express & Pakistan post. I have attached the screenshot as a proof. A guy at sunday market is selling all these packages for PKR 200 Each. "WHATEVER IS INSIDE, ITS YOURS FOR PKR 200". Is this what we pay for?

Well the issue is whenever I track my order number it has showing still available in hisar city which is 70 kms away from my city. AliExpress broken tablet, no new one, and co-workers of aliexpress won't help

My tablet's wifi broke so I can't do anything with it anymore and the seller won't give my money back or send me a new one. She is ignoring me. On top of that I already contacted and shared all my information 5 TIMES to co-workers of AliExpress. They all make promises but no one keeps them. They say they will do everything they can to help me and that it will be solved soon but that didn't happen. Its already 2 months later and I put hours into this. AliExpress is litterally not following their own rules. It's actually a really crappy customer service if 5 co workers can't fix my problem when I stand 100% in my rights. AliExpress doesn't have a phone number I can call so I really don't know what to do anymore... Please help. I just want this problem to be solved.

yes same [censored] here. i have a warranty for 1 year but the customer service wont help me to find my contract number. they say they dont have it and redirecting you to the shipper or the seller. but the seller does not have any of those contract numbers. so its a weird thing from ali express saying that they couldnt get my contract number. if i cant login with my contract number i could not log in. it feels like they want to ditch me and here i am sitting with the broken phone... so sad...

AliExpress order [protected] from aliexpress

On 15/6/2018 I ordered and paid for a pair of Nike Epic React Flyknit Women Running Shoes AQ0070-600, colour AQ0067-101, size 7, for $98.99.

I received an e-mail same day saying my payment was successful.

On 17 June I received an e-mail saying my order [protected] has been shipped.

On 24 July I received an e-mail saying my package has arrived in the destination country.

18 August I received a mail saying the transaction for your order no.[protected], product: Nike Epic React Flyknit Women Running Shoes Sneakers Sport Outdoor Breathable AQ0070-600 was completed on 15 Aug.

After following up, I received a mail from them this morning saying they have my order but I need to pay for it. Which I have! I refuse to pay twice and want my parcel.

Today is 15 September, exactly 3 months since I paid for this order.

Please help. The service from them is shocking and they clearly have no idea what they are doing. They either need to reimburse me or send me my running shoes!

AliExpress money gone order not confirmed

While I was doing the payment online the webpage said something gone wrong try again. I tried again for the second time but again the message was showed. The problem is that my money are gone and I din't receive any order confirmation. I want my order to be sent or my money back. it's not fair to get money like this and show a message your payment gone wrong but you took the money and I am not able to receive my order. I don't know if it's your duty or the seller duty to repay me, I am only asking for justice because money do not grow on trees and I want me order to be sent or my money back or I will try to sue you and I will start doing negative publicity of your website with my personal blog (over than 2 million followers).

AliExpress changing account details ali express is the problem/ I have moved home

When I try to change details on my account there seems to be no way to simply change my address. Even your help only allows questions on changing email address. When I ordered I gave the supplier my home address, but they used the old address, which you have.

The post office sent me an email to say that I was not known at the address and sent the item back to America. Hopefully it is at your warehouse in the uk.

The item is [protected].5V, 3.5A, 65Watt Universal AC adapter battery.

I stress that I still do not know how to change my address, but at least the supplier could have sent it to the address I gave them.

I ordered a 10, 2 inch multi media from Aliexpress website and paid in advance 268 Euros (306$). The actually did not have it in its inventory tried and almost forced me to buy a 9 inch one. When I at last made it clear that I do not want it, the seller instructed me, via email, to ask for a full refund, the reason being (package not received). Since I was dealing with my mother's illness, I saw the message after about 5 days.in the meantime the seller send another email saying that he has sent the package. When I replied that he did not ask my approval for this action, he answered that he thought it was OK with me, since I did not reply to his email immediately! I told him that what he things is his problem and responsibility and that I do not want the product any more. He replied that this is not possible and if I opened a dispute, Aliexpress would support him. I contacted Aliexpress via live chat many times without any result. Now when ever I try to contact Aliexpress again, a message appears saying that all consultants are busy! Actually I think they avoiding me! The most important fact is that I never received the product and have no clue where it is!

