Al Tayyar Travel Group Holding complaint against booking agent

Tan on 30 with due respect I want to state that I got my family return tickets against reference number: tmnohu from al tayyar office jizan saudi arabia. They travelled to pakistan on 30 may 2019 and had to travel back on 1/6/2020 but the booking agent wrongly booked it as 1/6/2019. It is really against logic to suppose that one has to return after staying only one day in pakistan! How strange is this. You can't find single example in your travel record that the passenger travelled back after one day stay in his country. Kindly call his explanation so that I may not have to pay penalty for his mistake.

Al Tayyar Travel Group Holding altayyar online ticket

First of all if i select the english language its going to Arabic Support team.. and they are transfereing the call but the call is looping back to the main menu.. again the same is happening 4-5 times, I was trying to cancel my ticket since last 3 days but until now no action has been taken.Yesterday i made followup request in the morning and again i followup afternoon then evening only i got the call back even though no action has been done from customer support team. I am wasting my whole working hours to call the customer support.

Al Tayyar Travel Group Holding customer care

I booked my flight from Dubai to New Delhi on 2nd oct 2018. Due to prior commitments, I had to cancel my ticket. I called customer care within 30 mins of booking my ticket. I was told the price of cancellation and that I will reach a call within 24hours to follow.its been more than 48 hours, I haven't received any call or an email. Your " so called " customer care kept putting me on hold and no positive acknowledgement was given. Your head office has no interest to solve because it's an online reservation. I would like to applaude for your highly unprofessionalism and that you think we have lot of time to just sit around and keep calling your not so customer unless care for hours so that we get no response . This is an highly NON recommended site . Please save your time and money .

Al Tayyar Travel Group Holding unethical behavior

I am a Saudi student in the U.S. and they booked unconnected flight, so my domestic flight got delayed and missed my international flight, so I talked to the domestic airline to cancel my domestic flight and refund the money to the agency, and now they said they can't book me a domestic flight and want me to pay it out of bucket, the people in the call center are so rude, they raise their voice and hung up on me so many times, even the people managing twitter account are not responding and rude. I would never ever try to deal with this agency and they shouldn't be in the business either, customers are the ones to make this company successful and they should take of customers better, and have a better customer services.

Al Tayyar Travel Group Holding $4600 in fraudlent bank charges in 24 hours!!

Saturday afternoon i tried to use my debit card but it was declined. Knowing i had sufficient funds available, i checked my online account ---- I found more than $4600 in charges and PENDING charges for this company with whom i have NEVER done business nor do i know anyone who has done business with them.
My bank was closed on Sunday and first thing this morning i called and filed a fraudulent charges complaint and will be heading to the police station after work today to file a report. Over $1000 in bogus charges require a police report so i wont get my money back until i do that. Now these ### not only stole $4600 of my hard earned money, they are costing me time off work as well.
Be aware - they charged in increments of around $260 - $350 to avoid detection by alot of alerts people have set up...
I was told by my bank (Thank GOD for my wonderful bank who is taking care of me) that this information was phished from a Pay Pal charge we made. Apparently PayPal does NOT authorize the use of a "one time" credit card deal...so if you use pay pal, wait the 3 day waiting period and DO NOT give your debit card #... they have over $1000 of mine tied up in "preauthorized charges" for the next 2 days...so i can do nothing about getting my money back until everything has "cleared"...over draft charges and all.
the attached picture shows only what was on my account TODAY - there are 2 more days just like this and worse!

@VLM06 - OUCH! and yep my bank said the same thing...i had a fraud investigator from the police station come by and take a statement and they told me the same thing. Unfortunately the charges all cleared, but fortunately also so they can finally move forward and get my money back to me..i did cancel my card and hope i never have to deal with this again ---- hope your situation is cleared up soon and as painless as possible

@gkenigmatic - yeah its fraud and yeah it happens... I dont know about you but I live on a budget and dont just happen to have $5K laying around waiting to be taken. do you? if you do - well good for you... my husband and i were unlucky enough to just have gotten paid the night before it started...they had pending charges all through Last friday. I wont be able to pay my bills until either my next pay day or i get reimbursed... so yeah it happens and i'd love to"move on with my life" but since i'm not independantly wealthy and have to go to work everyday and like to pay my bills...its not quite so simple. I was going to ask if you had to be such a tool...but looking at your other posts I already got my answer... ya know although it doesnt protect you from a*holes stealing your hard earned money, life is much nicer going through it without being a jerk - you should try it

I called their service center at 011-966-[protected]. It was a huge, frustrating mess. They have an option to speak with an English-speaking representative, but every time I call I am told to "call back later." I was once given the option to e-mail a supervisor whose e-mail is m.naeem@altayyargroup.com. Hopefully you all can e-mail this guy and include this in your disputes. As expected, though, I did not get an e-mail back. The charges cleared today so I have opened up a dispute. I didn't want to blame the merchant, but it's awfully suspicious that this is happening all around the same time to people all across the US. I've only used the card a handful of times and I've only bought someone online ONCE on a secured site. Every time I call they seem willing to help until I tell them why I'm calling. They then put me on a 2-3 minute hold and tell me to call back later. It's weird.

gkenigmatic - Are you serious?!? There have been multiple of US that have had this happen under the same company name. You expect me to believe different individuals are stealing our credit card information and using it all at Al Tayyar Travel Group in Saudi Arabia?

This just happened to me as well. No idea where they got my card information from. Luckily I caught it quickly. They had put 2 transactions through for $256 a piece and then 1 for $194. I quickly went to ATM and withdrew the rest of my money out immediately and closed the account. My bank says the same thing - once they clear they will start dispute process, will take 10 days to get my money back.

What a huge, frustrating mess!?! This Company needs to be imprisoned for all this stealing. I can't help but think what goes around, comes around if you know what I mean. They'll get what is coming to them.

Cancel your card. I had the same thing happen to me on June 19th. I was charged $1261.39 all in one card transaction, which is currently pending from this company. I live in Tallahassee, FL and can only assume they got my card information when I purchased something from Walmart.com. Did the charges post to your account? My bank said I could not file a dispute until the charges posted. Hope everything works out for you. It's incredibly frustrating.
