AliExpress unauthorized credit card charge

Hello.
I recently experience and issue with AliExpress.
I was trying to order goods and my card was rejected 1st time, so I tried again and on 2nd time the transaction took a place. Then I noticed I was charged twice and the goods are ordered also 2 times.
I was trying to communicate with sellers, but it seems they do not understand my issue and even I send them an information about duplicating my order, they send me the second order even after my complaint.
The transaction happened on evening November 24th.
I was trying to reach Customer Service, but they have a note on this site, that is Out Of Order. I would like to get a refund back on my account.

AliExpress customer service and corrupt sellers

Aliexpress is a scam website. They do nothing to vet sellers or police bad sellers. They only care about their commission on the sale.
Out of my order for three items one is missing entirely . Another is defective and one works Hurray! The website won't accept a Dispute against the seller. The chat line for Customer Service is a farce. Aliexpress claims they are only a platform (for dishonest sellers) so it is a credit card issue from here.
It may be a violation of the merchant agreement with the credit card company. I'll file a complaint with Mastercard and ask for my money back. Even the BBB doesn't want to take a complaint. I'm guessing too many people have been scammed by bad sellers on Aliexpress. I'm guessing our government agencies won't do anything to assist citizens/consumers because they aren't making any money.

AliExpress batteries

Hi,
I am client of ALiExpress for many years and have many transactions all of qood quality, until now:

I have two orders of batteries. Both sets of batteries are fake of brand and also of very bad quality. The companies do not reply me and do not refund me the money. Also they do not answer my questions in the right way.

AliExpress dispute result and your online chat agents

I had been submitting my complaints via your online chat agents before I open my Dispute, after my Dispute been closed, and appeal, .. more than 6 of them.

Terrible customer service recovery skills, lack of problem solvings competencies, unacceptable corporate lay back practices.

I will be more than willing to provide a detail chain of events substantiated by screenshots via email.

If this channel of complaint is still a waste of time, I will ensure my voice will be heard through other sources.

AliExpress my product cell phone cases

I ordered many cases in aliexpress. I got only few cases . I would like to now details about my remaining cases are they shipped to me or not please tell me details about my remaining cases and how many cases u need to deliver to me. One more thing what you have did is in parcel cover you have mentioned val as 5 and u delivered only 3 cases this is not fare right u didnt gave me 5 cases and u mentioned as 5 and u submitted 3 cases only. Please give me proper explanation for this.

AliExpress unethical behavior

Dear Support,

After a strange conversation with the salesman who refused to send me my "Single Day" order, he thought I was using another method to discourage me.

This time, my order stuck since 10 days to "Waiting for pickup" state.

Seller Guarantees: ships out within 4 business days - On-time Delivery 60 days.

On all of my orders successfully on Aliexpress. This is the first time a seller tries to extort money in addition to what I paid.

After such a conversation, I do not know how it is possible to trust this strange seller.

AliExpress I have not received few of my items ordered from ali express

Respected sir,
I had placed an order on ali express.i have lost 3 of my products earlier also.that had been sent through yanwen.the expected delivery date has passed long time back.i wouod like to provide you with a few tracking ids.the delivery status has not been updated since long and the status shows in transit.Kindly look into the matter and pls make sure i recieve my products this time atleast.my experiences with yanwen have always been bad

AliExpress my payment appeal

I tried to make a purchase last Thursday. My order could not complete for security. I submitted my documents to file an appeal. Told 1-3 business days.

Spoke on live chat. Who told me they "accelerate" for me. "Wait 1 business day".

Now is 3 business days and still no appeal! 3 people on chat promise "1 more day, 1 more day, 1 more day!

You don't want my money?

AliExpress bad behavior of seller

I am a return customer to Ali Express On November 11 I secured an Order ID: [protected] yet, until today I did not receive any tracking # from the seller and when I contacted the seller he requested me to wait and when I contacted him again he replied with a behavior that forced me to think not to back again and shop from Ali Express you can have a look to his reply in the message history
Another order secured in the same day Nov. 11 and yesterday I have received the items while the first seller is getting angry because I requested him to provide me either with the tracking status or cancel my request and send me the refund
Please now I need to cancel this request and I don't need this items and for sure shopping from Ali express is deleted from my plan anymore

AliExpress smartwatch

I order on 3 october a smartwatch in MC-KINGWEARS Store .
The watch did not work . The contact person ( Army Xiao )promised to send a replace watch . He even dit give me a shipping number ( TSLHK0000170873YQ ) so i did not open a dispute . Now it seems everything was a lie and they never shipped a replacement . There is a attachment with a copy of the conversation

AliExpress my item is not received

I Have Order Micro DC 3.7-5v Motor Order Id [protected].Traking No.LP00080767334137 From Aliexpress.com on Dates 10.10.2017 but till date I have not Received this product .It is a matter of deep concern that the product has not been delivered till date.

