Aldi employees/managers

The staff follows black people around the store like we are criminals. It's sad and very unpleasant. I don't even want to shop at Aldi's ever again. I felt ashamed and I felt a since of humility. If you are gonna follow a black people around in the store I'd rather you say I'm not welcome. I feel like Aldi's have some race issues and some racist staff members.

Black people? Are you serious. I was in Kohl's last week and after this man followed from one dept to lingerie, I walked up to him and told him to stop following me around and then he tells me he is just a shopper!
The manager wouldn't verify him because he disappeared; am by the way, I am White.

Aldi cashier customer service

After arguing with her manager about having to get on the register to help the only line open she was rude and irritated the entire service. I had a budget which I told her to begin with and she continued to scan even after my fourth stop. To which she rolled her eyes when I had to put back two bigger items. Even after finding out she rang up two item twice she was still rude and acted irritated to have to work. To which I left the order and went to Wal-Mart. Iglf that's the service I'll be receiving from aldi I'll stay somewhere else.

Aldi ringer

I just left one of your stores and I am furious. The customer service ringer completely tried to rip me off I questioned her on the way out om my change and then I went back into the store to show her the receipt. I had a bill I gave her a $20 bill she gave me back $6 and I went back in after already questioning her the first time and then saw on the receipt that I gave her $20 and I told her that she did not give me the correct change and she absolutely looked at the receipt gave me the remaining money and didn't say one word. No apology no I'm sorry for the inconvenience of coming back into the store and I'm appalled because I'm a huge fan of all day and I tell everybody to shop there I will never shop this store locatiom again. Rude..fire her.

Aldi I never received my cash back

Yesterday on September 3rd 2018 I went to Aldi's on 7627 South Ashland Chicago Illinois 60620 in I purchase $60 worth of food and got $40 cash back I did not receive my cash back or I did not receive my receipt I didn't realize it until I was on my way to another store to spend my cash all right immediately went back to the Aldi's the cashier claim she gave me my money but I don't think she did I purchase $2 worth of paper bags she owed me five more beds and gave me the rest of the beds I don't remember her giving me my receipt or my money please can someone call me at [protected] my name is shakia Allen

Aldi friendly farms chocolate milk

4 of the last 5 times I've bought chocolate milk (this is August 2018) at the Aldi's in New Milford CT it has either tasted spoiled or just wrong. This is when I've opened the container, not after it's been sitting in my refrigerator for as couple of days. I love Aldi's and their prices and products but it's depressing that this has been happening so often.

Aldi top ramen chicken flavored noodles

i brought a case of the top ramen noodles . I brought them August 1 2018 at Aldis in Rome New York .well to the point of my complaint the noodles were all broken up and the flavor pack was open the whole case was like that this the second time but i did not think that it could happen twice the same product i am not even sure if i will ever buy that product i would just like a refund for both cases. Aldi cashier adrian in poinciana florida location

This employee has been nasty to my mother and i on several dates. 2 weeks ago we were hunting home goods for the kitchen we were at Aldi and asked Adrian a question and he belittled my mom. He talked down to her...saying that she was even lucky to see what they had since the products were not ment to go out till Wednesday. I told him that we understood that but we were asking to see if he could look and see if he had the product that was in the paper he refused and was very rude. Today was last straw. We went through his line to check out and he slung our merchandise into the basket and when he went to ring up the chicken he ripped the plastic bag we had it in and ring up the chicken. When we asked him why he did that he said it it wasn't easy for him to do I don't understand why he couldn't just open the plastic bag like everybody else does. He needs to not be this nasty.

Aldi produce

I regularly shop at your Alton IL store and love it.. Today I did not buy strawberries as they were obviously moldy, I did purchase cherry tomatoes, Black berries and grapes.. when I got home and was preparing a salad I found the grapes and cherry tomatoes also were moldy.. I am so surprised! I have shopped there for years with no problem! What is going on?

