AliExpress product not as described

I placed an order with Qing Dao Rusa Hair Products Co., Ltd on 2 January 2017.

I purchased 26" Brazilian Lace Front Wig in Natural Virgin Colour, Small Cap Size. I received the wrong capsize so I complained to Selle but the Seller ignored my message.

After 25 days, the quality of the wig changed; the hair became very tangled, matted and dry. I did not dye or use any harsh chemicals on the hair, except shampoo and conditioner. I complained to Seller showing pictures of faulty hair, the Seller ignored my messages and removed my feedback.

I sent another message to Seller asking for my money back, no answer.

The Seller sells products that are not as described on the page. The product is 100% synthetic not Human Hair and is not value for price sold on site. DO NOT buy from that store, they have refused to return my money and this is Fraudulent behaviour and against consumer rights. I will take further action.

AliExpress order not received after 121 days & no proper response given by ali express & supplier

I had order a product on 10 Oct 2016 on Ali express online shopping.
The delivery time is 55 days that means 5 Dec 2016. I check my order on tracking system through the tracking number provided to me by aliexpress.
The tracking system is last updated on 13/10/2017.after that tracking system is not up date till today. 8/2/2017.
I contact aliexpress regarding my order but ever time they give the excuses that they are just give us the platform to me to buy the product all the responsibility is of suppliers to deliver the order to me .
I contact supplier several times and they extent the delivery time 2 times without informing me .Today on 8/2/2017 is a extended date but I have not received the order.

2.After informing by the customer that supplier is not updating the tracking system of your web so what are you doing .
3. I think aliexpress is using our money for this time being
4. Aliexpress just till we will refund your money but who will pay the interest ( its not delay by 1 or 2 days its almost double of your delivery time given by you on your online shopping site)

more over today on 8/2/2017 there is no mail from aliexpress for enquire about the product delivery.

I feel Ali express is one of the worst online shopping Site I had ever face .

AliExpress pouch for mobile phone

I paid this company for a mobile phone pouch on Dec 4, 2016. Today is already Feb 4, 2017. I still have not received my item. I sent this shameless company several messages but they just ignored me totally.

I opened dispute with Aliexpress days ago. But Aliexpress keeps on extending the seller reply days. Keep drag on the case. Not willing to refund.

DO NOT BUY FROM ALIEXPRESS.
DO NOT BUY FROM: LOVE FASHION CASE, China.

AliExpress nike sneakers (grey)

I ordered an item from aliexpress since november 25, 2016, the item according to the information provided by the seller and aliexpress has left for its destination since 29-nov-2016 and up till this present moment 01-feb-2017, i'm yet to receive my item.

This is an ugly experience for me for the 1st time in canada and I wonder why this is happening in this present dispensation of technology. Below is my information

AliExpress aliexpress products poor quality and they don't refund

Ordered a dog bag and it arrived with a broken zip and inner lining split - extremely poor quality. I contacted AliExpress straight away, opened a dispute and they told me I would get my money back. Two months later and no money and AliExpress closed the dispute and won't reply to my emails. Total crooks!

I would not suggest anyone purchase from this website unless you want to throw your money away.

AliExpress chandeliers order number [protected] from aidier lighting co., ltd. I have ordered three chandeliers size 20 cmx 20 cm

I have bought three chandeliers from the company mentioned above. I have received them but they are completely different from the picture shown in their website. So I have contacted the seller by email to explain the problem, their replay usually very late and I needed to message them many time to get a reply and even their reply is not sufficient. I accepted to send me more crystal ball as there were shortage but I have received nothing. As I am not satisfied and the end I requested a refund but I have heard nothing from them. I am not happy with products and the way their attitude and on top of that my problem has not solved
My purchase was in November 2016

AliExpress defective tablet

I have purchased a tablet from AliExpress. I heard a lot about AliExpress but never ordered from it before, that was my first experience and must say that it was terrible. After what had happened to me I'll never buy anything from there again, in my opinion this site is unsafe!
I bought a tablet and it was a present. When it arrived it looked fine, there were no visible damages. But unfortunately tablet did not work. When I tried to turn it on it did not respond and no matter what I tried I wasn't able to make it work! I contacted the seller and he refused to help, he called me a scammer and claimed there was nothing wrong with the tablet. I sent a complaint to AliExpress support and they said they'll look into my case and nothing. I'm extremely disappointed and disgusted at the same time! Worst online shopping ever!

