Dr. Mosharrafa is a rushed assembly line type surgeon. He attemted to repair a dimple in my implant TWICE! The second time we suspect he nicked the implant causing it to leak. He then replaced it with a cheap implant. He said he would go in again, third time, but who could trust him now. Asked for partial refund to go elsewhere and he has refused. Go anywhere but to Dr. Mosharrafa in the Phoenix area!

Dr Ali is the worst. I don't know how he got his license to do plastic surgery. I had liposuction on my abdomen and my stomach looks an uneven mess now. My abdomen is still fat like he didn't remove anything. Before surgery he didn't even mark me which I thought was very odd. I wasted my hard earned mone.

He botched me, I had an infection and lived with a flesh eating hole in my stomach for months after my surgery which he denied even after putting me on two rounds of antibiotics and saying I was being dramatic because I was having emotional issues. Shocking. I had a flesh eating wound in my abdomen due to his lack of care. On top of that my scars are horrible and my skin hangs over on one side of my hip. My breast scars are awful too as well as my belly button it’s unsightly. I have a hard time not bursting into tears every time I look in the mirror. And thinking I spent 21, 000 dollars for this. It is truly devastating. I strongly warn every woman considering this man to go elsewhere it is my biggest regret and effects me every day. I regret not suing him for every penny I spent.

Dr. Ali Mosharrafa is, incompetent, dangerous, prejudice, rude, arrogant, did I say Dangerous, and a liar.
I was diagnosed with breast cancer. One small lump on the Right side. DT my having enormous breast my whole life I opted for a double Mastectomy wreconstruction at a smaller size.TG I DID NOT NEED Radiation or Chemo
I never expected to spend the next year plus fighting for my life as a result of his refusal to listen. After several infections and hospitalizations He removed my expanders. Several weeks later and several more infections, on the day he pulled out my sutures I told him I had yet another infection he yelled at me, argued with me, accused of all kinds of things... he pulled my sutures any way, within 48 hrs my chest tore wide open. I had tunneling wounds in my chest. Took me close to 4 weeks to find a surgeon. Yes I had open infectious wounds in my chest all this time. Upon first consult with new surgeon I was directly admitted to the hospital and spent the next 12 days in and out of the OR had wound vaccums placed in my both sides of my chest. After mutiple surgeries they could not successfully close one side of my chest and had to remove the muscle from my back and graft it into my chest.
The icing on the cake was reviewing my hospital records to find this incompetent [censor] accused me of having mental health issues... I couldn't believe this. I have never publicly expressed any of this before and after reading that he has made these accusations about other patients... just enraged me and I felt I had to speak... *****warning graphic photos******

I just noticed your review he also
Accused me of having mental health issues because I had an infection and accused him of several issues with my surgery. I have no history of mental health issues btw. This seems to be an ongoing complaint with this man.

I had my breast augmentation surgery in 2016.. I had a massive infection on one side and he gave me antibiotics for the infection but told me to deal with the pain with over the counter medications. I was in the most pain of my life and asked him for actual pain narcotics he refused as he did not want me getting "hooked" on them, I am NOT a drug seaker and Ive never had a drug problem ever! Im not a child but was treated as one, Im in my 30s educated and own my own buisness at that! I was just in so much pain and discomfort I left crying. I see his point of view, however when you mess up my implant by not clensing properly before hand I think the getting "hooked" on 5 mgs of percocet medications is the least of his worries. My incisions are lumpy and white stuff comes out of spots when squeezed, the only reason I squeeze the spots is because they are uncomfortable with all the crap building inside and it relieves the pressure. My breasts are uneven and Ive asked him about it he simply says nobodys perfect. And the scars will even out in time! Its been almost a year and stuff still comes out of the incisions, my breasts havent evened out and I paid CASH $5800.00 TO BE EXACT! As far as "not being perfect" I understand and well thats why I bought these in the first place! Duh.. I know its unrealistic to have perfect breasts, but I've seen them! They do exist! Nice guy but doesnt listen to you at all! And refuses to give proper medications for those in dyer need! I ended up going to my regular physician and he gave me a script to get me threw the infection. Sad a REAL doctor could see the pain I was in however this surgeon talked down to me and made me feel as if I was a drug seaking wierdo when I had legitimate pain from something he did! Buyer beware smooth talkers arent best surgeons!

Worst experience of my life. I went in for a breast augmentation because a couple friends had gone to him prior. The first follow up after my surgery I new they were in my armpits and way to far apart. I also have a double bubble and rippling. I don't even want to look at myself naked. It has changed my life forever. My last follow up visit I left crying and a bill for 3000.00 should I want to repair them. They never called me again. Never have checked on me. He doesn't care about me at all. Please take this to heart. It is an essembly line that you don't want to be in. Your surgery may be good, or may be the worst mistake like mine. Either way he will not care or remember you.

I would STRONGLY suggest having another surgeon do your implants. He really blotched mine up. I had them done over 10 years ago by another surgeon, who is now retired, that did an excellent job. Dr. Ali Mosharrafa did not do what we agreed upon. My nipples are now facing different directions, not even and not the same size. He had the audacity to insinuate I am not of sound mind and I should "talk" with "someone" about my concerns. He said no other surgeon would "care about me" the way he does when I said I would have another plastic surgeon repair his mistakes. Keep far away from him.

TYVM for sharing this. I was beyond in shock when I found out Dr. Ali M told a ER doctor that I had a "fictious" disorder... otherwise known as Munchausens... On the day he pulled out my sutures I told him I had yet another infection he yelled at me, argued with me, accused of all kinds of things... he pulled my sutures any way within 48 hrs my chest tore wide open. I had tunneling wounds in my chest. Eventually spent 12 days in hospital with wound vacs in my chest 3 more surgeries and the only way to close the right side of my chest was to take the muscles out of my back and graft them into my chest. The story goes on and on... but I will stop here..

He did my surgery in 2007. As soon as I told him I wanted saline implants he yelled at me. Following a double mastectomy and temporary implants in place I told him my upper chest felt like sand paper being pulled across it when I ran my finger across it, he told me I should see a doctor. ( I thought he was a doctor!) He left on vacation so I went in to see his brother, Tamir, who was covering in his absence. He pushed on my incisions and pus oozed out. Tamir cut away my incisions and put me on antibiotics and a topical antibiotic cream. During the expansion Ali was supposed to put more in the left side to make them symetrical. He did not do this, but in the end the right side looks much larger than the left side. (This is noticable if I wear a snug t-shirt.) It appears to me there is more saline in the right saline implant than in the left and the right breast hangs lower. When I flex the right arm the muscle layer tightens across the top of the breast and pushes the implant down and into the armpit. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ALI MOSHARRAFA TO MY WORST ENEMY!

Dr. Mosharrafa did my reconstruction surgery after cancer. He has great "bedside manner". . .very kind. BUT, my reconstruction is botched. The implant shifted and dropped. The reconstructed "nipple" is flat and ugly. After my insurance lapsed, he refused to do any further surgery even though I had AHCCS (Arizona state health insurance). He referred me to his brother, who takes AHCCS. When I called to schedule further surgery, the office girl let me know they didn't want me as a patient. They are afraid AHCCS won't pay. So. . . I'm stuck with what I have for the rest of my life. I guess it is better than dying of cancer. I count my blessings.

Wow that is CRAZY! I think he is AMAZING, and refer everyone I know to him! I have been extremely HAPPY with my results, and the care I received!