Aldi discriminatory practices

Yesterday, I went into your store to shop around 6p.m. and discovered I was not allowed to used the restroom because it closes an hour before the actual store closes. I was outraged of coase first, because I had never heard of such a business practice in my entire life and second, since you insist on closing this location two hours earlier making it extremely difficult to shop here, the one day I make it here on time I had to do an abbreviated shopping spree so not to pee my pants!

Listen, I"ve shopped your stores all over St. Louis mostly because they are opened at a later time and because you've allowed a bigger variety of brands and wine selection there. Yet, in my community you've brought us special store hours, special bathroom privileges, and a special grocery slection.

Well, we don't want it. I've polled some of your customers inside and outside of the stores. One who told me her child had to urinate behind your store once because you'd closed your restrooms earlier than the store. This is outrageous and disgraceful and not to mention reeks of discrimination, classism and favoritism.

We are not animals. If ever we grace your store to spend our hard earned money, we should be allowed to have our children use your bathroom facilities and as customers we should be offered the same quality products as all other Aldi's locations. Otherwise, go away!

Aldi customer service

At the checkout at my local Aldi store I was asked, "let me check your bag" I was inicially confused because I thought he was talking about the empty Aldi bag I was holding that I was going to use for my shopping, then he points at my handbag. I'd just put my phone in my handbag and assumed he thought I'd stolen something. With discust and hesitation I showed him but was treated very rudely by him and the man working behind him, because I questioned "why". If it was explained to me that it was company policy from the start and asked nicely to check my bag I would of happily done it, but the fact that they were rude and disrespectful towards me from the start made me so upset and embarrassed because the manner I was spoken to made me feel like a thief.
Every worker needs to be trained at how to communicate with customers properly and politely or they shouldn't be working in customer service.

Aldi service or lack of at nuriootpa sa

On 23/06/2018 went to this store to purchase a genset that was on sale, I asked staff member if it would be possible to pick up from loading dock The reply I got was put in trolley and take out, I told that I had heart operation and need help to lift asa there was no staff around to assist with lifting, he then said something I did here and walked away
I was helped lift the item by another customer, however once got to car trying to get out hurt my chest again took until 26th June to get over it
My question is Why such unhelpfully staff and not allowed to pick up from loading dock like other stores ie : the very helpful staff from Cheap is Chips store Nuriootpa who even took the items I brought from them out to the dock and even offered to put in to my vehicle for me
I now will never again shop at any Aldi store

Aldi got very sick from broccoli - possible salmonella

Approximately 2 weeks ago I purchased pre-packaged fresh broccoli from Aldis on Douglas Rd in Mishawaka, IN. I've kept it in my refrigerator and steamed it for supper on Friday, sprinkling with Parmesan cheese that I've been eating for the past week. After 1 1/2 hours I began to not feel well which was very unusual for me. Approximately 2 1/2 hours after eating it, I was violently throwing up, and this continued for about 3 hours, with a good portion of that being painful dry heaves. I've never been this sick in 40 years. I strongly suspect this was a case of salmonella poisoning. The broccoli was the only thing I had eaten, and this is what came up when I got sick.

I regularly shop at Aldis and thought you should know this.

Aldi beaumont instant coffee

I love Aldi's and have been shopping in their New Haven, Connecticut store for several years. Most of the products they carry are great quality at fantastic prices. Employees there are, for the most part, pleasant and very customer oriented and it's a pleasure to shop there. Just like any supermarket some of the items they carry aren't so great... so I don't buy them again.
We've used Folger's Instant coffee for years and was pleasantly surprised that Aldi's Beaumont Instant Coffee tasted just about the same as the Folgers for way less money. But recently something has changed. I opened a new jar today and made my cup of coffee as usual. I could not drink it; it had a terrible chemical taste. So sad because it had been really good coffee. Am going to return the 4 jars I bought, including the one I've opened. Wondering if anyone else has noticed a quality difference recently

Aldi puraqua spring water

I bought 3 cases of water last month and I place ther bottles in the freezer. I notice when the water had unthawed there are white particles floating in the water and the bottle is still sealed. If had not of frozen the bottles and allowed them to completely unthaw i wouldnt of even discovered this mess. What is this and is it bad for my health. Explain yourself. Plan on doing a video on it.

