On December 5th 2010 we purchased a 2004 Lincoln Navigator and were promised repairs would be made on the truck. as of January 28th 2011 AJ has had the truck for a total of 23 days to make these repairs. In the mean time his employees have smoked in the truck, lost a part to the gear shifter, ran all the gas out each time he was in possession of the truck and left the sunroof open so it rained in the truck. As well as the inconvience of having to take the truck back and forth. The repairs were not made we only incured new issues. Now all we can do is spen more money to take him to court. DO NOT BECOME THE NEXT VICTIM. Check the BBB first they have a F! I only wish I had done my research first.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I brought a Nissan from ajs auto in Marrietta Georgia that car had missing parts he never fixed the problems on my car. I also got into an accident the brakes locked up on me and I almost died I'm still in the process of suing AJ . not only did the brakes fail but the hood flew up and I lost control of the car on the highway then I am still in the process of suing AJ for my medical bilIs I wouldn't recommend anybody go to AJ if you do hear about AJ stay far away from this auto shop as possible he is a shady man he lies and he also takes money out of people's bank account and credit cards do not trust this man I'm in the process of suing him.
Better Business Bureau don't trust these guys either!
My son also purchased a vehicle from AJ's Auto and the work he promise to do has not been done. The seats looks water damaged with brown edge stain, I found roaches like eight of them under the rear seats. They claim the vehicle has no accidents of such and is not a water damaged vehicle. There is no lemon law in Ga but there is auto fraud when a private or dealership do not disclose the correct information on the vehicles. They can't lie to you to get you into a car. They like other private used lots have the privileged to people with less than perfect credit. Thanks to your politicians that are revenue driven to screw over consumers.

I also experience a bad ordeal with A J Auto in Marietta, Ga. A J himself will show me but 1 car with an demanding force of sale for me to buy this car and this car only. The car indicates it has been under water for the all the seating was rust up with brown corsion. With a ad of 899.00 down I paid 1000.00 down with credit card and a 500.00 withdraw later (3) installments. He refuse to show me couples of selections of vehicles, he showed me 1 vehicle and said this is for you...I plead with him I don't like the car, he was so persistent...came back next day and refuse to sign for the car the only car he offer, he spoke this is the only one you qualify for your income is low, (2100.00) income. He claim I can trade in later. This car been nothing but problem to me...front end damages, side mirrors damages, under the car is a nightmare. In the 2 months of fighting A J Auto, no loan approved, no tag, no inspection, and many more problem to many to name...I need help in this matter...ASAP
I'm very sorry this happened to you. I thought this was talking about the AJ's Auto Repair in Salem, Oregon and I was gonna say, they don't handle things like this at all. Not to mention they would never leave someone hanging like this. That is a very hard thing to handle so good luck with your case, wish you the best!
