I have used ur Air Cargo service in Oman. Sajeev is my focal point. September 25th I sent air cargo ..paid so much and I was promised 15 th Oct max. Its 25 th today and been a month now but still i have no final word. My plans are advanced because of your unprofessional service. Disgusting it is. I will always say bad about your cargo to anyone and everyone here. Horrible service. I am still struggling to get a final date feom sajeev. My name is varun walia and my number is +[protected]. I was to leave india on 22nd to join a new company and everything is on hold because of your horrible service. Please understand my frustration and help me. I dont even have my tracking number of air cargo
shipping of household goods
I had shipped a cooking range to my home town on 181.02.18. As per their requirement
I was charged for a wooden packing for fragile items and assured of damage free delivery. It was also given in writing to compensate for damages.
On delivery their company staff opened the box and found the item completely damaged.
They left the broken cooking range and left immediately saying it's not their responsibility and we have to liaison with the cargo company where we had booked the cargo.
We immediately provided all the details and have been following up regularly, but the staff keeps on avoiding to accept their responsibility and keep on transferring to one staff or the other nor provide any suitable answer.
None of the higher management replies to the mails! When we ask the staff for the contact details of their senior management, they blankly refuse!
It's really frustrating to see their unprofessionalism and is it really a genuine company?
Can anyone really risk sending cargo bought with their hard earned money without any guarantee whether it will reach the final destination intact or will it disappear in transit?
Who is responsible if the company is not?
It is advised to check reviews and get feedback about the company we entrust, before deciding to ship our cargo.

very unprofessional & false promises - beware of this company
We did a local move within Dubai & also sent some cargo to Mumbai. Since the sales executive who visited us assured us that they had a fantastic network locally & in India we agreed to their proposal. We were assured things would be managed professionally & they would compensate us for any damages. They even confirmed that on e mail. The person who co-ordinated this was Mr. Mishal.
On the day of the local move (which was a Fri) - the supervisor (Simon) just came in for a few minutes to introduce the crew & then excused himself even though he was supposed to be there to supervise. These guys are not professional packers - they just dumped everything into cartons as if they were in a big hurry to finish. when we arrived at our new home & unpacked we discovered so many damages - frames broken, glass items haphazardly packed & broken, furniture scratched & dented, wine glasses broken etc...
They used bubble wrap as minimally as possible to save their cost & as a consequence damaged a lot of our stuff.
When I asked them to replace they started pleading saying the staff was new & not trained and if I complained to the management their salaries would be cut. They promised me that one person would come & repair the damaged furniture & the rest I said I will forego. On that condition I made the full payment. But they did keep their word ! Later I realized this was all an act & they had no intention to ever compensate losses.
The international move was equally bad. Some of the cartons were torn, contents almost spilling out & out of the 11 cartons there were damaged items in 5 of them. Some of our very beautiful crockery, jars etc.. were damaged rendering the whole collection useless.
Making a claim to this company is useless. They will invent 100 reasons & deflect all responsibility. PLEASE do not deal with these guys. I have attached pics of a few items that were damaged. i agree very much. pls. check reviews before using this company. I too am a victim of their false assurances.
Al Mas Cargo - theft my things
I have a bad experience with Al Mas cargo service who have offices in both qatar & UAE. I had shifted my all house hold items with Al Mas cargo at May 2013 from UAE to Qatar. They charged more money for that. Even though i paid full amount at one time payment. After many more followups after two months july 2013 only they delivered my things to Qatar. But...
