Good Day, I bought my Ford Mustang (Model-2013) in Feb 2015. I bought it directly from Ford Dealership in Dammam- Saudi Arabia. After the first month while i was driving on the highway the rear bumper disconnected. I sent my car for service and came to know that there was a problem in attraction Control and Breaks before i bought it (History Available in Ford Service). It fixed (but not the bumper) and now a month ago while i was driving the driver shaft broken. I managed to stop my car & sent it to dealership because its still under warranty (16000 KM Run till now). They checked it & found out the driver shaft broken. NO ACCIDENT Involved for this issue (This Confirmed by 2 FORD Service Officials in Dammam Branch in front of Service Manager)... And they told me that its not covered by warranty...MY CAR IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY... Driver shaft broken without any accident... Its not my Fault... Mustang WAS my dream car...I am really really disappointed for what i am going through... Please help me as this is frustrating for me. My car is with Ford Service Center since 25 days...
