AliExpress seller refuse to honor sale

I purchased 2 orders on aliexpress.com on November 11, 2014 their International Sale Date my order #[protected] and the seller jun wang E-mailed me and stated that I would have to pay more money for my item that he put on sale for 85% off he was not going to honor his own sell prices and that I had to pay him more money in order to receive my items, I than contacted aliexpress.com customer service and was told to don't worry that my order went though and the money that I purchased my items for was taken and my order was OK! I than received another E-mail from the seller telling me to still sent more money, I E-mailed he back but till today he has not answered me or sent my items out.

AliExpress samsung cell phone parts

I placed an order on several repair parts for cell phones. Before I received the items I ended up in the hospital where I remained for nearly 4 months. Upon my recovery I retrieved the unopened package from a friend who kept it for me. After opening the part I installed a mother board that did not function. Then to my surprise I discovered that an lcd/screen assembly had a yellow "fail" sticker on it. Of course the part did not function. Jaken Lin the scammer knowingly sent me bad parts but forgot to remove the "fail" sticker off of it. He was caught in the act of knowingly sending bad worthless parts that he salvaged from the trash heap. Upon contacting him he refused to make good for the parts. If they had worked and failed after 3 months he may have had a point. Even then the parts should be warranted. However, these parts never functioned properly because they were bad when he sent them. I lost over $200.

AliExpress slow shipping and poor communication

I bought some automotive light bulbs on Aliexpress.com. Their prices are very cheap and beat out all the other websites i checked out. I made a mistake and cancelled one order that i made and was told i would have to wait as long as 20 days to get my refund. Communication between the seller was poor and i was told shipping could take as long as 15 to 26 days to get my stuff i ordered. I dont like waiting that long to get what i purchased and i doubt that i will ever do business with them again! I buy from Amazon and E Bay and although it might cost more i get my stuff a lot quicker. My advice to you is dont bother with Aliexpress.com.

AliExpress beware of aliexpress

Do not buy any stuffs from aliexpress it is all fake product and send wrong product still you have to pay at-least 50% of product price that also after struggle 1 month by placing dispute case and if your right then you get only 50%. And In Chinese pink color is called red so be careful about aliexpress. I have brought the red color case with screenguard for my tablet. but they send me the pink color case without screen guard. I have made a disputed but the seller rejected it and says this color is called red in china. So I have escalate the dispute to there case management team. they are not reply me for more then 22days then I contacted them via chat and request them to look in to it. Then there case management team check the case and accepted that this is wrong color but we can make only 50% refund only and close the case. Why I have to pay for the goods we don't want it. So Please guys do not by from aliexpress

LED lights I ordered were very bad and unusable. I returned the items and paid $18 in shipping costs instead of $48 with tracking number. The items cost me $30. My dispute has gone on for months and now I cannot leave feedback on product after 30 days. The vendors are selling bad products and are not afraid of disputes because of the 30 day feedback rule. I'll never buy from these guys again. Just be careful with any item you want to return.

AliExpress aliexpress is a cheater

I have placed an order for samsung s5 mobile set on aliexpress on 23.07.2014. Order number is [protected]. Supplier is m/s midy zhong. Shipping tracking number was rf252703433sg. Cost of goods is 125us dollar. I have paid this amount through credit card at the time of placing order. I could not open dispute within given timeframe of 39 days. Now status is confimation time out. I have written several mails to aliexpress and supplier m/s midy zhong. But no one is responding. What should I do in this situation?

AliExpress product failure

Hi there.

Bought wallpaper from aliexpress.com. It came we quickly put it on the wall and the next day realised there is a misspelling on it. As wallpaper looks like a newspaper. There is a letter missing... All over the paper... We quickly contacted supplier by text. Al they said omg, factory made a mistake. No refunds or discounts have been offered. I could not submit claim on aliexpress as goods already received. Mentioned that going to lodge a complain, but no reply from supplier, neither email or text. Went to aliexpress again and checked that wallpaper again, about 10 supplies who sell it and all of it with misspelling. I sent messages to them, nobody could not understand what I am saying or what do I want. No english at all. One of them even offered the wallpaper to buy. I said I dont want to buy wallpaper with misspellings. Paid us dollars for wallpaper with misspelling. No contact from supplier, no refund. Now have no idea what to do. We even didnt think to check wallpaper before putting it on the wall... What a surprise we got. But that wallpaper is still on aliexpress.com - they still sell it..

