Alarm Alert / Bad service
I paid Alarm Alert for eqipment and three years of monitoring my newly built home, $1200 in Oct 2007, and they still have not completed the system, I have a faulty motion detector that I've been waiting since November 2007 for them to replace - still hasn't happen. They never return my calls, they say they are going to call and get this taken care of, yet it takes my calling to even get a response from them. When they came to my house in November, the driver proceeded to drive into my yard over a foot and half, running over my Christmas Solar lights, every one of them, crushing them - now I'm out the money for them as well, even though the driver, Joe said he would replace them, another lie.
I've talked to the owner Kevin, several times, me calling him, who continues to give me excuses on why my system still isn't up and working, and acts as though I'm the problem, yet here it is Jan 2008, they have my $1200 dollars, paid in full for the next three years and I still don't have a working security system for my home. No communication, no customer satisfaction no integrity from the owner or the worker. The worst company by far I have had to deal with, and wish I had never gone with them, and advise anyone not to go with them, even though in the beginning they are so willing to put the system in and take your money, and promise the world.