AliExpress refund not received

I had purchased a dress from alice tide in nov 2017, order number: [protected] but I did not receive the dress. I I was given a protection policy from aliexpress that they would refund if I did not receive this item. It has been 10 months and I have not received the item neither my refund.
I have tried everything but customer service is useless, and do not wish to help. I have tried for 10 months but nothing. I have given evidence that I did not receive this item but even today after 10 months they want me to sent more evidence. They should check all they records to see that I had send evidence and do not have them with me.
They feel I am lying for $30 that is ridiculous.
Aliexpress is not a reliable site for they do not
No ready to give me back my money bad very bad. Useless

From the store NINE WIN official store

They didn't ship it within the first days of my purchase, so I contacted them to ask them to ship it right away before the order was canceled.

It was until then that they replied saying the product was out of stock and asked me to cancel my purchase, but at the same time they asked me to choose "other reasons" so the platform wouldn't punish them. Yet they still had the listing up for that product even though they are telling me, it's out of stock, but at the same time, asking me to lie and say I'm cancelling the purchase for "other reasons".

The worst part is that I'm trying to cancel my order because I obviously want my money back, (it was almost 30 Canadian dollars that i'm not going to let go just like that), but I refuse to lie and choose "other reasons", I'm choosing I'm cancelling my order because it's "out of stock" and they wont accept that option therefore they reject my request to cancel my order until I choose "other reasons"... that's very wrong of them to do it. They had a listing up, they didnt inform me they didnt have the product until I contacted them and now that I have to cancel the order they wont allow me to choose the real reason why I have to cancel it!

I'm very upset about the whole thing, usually all my purchases on aliexpress have been smooth and simple, this one is not the case and the worst part, I want to complain and there's nowhere to do it, I want to tell the truth so ppl know what I went through with that store and they are in control so I can't do it...

I hope this complain reaches someone that can do something about my issue.

AliExpress never received my order

Aliexpress is not safe at all. I bought from a seller and when I received the items it was not as discribed, I lodged a dispute and the seller communicated with me and promissed me a free gift with my next order. I then placed another order that was never delivered, I should have received it over a month ago. I lodged a second dispute and to my suprise aliexpress then blocked my account and paid the seller. They say it happens automatically with a second dispute. I have appealed over and over again as I cannot sort out the order when the account is blocked. I tried live chat for weeks now and the gets the same answer each time, appeal and wait. After the appeal time is over I contact again just to get the same standard messages appeal reffused due to more than one dispute. They dont care for the fact that I never received my order and that the seller is ignoring my messages. Today I have spoken to a manager at aliexpress and she informed me I will never be able to get a refund as they blocked my account and will not reinstate it and therefore will not handle any disputes from me. So basically aliexpress makes the protection promise but with the second problem you have they permanantly get rid of you. They dont like customers complaining no matter if it is legit or not. So I paid my hard earned money over to some company in china and NEVER received my order. And in Hong Kong the transport company have no records of ever receiving the order.

I am having issues with a scammer seller. I opened a dispute, agreed on sending back the goods and receiving a refund. I sent the goods back. They were received 2 months ago and I still did not receive a refund.
The seller asked for my Paypal account which I understand is illegal and a sort of scam

The Seller shipped my order in free shipping / I contacted AliExpress Customer Service who didn't see that is a big issue, The seller e-mailed me to assure me it was shipped "Free Shipping" - when I objected the seller change his opinion and claimed it was sent as ordered now it's 31st of Aug - 27 days and when I put dispute 2 days ago I was told to wait for the item for 10 more days.
Here the question- Why should I wait for 10 more days, I never got the service I paid for to avoid this waiting time!