Aldi not enough staff at lithgow nsw store plus the quality of furniture

There wasn't enough staff on Wednesday about 1pm, some of the things I needed weren't on the shelf yet. So it was hard to ask if they had it out the back for me.

Also I bought work bench, tall draw cabinet and ottoman's, the quality of the gear was very poor.

1: with the work bench the metal frames were bend, some of the screw were not usable, my partner had to fix them or put other types in.

2: the cabinet Intruction were really hard to understand and some of the screws were bend.

3: the trangile parts of the corner of the top part came of really quickly on the ottomans.

Your stuff used to be really strong and disappointed on how the quality of your gear has changed.

Aldi red hot special offer

November 29/2017-December 4/2017
My point is why does Aldi advertises items like this Red Hot SPECIAL - Wooden toy (pizza/b-day cake/ veggies)and doesn't ship it to its stores? I understand that some locations don't have these items but I have checked almost all Aldi Stores in Seminole County, FL and didn't find them. Aldi Assosiates told me they never got these items during the advertised week. I am disappointed! I really need one!

Aldi poor customer service received by jonathan a cashier at the aldi location in mansfield texas

I shopped at the Aldi location, in Mansfield, Texas, on Monday, October 17, 2017.

A cashier by the name of Jonathan cashed me out. I asked Jonathan several questions about a few items that I was in the process of purchasing. Jonathan was very rude and condescending towards me. I understand that Aldi promotes and prides it's self on lower prices. However, lower prices should not equate to subpar customer service, which is what I received from Jonathan.

I am disappointed and disheartened by Jonathan's behavior towards me. I will not shop at the Mansfield, Texas Aldi location ever again.

Aldi I am complaining about the sea queen crunchy fish fillets

I brought them with the hopes that they would comparable to Gordon's Fisherman's but I was dead wrong. The stick batter was not as crunchy and the fish and batter has the worst bland taste. Literally could not swallow. I took a picture of the box because I threw the receipt away. Just in case you needed proof. I am asking for some kind of compensation.

Aldi deputy manager in ellon, aberdeenshire

Today, 04.10.2017 Deputy Manager in Ellon, Aberdeenshire store was very rude, ignorant on the till. She was throwing my purchased items harsh into the trolley and when I asked her to stop doing that or i will go to another till she said that it is their policy not to help people (even if they have newborn kids) and get rid of customers as quickly as possible. i do not believe that Aldi has such an inhumane policy on place and think that it was just a racial discrimination from Deputy Manager towards me. Can you please acknowledge my complaint form and reply with quoted policy?

Aldi puraqua 16.9 oz. water bottles

My family has been drinking these bottlescases of bottles for years with no problems. Recently in the last 2 weeks or more, they have a different taste to them. It is not a good taste. it tastes worse than our tap water and we supposedly have good tap water in our city so most people say so. What has happened? The clearish code is:pla4 270117...Dest if used by: 28Jul18 11027.
Lower on the paper label it says NYSHD Cert#559. My family and I have been throwing the bottles of this down the drain cause it taste so bad.
Are they still using reverse osmosis filtering like the bottle states in words?
I want a full refund of 8 cases of this water because they taste terrible. i can keep the rest I got or send some cases back to you. You will pay shipping and any other charges to get them back. I will try new different brands from now on. My family and I really liked the taste before and at a good price. One more thing...the bottles you have recently started making are very very flimsy and alot of times the labels fall off partially or all the way and get you all stickey. Its a pain in the [censor]. Do better, make them like you used to and the water also, please. Thank you.