AliExpress they side with scammer and the scammer

I purchased an adapter for to power my internal hard drive as my laptop died. The adapter immediately overheat and tripped my fusebox. When I file a dispute, they decided to side with the seller and ask me for a video proof. This means I have to plug in and power up a broken adapter just to prove my point. When I tried to tell them, they just ignore the fact that my safety is one of the huge concern.

I bought 4, received 3, the seller says he sent 3 and I was not reimbursed. Alis Express decided the seller is correct because of a the weight. The problem is that he is lying about the weight of the box. It is much heavier than 12 g.
I do not accept to be robbed like that.
If the own seller says he sent 3, why did not I receive at least 1 piece reimbursement? What is the problem with Ali Express staff? Are they protecting bad sellers?

AliExpress money released / no package arrived / no action taken by aliexpress

This is a copy of my Compliant for Aliexpress, made on their site, as follow :

My Story : I have the order [protected] . Money payed succesfully, package not arrived until nov (we are 7 January 2017 ! ) . On the tracking site, last barcode scanning appear in 02.11.2016, on the Airport terminal, but NOT arrived in my country yet (65 days !) . I have contacted the seller telling the situation, but the only response I have got was " the seller can't track the order, please wait, please don't open dispute, please be patient...Is delayed because 11.11.2016 selling..., etc"

I have contacted many times your Customer Help Service, I am very dissapointed, HELP customer is a joke, I have presented my case about 3-4 times, but with no concrete result. I can't believe that in this particular case Aliexpress CAN'T TRACK A MISSING PACKAGE ! Is embarrasing for the customers, and I thik that the last orders I have made will be the LAST orders ever on this site.

My money are gone, my package is missing, the seller did't know anything and your Customer Help Service tell me to be patient. In this case, I have asked the operator to open for me the procedure to get my money back, and the response was that It will be ok and she make the procedure for me, and I should receive one mail. So, in this way I was lost the time to open dispute after 15 days my order has been complete...I don't understant how my order can be complete BEFORE I RECEIVE THE PACKAGE? You are a big online site and you don't have the possibility to find one shipment? In this case, tell me HOW you protect the customers? I have spoked only with your robots on Customer Help Center, can you give me a mail adress to report to a supervisor my case?
It's a shame on your image, and it seems that my case is not singular, there are many more, Before that I was thinking that Aliexpress has been changed in good, but it seems that the buyers are very ignored in some cases, like me.
Can you give me a solid response :
- where exactly is my package?
- why I can 't open a dispute because my package is not arrived, even than the Buyer protection is expired? I don't have received the goods, but my payement was released !
- who is responsible for my missing package and how can I report this?
- is an International Court for customers that can help me in case Aliexpres is not capable to clear my situation?
- can the seller return my money with another procedure?

Before you respond to my complains, think that I was confident making my orders on your site, but in this case of mine is a shame that nobody can't help me in this point! no tracking after 02.11.2016, maybe is in the airport terminal?nobody knows?In my country i was asking the Romanian Post, I was cheking the track number but it seems that is not entered in my country yet. YET? we are January 2017! I am tired about talking with the robots operators on Help Center, I want a solid response, to know what I suppose to do after this...maybe to quit buying on ALI? maybe tell everybody that somewhere on your site my money has been stolen?where? my package has a barcode, so it can be find somewhere, if one Aliexpress official person ask this.
In the end, I want to tell Ali express that this case is a negative experience for me, I have orders made in 15 .11.2016 arrived so far, but with the mentioned package is happened something.Something that only YOU can clear, officialy.

I just filed a complaint JUST. LIKE. YOURS! Paid good money, got nothing. I will NOT be back to Ali Express - Temu is my new go-to store. I have proof that the pkg didn't come to my state but they don't care - just send me back to my post office. I did that already - that's where I got the print out of where the pkg was last. Sorry we both had to go through this.

Further to the order reference number, we received wrong item with same reference number which have been intimated to your good self-vied mail as attached. and have been informed that you will resend the same within 20 days’ time unfortunately even after 70 days nothing is happening and not even received a feedback from your side even as a courtesy

As you know ali express is one of my favorite site which we trust and order generously but these unprofessional gestures and un ethical gratitude’s are really un professional and un parliament

AliExpress bad service and cost to the buyer

Purchase a sandals online via aliexpress.
Seller provided china post tracking number to avoid dispatching time expiry.
Yet i requested tnt delivry and was charged $30
Total cost $ 95
Parcel landed in south africa.
Supplier declared value to tnt express as $ 80
Customs charged me r890 clearance fee
I requested the refund of $40 from supplier by doing a dispute.
It was approved.

