We are the paid gold members of alibaba.com. They have a service called RFQ. First they were very fair with members almos 3 years ago. After that they changed their rule that we must quote everyday to buyers otherwise they will seize our right to quote customers as less as only 3 quotations. Now 2 or 3 days ago they changed again their rule without any prior notice etc and now allowing to quote only 20 RFQ's for whole month which is totally injustice.Alibaba have no right to seize our this right because we paid them and we must quote to anyone who post RFQ. Mrs sunny song is on of the fraud supplier in china. Iher company name is minny export & import co. , lt and she run two factory one is led bulb factory which name is ssxqx led lighting factory and second is shoe factory which name is ssxqx led lighting factory. I ordered for the led bulb few days ago and she charged 379 usd for shipping cost till my port where she said I dont need to pay any thing just need to pay custom charges. When my consignment arrived here in india at new delhi that shipping company send me an invoice of arround 420 usd again. I speak to sunny but she dint reply me properly she is saying that is local charges but that is not local charges because my total cbm of consignment is only 2.70 and total weight is 440 kg. The order value of consignment is only 1220 usd. She is one of the fraud supplier in china dont trust on her. Her product quality is also not good. Dont trust mrs sunny song is fraud supplier.

I inquired about a dress to make sure could get custom made as picture shown. I received a response that yes it could. After payment submitted then I was told that the fabric was out of stock. I requested a refund and now have not heard anything back from the company. The company that was to make the dress have responded stating that Alibaba should refund the money and it will take awhile, but Alibaba has not responded at all about the refund.

I purchased Elight laser from Weifang Sunshine Electronics Co Ltd. I got the terrible burn after I have used it. I tried it on me, because I purchased this laser for my work. But as I got this burn so easily, I simply couldn’t use this laser on my patients. I tried to return this laser, but the seller has found thousands of excuses, why I couldn’t do it.

When you register on alibaba your personal details will forward to people's who acting as suppliers. Unfortunately they are scammers. I contact one serplier by name judy li register with alibaba claim to be from Estero.com. then I ask her legal name and business address to be contact she gave me different name. I then contact my friend in china to make sure this person or supplies is genuine trade I provide info to my friend in china to find out from me. The result:the address you mentioned No 5, Tian Wan Rd, Gong Ming Town, Guangming, is a building, in which there are a few companies. it is very difficult to find a person named Li Wenjin, esp. we have no idea of its genda. and the Phone number :+86-1594498302is incorrect too, each cellphone has 11numbers, eg.138  0000 1234. Do not registered with alibaba. Because you don't know who you dealing with. If you want to have genuine business trade go to AMAZON. COM OR EBAY OR WWW.CLICKNSHOP.CO.NZ

Even after contacting them directly, they arent able to reactivate the account. Really fed up with these uneducated people in position. Numerous times submitted the docs, but all in vain. They have just one reply in there memory. (below) "This email is regarding the appeal you have filed for your Alibaba.com account reactivation. After reviewing your account information and the submitted application for account reactivation we regret to inform you that your application has been rejected. Your account has been flagged as a high security risk, and will therefore be permanently suspended. Further attempts to appeal this decision will not be entertained."

Please be aware NOT to deal with this copmany! YIFAN Toys company has sent me 50% faulty items, then ignored all emails and is not replying back. Never to deal with them again, wasted so much time with empty promises only to be completely ignored now. I just got scammed by those evil scam sellers from "TAOBAO" which is Alibaba's sister company. And I'm a Chinese. Those freaking evil scammers. I hate you . they sent me a fake link ask me to click it to make a payment on a very legit website Chinese eBay like (taobao). I thought it was the same payment link as always from "taobao" so I paid by using the link he sent to me. after open the link, it take me to this check out page and that page look the same as TAOBAO checkout page. So i wasn't alert about it and paid for it. but then i find out I couldn't find any order history on the item i just bought, I realize something is not right. So I ask him to pay me back and he said ok but I have to wait till next day, i thouht about it and called "TaoBao"s customer service but all they can do is to report the case for you and shut down scammer's store. which is (there is nothing worth monty in that store but bunch fake pics with cheap price items). So long story short there is nothing ALABAMA can do for you when this scam happens to you. they have the Scammer's ID number and address on file before they open store on taobao. and they can't report ppl like this to the police for you. chinese police they are lazy as hell and taobao just don't give a crap about it either. so the scammers on ALABAMA's - Taobao site just scamming people everywhere. they are in and out like it's nothing. I'm so mad right now. hate shopping in China.