If you are buying replica watch from Aliexpress: Be warned, there are many cheats there!

Firstly, Aliexpress online form doesn't work if you want to file a complaint.

After repeated attempts to seek refund from the seller & Aliexpress to refund with no luck. I have decided to warn you guys if you want to buy replica watch from Aliexpress.

Recently, I went to make enquiry on a couple of replica watches on Aliexpress. The merchant got me away from paying them on Aliexpress and go to their direct site to make payment.

Please make sure you do not buy from this merchant as I was cheated of the 187USD wired to them.

I'm not sure if this seller is a male or female anymore.

It is unfortunate that I was cheated of USD187

I do not wish that the other customers also fall victim to such dishonest merchant.

Lastly, Aliexpress has a long way to go compared with eBay. The dispute resolution on eBay works. The complaints are easy to lodge. The buyer protection there works.

If you really must buy from Aliexpress, buy through their website. DO NOT wire money to the merchant directly.

Deleting your aliexpress account will hurt and really bring aliexpress to fall!
I ordered from 4 different stores 4 different items - 4 troubles too much – unbelievable!

I bought via aliexpress from 4 different stores 4 different items as follows:
1. 25 pcs Led E14 5WATT - I received 25 pcs of 2WATT - wrong wattage.
2. 20 pcs Led G4 5WATT - I received 20 pcs of 1, 5WATT - wrong wattage.
3. 2 pcs Led H7 100WATT - I have not received - RI844352949CN wrong track number.
4. 6 pcs LED G9 9WATT – I received 6 pcs of 2WATT - wrong wattage.
My confidence in aliexpress is less than zero, I decided to delete my account, if anyone will do the same we will bring aliexpress to fall!

If your payment cannot be passed by aliexpress, the reason is your account is not safe enough. If you cannot order directly through aliepxress, you can pay via paypal.
While aliexpress donot like to use paypal. Cuz they need get the commission from seller's any order. If via paypal, they cannot get commission any more.
Everywhere have honest and dishonest people. As customers complain there are cheater sellers, sellers also complain there are too many buyer cheaters.
When you order, just be careful. choose the honest company and donot just focus on low price.

I have purchsed some product from Ali express and made my payment. after making payment one of the trader refused to send my product and
ask for payment from western union and didn't deliver my product.

I log a complaint with aliExpress and received communication saying we have block this trader for 7 working days but i can see him still online and he replied to me today.

It looks like it is a nexus of chinese companies and Alibaba.com

Aliexpress is there head.

I am really disappointed and unsatisfied with the action taken by alibaba.

AliExpress material not delivered

I purchased digital temperature controller made by sinotimer.com from aliexpress store name yueqing xinyang automation equipment co., ltd. item costed me $39.58 and I need the product on urgent basis so I paid extra $14.23 shipping charges via fedex. that seller updated an old chain post air mail tracking number rc041676285cn and when I tracked it showed me shipping address of another country shipped in the month of may, 2014. that was funny since I purchased in july. anyhow, I tried to contact seller but hardly got any responose to contact william lee from sinotimer at email id william. [protected]@sinotimer.com which I did and to my shock he too didn't replied positively. two times I request aliexpress support desk to escalate my issue to higher authority which was not in their protocol but they registered the complaint. now its been 3 month and still not received the material. attaching a picture which confirms payment done for fedex and many request for getting product.
All I wish that aliexpress owned by alibaba should take strict action so that other loyal seller not supper.
Lets see what happens after sharing my experience in this forum.

AliExpress fraud & cheat

I purchased some China Products through Aliexpress.com vied Order Number:[protected] & [protected] with Pen drives & External Hard drive, but the sellers send me fake products, they cheated me, I purchased 3nos of 32gb pen drives but all are fake, after product confirmed the said Aliexpress.com, a online trade concern have no system to complaint this fraud. It is very regret to all of buyers. This system make bad reputation for China, a Country of excellent for every aspects like electronics, Industry etc. So this my heartiest request to you to stop to sale the fraud products. Now what may I do for this system or may complaint to whom? Please do needful to me.

