The new modus of chinese suppliers on chinese websites was to scam, cheat innocent good buyers around the world, by making different names and sites of their company. So that they will not be identified as a scammer or a fraud. Like yuanda international trade co., ltd. For instance, is not a genuine company but one of a hoax company. The people behind this enormous scam will create many different names of a company that never been exist, so that if they already victimized a good buyer they can easily leave that site and never heard from them again. Because automatically the victim will made a complaint to the b2b or to the host online shop like alibaba.com, madeinchina.com, china. Cn, and made-in-china.com to name a few chinese websites. From then feedbacks, complaints will be posted in the internet or a blog by the victim as a warning from other good buyers. Now, other buyers will be careful on choosing a supplier and they will look with a chinese supplier who dont have a negative feedback or complaints, but not knowing that the company name was also operated by the same scam and by the same people behind the fraud and on standby to cheat and fooled another innocent good buyers.
Never accept western union, t/t, bank transfer.
Better accept paypal or cod for payment.
Modus of bogus supplier:
They will send you business certificate, license certificate to lure buyers.
They will offer you low prices for sample unit.
They will deal you to pay half of its price and sure pay the remaining balance once you recieved the items.
They will ask for the buyers scanned passport, and valid ids. Saying for their security that the buyer will sure pay the remaining balance.
They will email you with list of branded products from cellphones, game consoles, digital camera, laptops with low prices in it.
Beware on this new modus... I was a victim of this new modus from chinese websites specially yuanda international co., ltd.
I would like to share to you this video. My purchased order is a sample unit nikon d90 with 18-105mm vr lens. Unfortunately I recieved a different item. I hope this will serve as a warning to all good buyers around the world.

the problem is that this names of company who is doing this fraud can easily change their company name and victimized once more.
ordered several items in one evening and never recieved any of the four items. sellers names are "bean lian" and "jin liu". Alibaba does nothing to help return money, in fact they are in on the scams, offering "gold membership" status for a fee, but means nothing as far as integrity of the business. It has been 40 days since I ordered my items and recived nothing except several fake tracking numbers and a bunch of crap about where my items are. So beware of alibaba and aliexpress websites, the website looks deceivingly good.

if you buy one smart watch you get 2 free ok so I did and also bought 1 play station and1 Xbox, 1 apple 6 phone. 576.00 plus once I sent the 1st payment for my order I was told that customs had my package held up until I send $ 250.00 so that customs will release my package and send out well she got me for that and what made it so bad I bought this for my sons Christmas and all my money that I save up was gone in a blink of an eye.it was my 1st time shopping on line but never again. I have been trying to get InTouch with Alibaba web but unable to leave a complaint. and LINDA well she stop responding to me . I know GOD see's all and you will be convicted by the LORD MY GOD and I will continue to file paper work to get my money back . And go to you court and talk with the district attorney about this matter its wrong and we must fight for our rights get a stop payment and refund, etc., etc. etc. PS. make sure you file a police report give all information email and all.
Hello . I made a purchase to a alibaba.com vendor by the company name Berg international Pakistan. After following Mr Asghar / CEO payment details with shipping I paid $2, 371.10. Thru western union. This was in November 2014. He has lied to me saying he is sending me the product and never did for months. He made a remark that he will keep me tied up in court trying to get my money back. I have reported him to the local police and also the FBI in my state. I will expose him to every forum I can find so other innocent consumers like me are not hurt by this thief thanks .who can I report this crime to in sailkot pakistan?
I bought what was described as "5 strings of 300 pieces" of crystals, but Sunny Supply sent 5 half strings of 50 crystals, and it is IMPOSSIBLE to dispute claim because Ali. Express website insists on attachment but does not accept photographs from my camera (Panasonic) or a Word document, and demands reason for dispute from dropdown menu but menu does not drop down. If you hit Submit, all you get is error order. THIS WHOLE SITE IS A CHINESE SCAM! Companies are fictitious and they and Ali. express collect our money and there is nothing we can do about it. DONT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!
i will advise you to avoid alibaba.. you have 99% to loose your money.. in my case the international police and the chinese polish with the govements are after my thiefhs.. they catch them for sure.. dont loose your money please... buy from somewhere you know.. or go to china but even there is not 100% you will garantie your money..

I use momoway business searcher, for me is more transparent, but still always make double, tripple check of my prospective supplier, this is my recipe for avoiding scams:)

Alibaba is only a platform between the buyers and the suppliers. Even with A&V check, it doesn’t weed out scammers 100%. I strongly suggest buyers do some thorough research before dealing with online supplier, just as you would with real life business partners. Use escrow as a form of payment instead of Western Union is the easiest way to protect yourself. Invest wisely.
I just want to warn everyone of Langfang Xinyuzhu Trading Co., Ltd. I just ordered 10, 000 envelopes from them and they arrived today, ripped, badly cut and with black spots all over them. They are terrible quality and nothing like I had ordered. DO NOT DEAL with this company - I spoke to Joyce and Yogi. Be warned they are absolutely hopeless and total crooks. They advertise on Alibaba.