Aliexpress order no: [protected] aliexpress dispute case: [protected] I bought a htc one x at&t with lcd digitizer with frame to exchange my broken handphone screen. 1) wrong item sent and not fit to my smartphone 2) title said htc at&t screen replacement but seller argue that I should check the photo shown as well. I explained that if I did not open last minute, how could I know the photo is difference. If I could not trust the title description, what the thing should I trust? 3) seller said I have to return item and she will check the condition later. If condition ok, then, only she will refund. I spend additional money and send to phone repair shop, they told me that aliexpress product either not fit to my phone or broken before she sent to me 4) although this is seller mistake, seller insisted me to spend my owned cost and return the them. 5) I tried to buy thing from aliexpress. End of the day, I found I was cheated and bought the thing that I did not even want at all! I returned the item back to seller! Months have passed! Seller promised to refund money from day 1 until now, I still could not receive my money yet! I put it into aliexpress escalate dispute. Again, after more than 1 month, my problem still could not be solved! Bad experience!

I have opened my account it asked for reactivation of account on alibaba.com. i have applied for reactivation on September'15 with my company documents attached. Today(16th October'15) i have again tried to login into my account but the situation was the same, account still not active. i had live chat with customer representative and she said that Your account has been flagged as a high security risk, and will therefore be permanently suspended. Further attempts to appeal this decision will not be entertained. I am not able to understand that if i have uploaded all the required documents then why is this happening? Alibaba sent me a mail to become gold supplier but i didn't show any interest. Is this a move by them to covert members to gold suppliers by shutting down their account? Kindly look into the matter.

I was referred to alibaba.com by a friend. What an amazing layout. Great products, great prices. I placed an order for 2 hover boards through a supplier, who then took my payment through credit card and promised to deliver the good within 10 days using DHL express. It is now day 20. In an attempt to locate the shipment, I searched up the tracking numbers the seller provided. BOTH WERE "FAKE" numbers according to Fedex. I was shocked. I opened a dispute since the seller was not responding to any of my kind messages. The dispute has been open for days and no feedback from your customer service team has been received in regards to this outstanding matter. Absolutely Appalling. I'm am frustrated and very upset with this because I bought these orders as a gift for someone's birthday (today). Instead of spending my time with joy on my nephews birthday, I'm having to send countless messages to the seller who has my money but still doesn't reply on why he can't cancel or even give me valid tracking numbers. I have been treated unfairly by you and the seller and will not tolerate this any longer. Especially since I made a swift and full payment and kept up my end of the bargain. Three years ago I purchased an oil distillation machine from Shanqiu Donghe Special equipment co. i new them thru the Aliaba website. After three years and the visit of two technician, the machine is not working. WE are talking about a US$130, 000 machine with a total investment of US$400, 000 in Panama.I raised a complaint with Aliababa, and they closed it for "lack of evidence", I raised a new one a sent them full evidence and they closed it because it was "duplicated", I raised complaints receiveing the same treatment. What bothersme is the "goldel supplier" category of the supplier at the Alibaba website and the company Shanqiu Donghe Special equipment, NEVER PRODUCED OR SOLD A used oil distillation machine.
IT IS A FRAUD and they are still advertising the product in Aliababa Web site. I hold responsabile Alibaba for allowing such crooks to use their site and by not accepting my dispute are supporting these scam.!. My email is khalid.[protected]@yahoo.com

This internet business platform is not helpful at all. When you make a complain against a fraud business transaction made with a alibaba member, they say will help and to to worry. But at the end they have no issue to walk away and leave you out, with no help and no answer.
I would like to inform other people to be very careful doing business with alibaba members, because most of them a cheaters and scam bags. At the beginning, I thought I wouldn't be let down by such a big company. But I was wrong, and like to make sure that other people don't fall victim of doing business with them.

This company gets data from alibaba to scam alibaba clients. I trusted alibaba i purchased a lot from alibaba and never had this issue. I paid $920 for 2 tv's and the total amount i paid from western union $990. Malinda the scammer, after she receive the money, she ask for more monies from me and malinda the scammer stated:
We will send your order tonight please be assured. And you will receive it probably receive it on wensday.
For your order, there is extra $40 to pay.
And you just need to add another $40 to get an apple watch.
And we have arranged your order, samsung 110" samaung 85" an ipad air 2 and an apple watch and 4 pairs 3d glasses.
Just need to confirm the $80 to ship it.

Thats a red flag, so i search again online about alibaba scam this person shows that she is a scammer. So i started asking, to send just one tv instead. Malinda the scammer stated:
We are not scam you your order did arranged.
It's just to be honest, i need the extra $60 to achieve our company's monthly competion.
I need to have an extra $60 order to accomplaish it and i am jsu graduated and new to my comany.
I did not tell your request to our boss for my own benefit and i did not see the harm would do to you.
You get all your orders and you are not lose anything and i finished my tasks.
I wish you can do me a favor and i did not tell you the truth.

