Al Jaber Group / Kia rio
I sent my kia Rio for first service at Jubail branch. In the service slip it is clearly mentioned what services are they going to do with the car and it was included water service or they will issue the slip for water service. When I went to receive the car, I could find the car with out water service. When I requested for a coupon, the service manager refused to issue. I suspect all other services mentioned in the service slip is not done. I'm totally not satisfied with the service. If customers are valuable for KIA, please reply and do the needful.
