We paid off our Child Support on 03/20/09 we have the receipt showing we don't owe $0.00 they failed to stop sending the statements after we paid it off. Even on the statements they send it says amount Due is $0.00 and an amount owed is now after five years has got up to $1, 199.58 we haven't been paying it because we don't owe it.how can we owe if nothings Due? We feel were being Scammed. We want to sue them for all the stress they've caused thinking there going to put my wife in jail for not paying Something She don't owe. And we have a court paper showing that Child Support shall be ceased as child is receiving Social Security Benefits from the Mother. On 02/19/10 this has been going on for five years and something has to be done to stop them from Scamming us. Thank you.

Carla Emmons with bibb co.dhr told me she had no use for me am when I said it back to her she called 911 said I was irate parent an banned me from building an seeing my baby,!
Dhr took my son away from me for no reason because a ex girlfriend of mine called them because I wouldn't get back with her. My son has always been taking care of for them to come in and do what they have done and took everything from me is so evil. They are racist and corrupt people.

"Helfin" Cleburne county dhr has done nothing but lie to me, bully me, not listen to anything I have told them, ignores my calls, and be one-sided. My granddaughter told me and her Tia what was going on and I did what I thought was the right thing turning her over to DHR and trust that they'd do their job. Boy was I wrong they didn't listen to us.
Why is tanf receiving money for their kids and not the people who only receiving food assistance? It's not fair to other people. They get monthly allotment, food stamps and everything else. So you should help the people that get food assistance as well. Not just people on welfare.
They have been holding my kids in foster care and doing anything they can to keep them from me.i have done what they asked with no help from DHR at all, but they always have some bogus reason for doing this .what can I do it's been almost 3years
Case workers and The Judge would turn up child over to anybody just to get rid of them.
I had a phone interview on Tuesday July 16 2019 never received a call, so I called them, lady was rude and hung up on me
Dhr removed my children from my care, because of alleged abuse from someone in the neighborhood. All allegations were found to be false, and they still wont return my children. My case worker will not answer my calls, nor will she call back...The investigator contacted me and said he recommend the children be returned home, but I cant reach dhr
My name is Debbie Quimby dhr was relieved of custody of my daughter in 2010 and the child support was ceased so i feel i don't own them anything why would i pay dhr anything when my daughter not in dhr custody anymore they keep sending me statement and it keeps going up. I have the recipt showing i don't owe them and they insist i do. my lawyer told me I did not owe anymore child support. Cause she Was drawing social security off of me. Im very stressed out over this. Im not giveing them anymore money. Im takeing them to court.
I have been trying to retrieve my personal file from this agency for quite some time, but not getting a response. Is there some other course I must take besides a letter, or email. I feel I have a right to review my own file.
This is a receipt from 07 if i owed anything there would be an amount in New balance. Like this One. The photo above shows PAID UP! they cant correct there own mistake. i have to fight something that shouldn't be. Its wrong. and something has to be done to stop them from doing people this way.

We tryed talking to them. They insist we pay it. The only otherthing to do is go to the court house and dispute this. Maybe talk to a judge. But talking to dhr is getting nowere. Thanks for your advice Mam.
This is the last statement we paid. I know its hard to see but the amount due was $100.00. The amount owed was $3, 086.06. When i got my backpay we paid the whole $3, 086.06. And they gave me a receipt showing new balance 0.00 therefore showing i dont owe no more. But the statements kept comeing. Except instead of there being an amount due like this one shows. The amount Due now for the last five years shows $0.00.
Yes mam. Im sorry. but when we payed that off and they gave me the receipt showing $0.00 then the statements kept comeing like we still should be paying. All our other receipts when we owed had an amount in the new balance and we payed on time every time untill i got cancer and had to get on social security. Well then i could not pay and it built up to $3, 086.06 when i was paying $100.00 a month. But when i got my back pay from social security, i went on and payed the whole amount and got a receipt showing $0.00 The statements should have stoped comeing then. We are being done wrong and are not going to let them get away with. Were does it end? were not going to keep paying dhr money we dont owe. im sorry mam I was hopeing someone could help me because tjere messing us around.
Our kids are grown now and we did pay child support till we got a recepit showing we dot owe. We still support them if they need it. But were not supporting dhr. the money they want will not go to our kids it will go in there corrupt pockets. and we cant afford a lawyer. We filed this complaint to expose there corruptness here. you should stop bullying people on here. sounds like your job is to try to piss people off But it only makes you look like an ###.
