Ang kompanyang ito sa riyadh ksa ay hindi magandang kompanya dahil 11 hours ang duty na walang overtime pay...

Malinaw sa saudi labor law:article (98):
A worker may not actually work for more than eight hours a day if the employer uses the daily work criterion, or more than forty-eight hours a week if he uses the weekly criterion. During the month of ramadan, the actual working hours for muslims shall be reduced to a maximum of six hours a day or thirty-six hours a week.
Hindi tuluy-tuloy ang trabaho (gaya ng mga waiter, tindero sa shops o kaya merchandizer), ay puwedeng mae-extend ng hanggang 9 ang kanilang working hours article (99):the number of working hours provided for in article (98) of this law may be raised to nine hours a day for certain categories of workers or in certain industries and jobs where the worker does not work continuously. It may likewise be reduced to seven hours a day for certain categories of workers or in certain hazardous or harmful industries or jobs. Categories of workers, industries and jobs referred to shall be determined pursuant to a decision by the minister. Mga sample na tanong:
Malinaw din na nka saad na ang oras para sa pagkain at prayer breaks ay hindi kasama sa opisyal na oras ng trabaho:article (102): the periods designated for rest, prayers and meals shall not be included in the actual working hours. During such periods, the worker shall not be under the employer’s authority. The employer shall not require the worker to remain at the workplace during such breaks.

Dapat tayong bayaran sa sobrang oras na katumbas ng hourly rate plus 50% ng basic pay:article (107):
(1) the employer shall pay the worker for overtime working hours an additional amount equal to the hourly wage plus 50% of his basic wage.
(2) if the firm is operated on the basis of weekly working hours, the hours in excess of the hours taken as the criterion shall be deemed overtime hours.
(3) all working hours performed during holidays and eids shall be deemed overtime hours.

Babala sa mga mag aaply pa sa kompanyang ito hwag na po kayong magpaloko tulad sa amin na pumapasok ng halos 12hours kasama na ang pagpunta sa site na walang bayad... Ang oras ng duty ay 6am-5pm... Isipin nyo gigising ka nang 3:30am mag in ka sa site ng 6am tapos mag out kayo nang 5pm sa site makarating na kayo sa acomudation nyo 6pm na magloto pa kyo tapos maglaba, kaya ang hirap dito sa kompanyang to...

Pag interview naman dyan sa pinas ang sarap ng offer nang nag interview piro pagdating dito hindi pala totoo.. May papipirmahan pa silang contrata kono dyan sa pinas sayo na 8hours piro pagdating dito sa riyadh kukunin din nila yung pinermahan mong 8oras na contrata tapos papipirmahin ka ulit ng 10hours na contrata dito sa riyadh na walang overtime pay. At hindi kana makakahindi kasi nasa saudi kana... Diba panloloko yun

At pag nag over time naman kayo after nang 11 hours na duty ninyo... Ang bigay naman nila sa overtime per hour ay 1 is to 1 lang wala pang pagkain na kasama pag kayoy nag over time bring your own baon.

At sa site naman anglolopit nang mga amo katulad nang time keeper, pagnhuli kayo na lumabag sa batas nila cut salary kaagad ng isang araw at pag nagabsent nman ay cut salary ka ng 2 araw. At sa kompanyang ito ang patakaran nila ay no work no pay hindi nakasunod sa kontrata.