Customs requested my payment for this transaction . Which reflected $ 95
Customs said i must pay r2500 penalty for false declaration before they can release the parcel.
This means the sandals will be costing me r 5000 ( $350)

I contact aliepxress and the seller.
Both are ignoring me.
Sent an email to ali and the supplier.
Week later no response.

Spent over r 100 000 at aliexpress and this is the outcome.

AliExpress this website is not safe!

I have a problem with AliExpress. I purchased a pair of shoes from a seller on this site and received a wrong size pair. I contacted the seller and he asked me to ship them back for a replacement. He refused to give me a return label and I had to pay $20 for shipping!
Seller received the shoes but he did not send me a replacement pair. I tried to contact him many times but he did not reply. Then I tried to get some help from AliExpress and they also ignored me. This website is not safe, I would not recommend AliExpress to anyone!

I need to gift my fiance and her family a beautiful gift for which ask this seller which I find this torch as I already had this from another seller and when i need to purchase from that seller the torch is out of stock so I search aliexpress.com to buy from another seller and I found this seller and I ask him which one is best one from my fiance and after his recommendation only I placed an order with Order ID: [protected] Order time & date: 19:22 Dec. 21 2015 for 5 pieces of LED Torch. Out of 5 3 are faulty I Inform seller regarding this issue but he did not response many time then he ask me to send proof of faulty I click pictures and send him then he ask me to video proof I capture it and send it then he ask me to place another order of at least I torch then he will send total of 4 torch then I ask Why I have to placed another order and after that he avoid to response.

AliExpress blocks, not to pay back!

I have ordered many things on AliExpress, I received some of them but couldn't receive most of them so I opened disputes for these orders.
AliExpress have payed me full refund for some of them, partial for one and then they have blocked my account. And they started to reject my disputes since then, so I get no refunds because my account is blocked.
I couldn't even get refund from the order that AliExpress and I agreed for full refund. I accepted their proposal, but then they changed the result and did not pay.
I cannot contact anyone because my account is unavailable. I have purchases to come, I need to contact the sellers but I can't. Also, they give no chance to talk someone in the company or make any kind of objection to anyone, you are being left hands tied in thousands of kilometres away.
So, they just ban you and shush you and pay you nothing whenever they want without addressing any proper explanation and that's all? That is not acceptable!

AliExpress what a waste of money!

I've ordered several packages of candy from AliExpress and when my order arrived it was completely messed up! One pack was missing and the other two were ripped apart! I contacted AliExpress customer service and explained that my order arrived in a terrible condition and was absolutely damaged and they said that I need to contact the shipping company because it was probably their fault! I told them that I was 100% sure it was the sellers fault but that scammer ignores all my messages. AliExpress rep said there was nothing they could do!
These clowns did nothing to help, I was hoping they'll contact with the seller, or refund my money, but nothing! Will never buy from here again, what a waste of money!

AliExpress repair watch kit

I am buying from Aliexpress four about 4 years. The sipping kit for last transaction was incomplete. |I asked to get the missing parts . My request was ignored by the supplier and Aliexpress did not give me the chance to write even a review about this - moon zhou - scammer. Is very frustrating to see that Aliexpress a public company is protecting the scammer suppliers instead to protect the customers.

AliExpress defective product received

I ordered a bluetooth watch from Ali express under order No. [protected], the product received was defective one, then I complained to Ali express, they simply told to return the product and will get refund, but the matter is that, to return the product I have to spend more than the half of the price of the product, I asked Ali express about who will bare cost of sending back the product, but there is no reply, in the mean while the seller commented that he had sent a another watch to me and provided me a waybill number, but on tracking the waybill it came to know that the the waybill belongs to another person and not for me, total cheating by the seller and the Ali express is being in support of the seller and not the purchaser. There is no purchase safety in Ali express, though they say that there is purchase protection, that is just for advertisement and there is no protection to the buyers.

AliExpress not receiving the money of a price adjustment after changing shipping method.

On the 7th of July I placed an order on AliExpress with number [protected]. The same day I received a bank billet of Ebanx with a value of R$ 491.51 (US$ 137.93) and I paid it.

Then the seller changed the shipping method and reduced the price of shipping with US$ 32.00.

Until now I haven't received this US$ 32.00 back. I entered in contact with customer services of AliExpress but they are only sending me from one department to another department without resolving nothing.

I'm new on AliExpress and this wasn't a good experience.
