Aled Oldfieldnot recieving photo

I brought a family photo experience for my husband through Acorne. We booked to have the photoshot on 10th June 2014 paying a £20 deposit.
After the photoshot we decided to pay a little extra to get the photo enlarged and framed. After a considerable amount of waiting we still hadn't heard from the photographer when the photos would be ready. So at the begining of December 2014 I complained to Acorne to see if they could get any joy. It is now the end of January 2015 and still I dont have my photos.
