I'm not a happy Mango customer! Our Mango flight JE241 on 20Feb14 where suppose to fly to Durban at 6:45. We got in the plane around 06:15, then technical errors, then waited for "special technology" to be brought to the plane, then the doors of the Mango plane didn't close properly and now we are waiting for the maintenance team to fix while I'm writing this. It's already an hour passed our departure time and I'm missing a very important meeting :-(( I really hope Mango will refund my flight or give us a holiday voucher for the family.
