service at pharmacy in deer park texas
I went in person to pick up my son's prescription that was sent yesterday and was told they did not have it ready. Called ahead to make sure prescriptions were ready and was told it was ready for pick up. When I came to pick up they messed up on name was told to drive around several times till the name would get corrected. Pharmacy tech was rude and expected me to continue driving until they corrected mistake?!
partial refund
At approximately 8:05 am on Tuesday, May 22, 2018, I purchased a pair of reading glasses for $21.40. I paid with my debit card. Throughout my day at work I noticed that they were not strong enough. The trash (with my CVS receipt) at my job had already been emptied by the time I decided that I needed to return them for a stronger pair. I returned to the store at approximately 7:30pm. As I entered the store, the Manager, Chris, was at the front register. I explained the aforementioned scenario and asked if he could look up my purchase. Chris replied, "Yes, you may go and get the pair you need while I look up that information." I ended up selecting a pair that was $37.45, which I was prepared to pay the $16.05 difference. However, when the cashier rang up my purchase, $21.40 was taken from my debit card. I questioned why I was only given $16.05 credit when I paid $21.40. Chris seemed puzzled but said, "when items have been on sale in the past 2 or 3 weeks and returned without a receipt, it is their policy to return the lower price. I asked for my money back. I was given a CVS card with only $16.05 credit. Chris said that according to store policy, that was all he could do. They profited $5.35 and I have no glasses.I paid $21.40 and I should have been given $21.40 credit towards my $37.45 purchase. In addition, my bank records will reflect that I paid $21.40 and not $16.05. Chris gave me a CVS card with $16.05, but I am entitled to the remaining $5.35. The principal of this matter is what I have an issue with; I want a full refund of $21.40.
They were not on sale when I purchased them that morning, nor were they on sale when I exchange them that same day.

pharmacy
I've been going to the CVS Pharmacy for years. Never any problems, the last 2 month have been a living hell there. New staff is nasty and screw up the prescriptions every time I go in. I went to pickup a prescription, and they never filled it because they said it was to expensive. Never called me to tell me. All the customers are complaining ever time I go there. What the hell is going on there. I wouldn't recommend Rt. 516 CVS to anyone!
customer service
I have been shopping at 3847 cvs in asheville nc for years and the last several times there has been a very uncomfortable experience. The manager daniel is very dispectful and rude. I have heard him speaking to his employees and others without respect. Some of the employees there are also very unfriendly. I asked them to help me find a product and they told me they didnt have time. The pharmacy there is good but I am considering going somewhere else where I feel I would be appreciated. I am not happy with the way this store does there customers or the way management appears.
alexis robinson pharmacist
Alexis Robinson testified under oath on may 21, 2018 in judge Dempsy courtroom that my father (Kit Farmer) dropped off a prescription for his daughter (Kiana Robinson) in Union City on Jonesboro Rd. She stated she took the prescription researched what the prescription was used for and what the doctor's specialty. She stated the meds are used for women who get (boob jobs) breast implants to the judge and court room (a violation of HIPPA). My attorney implied that she was not authorized to give this information. Alexis replied "I am a licensed pharmacist". I feel without my consent and knowledge she gave out personal information about my health and implied what she thought my reasons were for taking the medication. I was embarrassed and this type of behavior is unacceptable.
If further information is needed I can request a copy of the case from Fulton county courthouse.
prescriptions
At the beginning of this month I had my prescription not all the way filled. The lady said they would call me when it came in. They didn't! So I called today at 10am to ask if they had it in stock. Mind you that was 5-3-18 today is 5-21-18 the lady said they would fill it. I never received a text or call so I called at 6:45pm they put me on hold for 15 min till they never answered and I called back and they were closed. I just recently moved so I changed my cvs pharmacy to this Cvs 1751 university dr, vista California 92083. These employees can't get it together.