AliExpress item not received and no money back

Do not buy from aliexpress and this is the reason

I bought an item on 03 jun 2014 and the shipping was through dhl and supposed to be arrived within two week. The seller send the item using china post air which is much more cheaper and the main problem taking too much time.
Aliexpress assume that I received my item on time and they close the order automatically and since that day (almost two months) I am in daily base communicating with the seller and he is playing around and now he stopped replying to me.
I tried to contact aliexpress but there is no way and I do not know to escalate my case.
This is proof that is no right for the buyer at all.
After two months from my order, I did not receive the item and no money.
I am really advising you to not buy from this seller and also advise anyone also not

AliExpress offers NO buyer protection, especially after you have received your item - warranties are meaningless. I have bought several times with no problems, however, I bought a mobile phone (my most expensive purchase from them) & although it worked great initially, after only 2 months it died. The seller advertises 12 month warranty, but I have been given the total runaround trying to get them to honour this. They finally agreed to repair the phone if I sent it back to them, but when I did, they lied and claimed the phone didn’t arrive. After investigation by China Post, the phone was returned to me with the message that the seller refused to claim the package. So, not only do I have a dead phone, but I also wasted $20 on registered post only to have it returned to me. This has been going on since February & even after four online discussions with supposedly helpful customer service people, nothing is being done. Every time I speak to them they tell me they have passed my issue on to their Trade Security Team, who will investigate and get in touch with me. They never get in touch with me and I don’t believe anything is being investigated. Basically, AliExpress couldn’t care less about customers. This seller is still operating. AliExpress states on their site that all sellers are verified, so really they do have a responsibility to ensure that sellers are doing the right thing. Unfortunately they don’t and I will not be buying anything further from AliExpress due to this total lack of customer care or recourse after you have acknowledged receipt of an order.

AliExpress Seller on Aliexpress makes personal attacks and ask me to

I ordered 2 wine glasses from Elle li on Aliexpress. My glasses did not arrive in a foam box unlike guaranteed in description, but in a cardboard box that got squashed.

I filed a dispute as one of my glasses broke. As seller didn't respond to the dispute on time, the system decided to refund me the amount I paid for the 2 glasses. This is the decision of Aliexpress. I decided to reorder from the seller but she said I will only get 1 glass if I reorder 2. She turned nasty when I insisted on getting 2.

I tried to explain, but seller resorted to continue with the name calling and insults, and eventually even told me to go to hell. "You poor you go to hell" is her exact words.

Seller could have accepted the issue. There is an option to, and it is reasonable since it's due to her negligence that my goods to got damaged. If she did, Aliexpress would not have interfered. Aliexpress decided on her behalf as she did not respond. And it's decision is out of my control.

It is her own failure to respond that I got refunded for 2 glasses. I feel she is trying to coerce me to "return" half of the refund to her, by making me pay for 2 glass while getting only 1 if I reordered. I'm glad I didn't. Such behaviour is uncalled for.

She left me a defamatory feedback to "caution" other sellers. I have filed an abuse report and waiting for it to process.

Once I saw I have gotten my refund, I should have ignored her repeated messages asking me if I'm still interested in the glass.
And I totally regretted my decision of wanting to reorder from her.

Dear authorized person,
I purchased order no:[protected] electric bicycle for my child and i said to my child she is waiting for bicycle. But i received a message: 'your order frozen'. it is very important for me. I said to everyone alibaba/aliexpress is great website for shopping. But now i am at my wit's end. It is not good. I order some dresses on Aliexpress this was my first order I still have not received the order the first the merchant name is Fernando Tsin [protected]. This is my order number every time I ask for a refund he refuses the refund. I order Place two order with this merchant and have received neither one. When I escalate the despite I am told he wil send my order by July 9.2014 who has that type of time I am a new business owner this make me not want to ever trust them again. I will probably never do business with this site again because when I joined the site it states that if for any reason you are unhappy you may keep the merchandise and the money but when I placed the order I notice that it said the order would not be mailed out for 50 to 60 days so I said immediately to cancel the order and refund the money because the order was suppose to be delivered with in 5 to 15 days now it is going on 4 weeks and he his not even sent it yet.. I don't even know if he has mailed the other one I want my money back. Can you please Help me