Night between friday 18 and saturday 19, Aliexpress changed some $*!T on their payment rules and systems, so now is impossible to order anything.

all the orders are automatically closed by the system

AliExpress purchase protection

On Oct 23, 2017 I ordered 4 bottles of nail jel from Elite99 Official Store. My order # [protected] was purchased, at the time of ordering the seller wrote that it would be 30-50 days to receive my order. On November 19, 2017 the seller extended my purchase protection to Jan 18, 2018. NOTE: I did not request an extension of this. I now have to wait an extra 2 months for my item or before I can even open a dispute because as long as there as the purchase protection is not due, you are not able to open a dispute. This is very unfair of the seller. I am a very good customer for many years now and I am finding more and more sellers are doing this without permission. There needs to be a way to control the seller and be more fair to the buyer! For this transaction I would like the seller to. Hangs he PP date back to the original date and If I don't receive it by then I will dispute this order.

AliExpress refunds

I have made an order for a gold catsuit using a guest account and paid $38.32 using my Amex card then did not get an email confirmation so I thought it did not push through. I then placed another order for a gold catsuit and found a better deal for $29.66 but this time I signed up for an Aliexpress account. I have received the item and the payment was taken out of my Visa card.

I have received by Amex credit card statement and to my surprise, $38.32 was taken out and I did not receive the item. I have contacted Aliexpress on multiple occasions and have provided them all the details they need to investigate. I was told many times via chat support that someone from their escalations group will contact me via email and ignore the generic email they sent.

Until finally, I am told to do something different which is to report it to my bank which I think is crazy as this is not a fraudulent transaction. This is the responsibility of the merchant and not the bank. Reporting this to the bank would mean I would need to cancel the card which is very inconvenient on my end.

I do not appreciate that I was made to wait for nothing. Aliexpress should be coordinating with American Express to check the approval codes and not my bank.

I have attached a copy of my statement, the generic email and the chat messages.

AliExpress i've paid for my order, but it's saying please pay

I purchased about 10 items from various sellers on Aliexpress during their 11-11 sale, a week or so ago. I paid for the items with a credit card, and checked the credit card statement, and the payment came OFF the card. But a few days after I purchased the items, I got a message from one of the sellers. It said please pay for the item so we can ship it. I was confused so I looked under 'My Orders', and found some of the items had been shipped, but under all of the original order cards there were other order cards with the EXACT same items I had already paid for. They said 'Pay now'. I clicked 'pay now' to see what It would do, and it came up with 'your order price has been revised due to a change in foreign exchange rates.' Up the top, with all the normal order cards, it says all my orders have been 'sent'...? Why has this happened, and am I getting my order? Because I have ALREADY paid for it, and I'm not going to pay again!

AliExpress damaged good that I received

I received a doll I brought that came damaged I was told by the seller to heat the doll on a high heat i contacted customer services after trying to contact the seller I have been told to send the doll back but I would lose money as it is high postage to send to China I might as well keep the doll and pay more money to get it fixed i have been told the same thing to wait for a response I feel AliExpress are fobbing me off keep telling me they have appealed when they haven't I have just been told to appeal again why would I have to appeal again when I've requested an appeal against a dispute 4 times customer services has put in another appeal today I have been told to wait another 5-7 days I have been contacting you since the beginning of September aliexpress has sent an email to the seller but I don't think they have responded I think it's really unfair I am left with a damaged doll and I can't do anything about it

AliExpress ordered 2 products (gloves)

I ordered 2 products from Aliexpress.com.
The first product was a leather gloves, they promised to refund the money as the product was defected piece and they asked me to keep the junk product too. it been more than 4 months they are not refunding my money.
The second product was a Glove again, which i ordered from the same site and this time they refused to send the product and now they will respond to any complaints.

They take the payment in full in advance and they don't respond.

Kindly Block such Fraud sites.

Please look into the above issue and do the needful.

AliExpress outstanding order and no feedback from the seller

I ordered a pair of ladies high heels on the 17 July 2017 with the seller (Walk life XM Store) order number [protected]. When i contacted the seller 60 days (September 2017) after the transaction date, they told me they order was shipped and might still be on the way. A month later (October 2017) when i inquired, i was told they have laid a compliant with the logistics company. Its November and i am still waiting for feedback.

The tracking order number given was RF809308643CN with the China Post Registered Air Mail.

I would like to get the shoes ordered and if not possible, the refund would do.

On october 30, 2017 I paid my order € 60, 40 to AliExpress (see photo).

On november 11, 2017 (02:21) AliExpress emailed: Your Order No. [protected] has been cancelled because payment was not made before 11 Nov 2017 02:20. If you would still like to buy this item, please reorder it at AliExpress.com.

Of course I emailed AliExpress that I did pay on time.