I've had problems ever since I changed pharmacies. I think its rude and unsatisfying when they tell you there gonna take care of you and they dont. I've been with Cvs for 25 years and I've never seen any pharmacy so unorganized and uncommunicated in my life. I really hope this changes because people need their medications. I understand the changes with switching pharmacies but it's just location change I'm still in the system. Please fix this immediately. Thank you
discrimination/unethical behaviour
On May 19, 2018, I entered into CVS Wilson NC store #7335 to pick up my prescription. I came up to the service desk to pick it up and the Pharmacist said she will be right with me. Suddenly, an older White gentlemen came up at least minutes after I did. The pharmacist was familiar with the gentleman, so, she then had the clerk to ring him up first. The clerk then ask me to step aside to ring the elderly man first. I did not move. There was no altercation, another clerk then helped me with my prescription. I really felt uncomfortable with the type of service and I will not be using your services. This type of service will not be tolerated and I will let everybody know what happened here.
pharmacist jamie vanderveer, haverhill ma
Jamie has NO customer service skills at all in fact she purposely delayed my refills and not calling me till 45 minutes before 5 on a Friday night so that I couldn't reach my doctor before he left for the weekend. If you have to shop at the CVS on Lafayette Sq go when she is NOT There s the other pharmacist Chris is much better.i have filed multiple commaints in regards to Jamie Vanderveers lack of professionalism!
pharmacy prescription mix up store # 4368
Today our doctor sent two prescriptions for my husband to this pharmacy. After 50 minutes we went to obtain them. I have had prescriptions filled here under my name. He has not. Regardless the prescriptions were written for him with his name on it. Upon arriving we are told there is no scripts under that name. Maybe our doc sent it to the target cvs in Munster. So we leave. I call the Target CVS on Calumet speak with someone in pharmacy and they say there is no prescription there for my husband. We return home. Call our doc office leave a message inquiring where they sent his scripts?
Then I notice our answering machine has a message from cvs on Main and Calumet stating My Prescriptions were ready. Mine as in MY NAME not my husbands.
I call this pharmacy tell them about just being there, arriving home to message, and ask why did they say MY scripts were ready? I go back to this cvs. And explain the recent phone conversation and am told by the counter help, My Doctor must have mixed up the names. So I ask to see the original scripts sent, and a pharmacist announces I have that order. It's in the wrong name. It should be in man's name. I'm redoing it
I ask who made the mistake, my doctor or the pharmacist? And the pharmacist explains he did it because my husband was not in their system! Now I find that unbelievable! Because my husband had not filled a script there ever before, and because I had, this pharmacist decided to fill these scripts under MY NAME instead of who the doctor had made them for! That's wrong and possible illegal! Although the counter help apologized and didn't know how that could happen, the Pharmacist Joseph C.. something, did not once apologize for the mix up or even appear to care. The time date on my visit was 3:15 pm May 16, 2018. Register 13 in pharmacy. TRN #2136 Cashier # 1553888 STR #4368 801 Main Street Munster IN
This is a HUGE MISTAKE.
I had repeated my husband's name and birthdate several times through out the first initial visit to pick up and the follow up visit after message from pharmacy. Not once did any one ask me my name, and quite frankly why would they? The prescriptions were from my husband's doctor for him! But because he wasn't in the cvs system they just filled it under my name? How can that even be acceptable. Yes the medications were not life threatening... and no one got hurt. But had it been something that could have hurt me, and I was picking up both my own prescriptions and my husbands this could have been very serious.
Please reconsider this man's position at this pharmacy.
Btw he attempted to ring me out at the register (since the counter staff was busy with another customer with an issue) and while doing so this pharmacist with my husband's newly repackaged medications in his hand, husband's name spelled out clearly on label and my cvs insurance card sitting on counter with husband's name clearly printed, proceeded to type his name in incorrectly, asked my husband's birth date and upon giving my answer was told "nope". I repeated his correct birth month day and year and again told "no". It was incorrect! I EVEN GAVE MY NAME AND BIRTHDATE figuring maybe he screwed it up once again. It ends up the pharmacist had typed in my husband's name wrong. Spelled it wrong. And there fore it was not coming up in their system. Seriously, there needs to be someone looking into this guy before someone suffers or dies due to his incompetence. Fortunately a nice counter clerk "Marie" name listed on the receipt, took over the Register, corrected his mistake and I finally was able to get out of there.