Benk chen shipped two phones with frequencies of 900/1800mhz (Europe, asia) that could not work on the at&t (Usa) networks (850/1900mhz). The phones were received on dec. 13 2013 and returned on dec 17 2013 within the 7-day return

Benk chen under the name of nick chen, played delaying tactics (2014 chinese new year and 2014 chinese lantern festival) saying that it could take up to three months to receive these two phones. I accepted to wait until march 18 2014. When I contacted, on march 20 and 22 2014, benk chen on both aliexpress
Message center and his store pocket-handkerchief direct store no.137086, benk chen never replied to my messages. This is merchandise fraud and the return policy is also a fraud because benk chen will not refund or exchange these two phones.

I am reporting benk chen and his company to us customs as his china customs declaration stated: description: metal alloy cell phone for ringing, and value us$: 50. The correct value was us$320. Also, I am reporting him to the usps for not declaring that the package contained lithium polymer batteries in violation of us regulations. Finally, I am reporting him to the ftc for mail fraud.

I hope that these actions will prevent other potential customers of losing money with fraudulent merchandise.In my case I lost us$320 with benk chen and his aliexpress pocket-handkerchief direct store no.137086.

CONFIRMATION OF MERCHANDISE FRAUD, WARRANTY FRAUD, AND DELAYING TACTICS

After posting this complaint, the vendor, Benk Chen/Stone Chen/Nick Chen, contacted me on the aliexpress Message Board, on March 27, 2014 for submitting a fair proposition to resolve my purchase. On March 28, 2014, I offered him to replace these two smartphones (US$320) by two other smartphones of a lesser value (US$160) with the correct frequencies for the AT&T (USA)
networks. No replies.

On March 31, 2014 I asked him for the last time to reply to my proposition within 24 hours. No replies.

This confirmed that Benk Chen/Stone Chen/Nick Chen and his company are fraudulent entities shipping merchandise that does not work on AT&T, does not comply with US Customs declaration regarding its true value, and USPS regulations regarding lithium batteries. Their warranty and refund policy listed on their website is also a fraud since the vendor will not honor them.

AliExpress aliexpress cancelled orders and requests private identifying materials and never reinstates ordering function

To Whom It May Concern:

I am writing because I am having an issue that needs urgent attention. I am a customer of Aliexpress.com and have made many purchases with no issues up until 12/31/2013 where my orders were cancelled and I was requested to provide reason of a chargeback for order ending in 9945 for in which I did as well as provide a copy of my drivers license id, credit card used to place my new order and proof of cancellation of chargeback cancellation from fraud reason(bank error) to "item not as described/broken/damaged"

I have been patiently waiting, I have never had any issues with any sellers other than the ones I have disputed via aliexpress and have always provided valid documentation and/or proof for the reason of the dispute/chargeback.

It is imperative for this issue to be resolved so that I can place orders for my business that is growing, which now have been stalled and this is causing a financial catastrophe for me as I have to refund people.

I need action taken to this matter as I was asked to provide sensitive proof of identification yet my account is given no time frame for when it will be verified which is unprofessional. I am in limbo here and need my purchasing via credit card back, it will truly defy the purpose of using aliexpress if I have to pay using another method which takes longer to process payment and the charge for making the payment which sometimes exceeds the cost of the order itself.

There should be no reason why there is a ban for me to use my credit card and why is should take longer than 3 business days to verify the documents you requested. My card issuer told me that as per the request from the email I received from aliexpress for cancellation of chargeback as fraud to not as described was given to them and is easily accessible through the merchant account/payment system.

This matter needs to be escalated to someone who can assist me in a timely manner and efficiently approve and re-instate full function to my account. If Aliexpress can not do their part and verify the documentation to reinstate the credit card order payment function then they should not be requesting it and just cancel your account. Also, since Aliexpress is a worldwide business platform it should adhere to the same policies that sites catering to the USA market have to abide by. It is unheard of for business to be conducted in this manner. I have been going through hell for the last 2 weeks with generic and repetitive customer service chat remarks.

Aliexpress confirmed my order as accepted when it was in dispute as it was not delivered they paid the supplier with my money instead of escrow as advertised, I was ripped off by aliexpress