What a baloney story! So i asked that i am waiting for my order, and hoping that it's not a scam and mainda the scammer stated:

Our staff have sent the products by dhl.
After the products pass through the china customs, then shipping company will give me the tracking number.
And i will give tracking number to you.
Please wait, you only need wait 3 ~5 days to get your order products.

Malinda found out one review that posted his boss id, accused me that i did it. So i response nicely to the following statement below:
I'm a very nice person. I have never had an experience like this before. I don't want hurt anyone but it seems like i'm not always talking to the same person. I'm not the person that wrote that post online with the pic. I spoke with dhl a few minutes ago. Let me know what i can do to help you in the future. When i receive my order i could write a good review. I just want my order and to talk with one person. If i am wrong about anything than i owe you an apology and i will apologize in writing and send it to who ever you want it to go to. When you agree on a transaction you should be professional and keep that transaction and not let your employees damage your reputation by acting desperate. I worked with alibaba for years and never had a problem. I apologize for the misunderstandings. Dhl is in my state and i'll communicate with them about the order. I didn't send the picture but professional companies would never send the picture id because it leads others to think something illegal has taken place. Most of us in the us don't read your language so the id means nothing. We would never send our id do to identiy fraud and crimminals could use the id. I'm just telling you because these are red flags for us here. You need a professional review page and your business will grow big. Thanks for understanding my apologies.

After malinda the scammer found out someone posted her scam online, she will not send the tv, there is no tv, no product at all. . . They have my $920.
The worst part is alibaba.com never help because they were not an alibaba seller, therefore someone in alibaba.com had given my person email address to scam alibaba's client. I am not the only person complaint about this company that have found in alibaba.com. Also western union allows this company to continue to scam consumers even after consumers complaint to western union. The fraud department in western union does not protect consumers at all. I noticed that there are several company that are doing thesame thing, sales person womens name. If its from china - dont trust!, paying through western union is a bad thing to do for consumer. I want to share this to all that alibaba.com is not the safest online to shop, not all seller can be trusted in alibaba.com. When you request information from suppliers your information and email address is shared with scammed companies and fool you into thinking that your working solely with alibaba.com.

i was looking for a apple smart watch on alibaba, as I have shopped here before with no problems
I sent this one company an email asking about their Apple watch and if it was the real thing
They replied back saying it was and gave me a listing of the difference ones along either cost
I looked them over then wanted to order one, but found it strange that I had to pay by Western Union
I emailed them back saying that I have been scammed before and I'm afraid to send my money like this. They replied not to worry Thayer are a honest company and we will send you our stats, in which they did.
So I sent them via Western Union 320.00 U.S. Money
They right away emailed me back saying that the received the money and will ship the watch out the next day
This was on May 8, it is now May 26
They also said it was being shipped DHS so I would have the watch in 3-5 days
No watch and I am out 320 U.S. Dollars
Now what do I do?
I have never had a problem ordering from Alibaba

Do not trust this site and its contacts! I made a contact through their site with a customer wenzhou feituo auto accessories co ltd and got a quote for several products, information went back and forth and I final price was agreed and the money sent via western union (With I was a little worried about) but all seemed above board, was told the shipping information would be forwarded to me and that's where it stopped! I contacted alibaba who did a investigation so they say and made contact with the company who has since contacted me to inform me that it wan'st them and someone hacked their email and security so they don't want anything to do with it! So people please don't trust alibaba or any of their contacts as you have no come back on anyone and you will be out of pocket, and especially wenzhou feituo auto accessories co ltd. Sunny was my contact. And the money order was made out to juan yang of 13a lantiange xili nanshan district shenzhen guangdong china.

I searched and found a particular laptop on Alibaba.com. I clicked the seller for a price quote. I got an email from Mr. Wang. I ask how much per laptop and he said $175. I asked if he accepted PayPal and he said NO, only Western Union or bank wire. I trustingly signed up on WesternUnion.com and send him $175 (+$15 for Western Union). I sent Mr. Wang the tracking number for the payment, I never heard from him again. I sent numerous emails begging him to return my money but he never replied.
I tried a shtick. I opened a fake gmail account and sent a price inquiry to Mr. Wang. He said he sells this laptop. I asked to call him and he sent me his number. I called. He spoke in broken English but he understood me.
After a few minutes, I revealed identity. I asked why he didn't answer my email or failed to send a laptop, and that was the end of our conversation. He hung up and never replied to my emails again.

I opened a case on Alibaba.com. They asked for numerous documentation. I sent them email logs, receipt from Western Union and all details. I just got an email from Alibaba.com that they closed my case due to no contact with them.
All the searched now say they doo this all the time. My coworker did the same and had the same experience.

DO NOT BUY FROM ALIBABA.COM A bunch of crooks.