Worse experience I've ever had with a pharmacy in my life.
customer service
I can submit online the scripts I want refilled and they will refill something different. I have even checked my email confirmations thinking I checked the wrong scripts. Nope. This has been happening for the past year along with the text confirmations/reminders I receive. The pharmacist on 7/14/18, told me he wasnt responsible for online refills, etc. I never said he was responsible but its never done correct and sometimes not even filled. This same pharmacist had told me he would order the Accutane for my son. He said it would be ready Monday. NOT. It ended up that they couldn't get it BUT never bothered to call. It's the same old poor customer service with this CVS. This particular pharmacist is a royal jerk as well. He is condescending and a smartass. That's okay. My money spends well at other pharmacies. Obviously, CVS has plenty of business and can treat customers however. Today I am moving mine and my families' scripts. No more. I have coworkers who've had similar experiences and have moved theirs too.
terrible manager @ store #5026
The manager at the CVS in Mesa, AZ store #5026, is Very Rude and disrespectful.
I serviced this CVS store for 2 years as a vendor. On May 10, 2018, I entered in to the store to perform my weekly tasks, then all of a sudden the manager (RAMON)., began yelling and screaming at me " I'M TIRED OF DOING YOUR JOB FOR YOU! then said' YOUR BANNED FROM THIS STORE, DON'T EVER COME BACK!... This was shocking to me..considering I'm in his store each week and he signs off on my completed work tasks.
He would also nag and hound me every time i come in the store about getting him some coffee from Dutch Brothers..."Where's MY Dutch Brother's COFFEE BRO?
Nonetheless, I found out that Ramon is the Training Manager...He has terrible communication skills. He then told lies to my employer about my work ethics, in which they know I am a role model employee..
Weeks prior, he asked for my employers phone number regarding some work assisgnments. On May 10th, he also made the statement, that I gave him a fake phone number and said, "It was probably one of my friends phone number I gave him." How ridiculous is that? I have been with my employer for over 8 years, never had an issue. I found other complaints online about the same manager. He is really doing a disservice for CVS, he is running away customers with his outrageous behavior and communication skills.
pharmacy
I waited in line after being contacted by this store over the phone .I also call to verify that had it ready .so I waited in line then when it was my turn they did not have and I was told to go to drop off window so they could help me..I told them no just find it but because they had two people waiting in line my wait didn't matter.I had to get out of line to go to a different line to be waited on .well I lost me as a customer and at least five other customers i will be sending this story to the news with a video of how I treat customers !
your staff
A few weeks ago i came to your location on capital circle n e and Miccosukee road in Tallahassee. the first thing that caught my eye was a male in a tie and tall female in a blue shirt was outside smoking with the back door open. I was under the impression this was a smoke free facility the reason i shop there. the next time i went in to grab a couple drinks when i heard a small white female yelling at a young black female with blue hair over something the young lady was horrified. other customers was shaking their head. I said i would not go back. however one day in a rush trying to work at the hospital i ran in. The small lady was behind the counter with a middle age professional looking lady. A black tall female rushed in and attempted to clock in. when the same small lady started screaming saying you are late do not clock in go put your stuff up. she was yelling the girl looked devastated. the other lady mouth feel open like she could not believe what she had witnessed. I layed my thing down and walked out. 3 strikes your out some one needs to put that child like woman in her place before someone else does.
refusing my doctors refill
I am a 5 month pregnant woman with severe asthma. I have been getting my medication refills from Cvs pharmacy for 15 years.
A particular pharmacist Jessica Spitzer did not see eye to eye with me and told me she wasn't refilling my script.
