I took a ride on 15th July 2023 from Etisalat contact center Ajman at 5.04pm he harassed me and threatened me the whole time that he will take me to his place if I wouldn't say yes to him I made several complaints but I didn't received any response he dropped me at the backside of DIB Sharjah Al-qasmia at 5.30 to 5.35pm that whole time I got so traumatized...

Me & my colleague from work ride with his taxi to drop my colleague first in her place and me in different place. after that, he asked if ever I will go to Dubai or somewhere that needs a taxi, I can just call him for that. He was so nice so I did save his number before taking off, paid and didn't receipt anymore as I don't need it. After 2 hours or less, I chat him if he is free to pick me up & drop in Dubai, he called me to confirm that - that happened Thursday night around 8pm. Friday morning he begun to disturb me, keeps calling and messaging me if what time ill be going back to Ajman, he sent so many voice messages/record to me and asking which floor am I living in this building (as he drop & pick me up in this building). I have those voice records with me as an added proof for his misbehave. I want to take a legal action for his behavior as I felt for harassed yesterday. I don't know the drivers' full name (Only Mr. Khan I know - Ajman Taxi) but I have his picture and mobile number, maybe in that way, u can help me with this. It will means a lot to me.

arrogant rejection and choosing of passengers/customers
I went to Ajman City Centre on 16th April 2018 and took a taxi going back home at around 7PM. This taxi driver instead of opening his back trunk so that I can load my groceries, asked me first in where I live, and when I told him it's only across the road at Ultima Bldg. beside Etisalat Tower, I got rejected by him saying simply "No, I dont want", and was immediately left chosen for another customer/passenger.
Obviously, since that I only live very near and that my fare charge will only be 12aed, is the reason that he did not take me.
I told him that I will file a complain and report his taxi number for rejecting and choosing customers, and he even dare answered "Go ahead and report me!", while smiling with arrogance and showing very disrepectful gestures.
The Taxi's Body Number is ST233.
Hoping that a disciplinary action be dealt to this taxi driver as it will generally reflect negative impression to Ajman Public Taxi Service with an already established and very good reputation on public services.

All Ajman Taxi Drivers are not well behaved. They don't stop on Thursdays and Fridays to avoid taking families to Sharjah or Dubai. If they have to decide at their own then what is the point of doing job and they behave as if they are the owners. Kindly look into this matter and take appropriate actions specially Pakistani Taxi Drivers. The time will come...