Her job isn't to like the customers. Her job is to refill scripts. I told her I live a few blocks away with no car and I was unable to pick my scripts up from any other pharmacy. She basically said she didn't care of a pregnant woman with severe asthma had to walk to another location.
I want something done immediately. I want to continue getting my scripts filled where I been getting them filled at for 15 years before I seek help from a lawyer.
anelena ruiz
my name is Yendrys hernandez I was working for cvs in store # 5133 with store manager Anelena Ruiz. I went to Cuba on my days off and I could not return the next day because I still did not communicate with the Store manager and I told her about my problem and she told me that when I called her when I called her she told me to come to the store and when I arrived she took me to the office in a bad way and pressed me and disrespected me and the operation manager she parted with her I do not agree with that she has no education is a liar says I do not call her and that's why they are saying goodbye for not having called and me if I call and send messages and I have a message You saying that she will not send you more messages.

Stop substituting Diltiazem for Cartia. They are in NO WAY equivalent. I don't care how much money you get in your damned bonus, Diltiazem will kill you. Or rather, kill your customers, because I know damned good and well you don't take it yourselves!
I specifically came to CVS because other pharmacies were pulling this stunt. But Diltiazem is bad stuff and I am sure they know ie. I think someone is paying bribes to people to push Diltiazem.
Needs to be a congressional panel to perp-walk these guys onto TV where they all take the 5th.
the way the employee spoke to me about a sale item
I went into CVS to buy products that I usually do. The employee (woman) said to me "it's costumers like you who take all the sales item and the he others don't get any". I'm sorry is my money no good here if there's a limit on the sales item and it's not in the flyer I don't work here how am I supposed to now the new rules. I think she could have relayed that information much better. I've been going to CVS since my grandmother used to ask me. This isn't acceptable I won't be spending my money at that one anymore.
the pharmacy dept.in lehigh acres florida store# 1350
I have my prescriptions at a cvs store just outside of lehigh acres florida which I passed while driving to work daily in ft. Myers, florida. After my work changed, I transferred my prescriptions to the store in lehigh acres to be closer to my home but it was a big, big mistake.
The lehigh acres store doesn't use generics so they can charge more & they are rude, lazy and generally don't give a damn about the customer. I tried to call there after the computer texted me about 2 scripts when I have 4 scripts all due at the same time. I tried to call & speak the pharmacy but after a hour on hold with the computer, no one answering the phone. I called the general store and got the front counter to answer the phone, they where rude and not caring at all.
It cost me over $70 to get my scripts filled at the lehigh acres store, i'll transfer to the ft. Myers florida store and they fill them for less than 40$. I'll also be posting on facebook & twitter my experiences with the store. I thought it was no right paying more to have to get my prescription closer to my home but the pharmacy department there is pathetic. I thought it was bad for business to not answer the phone but the drive thru at that store is just as bad, some young man sitting on his butt text and telling customer to bad that is how much it cost.
If lehigh acres cvs is any example of your business ethics your not going to be in business long.

medication readiness
On May 3rd. I called to make sure my medication would be in stock and was told that they had the medication and that everything would be fine. I then contacted my local pharmacy on May 9th to confirm that everything was fine and that my medication would be filled. Margaret the pharmacist told me everything would be completed and ready for pick up on May 10th. I called just to check on May 10th at 2:30pm and was told that They did not have my medication in stock and that it would take a week to fill...
THIS HAPPENS ALL THE TIME AT THIS CVS and I will not be providing anymore business to this Unprofessional pharmacy
management
I was in cvs today located on progress ave. And wanted to address a problem with the management there. There was only one attendant at the register by the name of Nia David and I want to say she deserves high recognition for her assistants even though it was just her at the register she handled each customer greatly with a smile on her face as well as greeted each customer. The problem with management is that she had called for assists at the front and no one came out to help her with the other customers that is very unprofessional and whoever is the manager should be talked to about that because your store will lose business from that and for Nia she deserve something for her awesome assistants.
