Hey guys Am also victim of this issue, i just gave the interview on that day there are asked me to pay 300 and i said i dont have money the lady name is sana she is said how much you have and i say i just have 75 dhs realy thats only in my wallet she ask me to give 50 dhs u just pay and when we are calling you can pay remining amount of 250, am totaly confused. and after second i was get the call from them and they told me your offer letter is read & bring the sum of amount balance u want pay...so pls guy pls suggest me...shall i go tommarow...r no

on 10th august 2012 i was searching jobs on GNADS.com then i send my CV on (RoyalGrouphr@yahoo.com) after 1 day i received an email as a Same Pattern like SAM LUCAS Mentioned above. The add was on GNADS like this(we need Fresh Civil & Mechanical Engineers Salary 9000) f*** off...how it is possible for Fresh persons to get 9000 AED Salary...Any way i have Diploma of Associate Mechanical Engineer ..but when i received their email for job interview i decided to go for interview..then they send me inside with a lady she tell me we have a job in Dubai Free zone blah blah blah... 4000 salary 1000 accommodation allowance.i asked her a question what is ur company name she tell me name Diligent Group nd we have company website.now this time i search on Google but here is nothing about there Company wbsite.today is 12th august & 1 hour before i was in Diligent Agency now i m back in my room...that time after small conservation i again asked her company detail then she is telling me This is T-SAT Group...how it is possible that one company have 2 different name...(hehehheheh) then she asked me to pay 300 now..but when i asked her her give me 5 mins i will go down and bring money from my friend she was afraid that may be i run away..( hhehehehhheh) then she said NO ...we dont have time ..then i leave this office ...uff i lost 40 Aed Taxi bill...

other day, dated august 7, i went to ajman deligent human resources marketing, i have one kabayan with me also for enterview, when we reach the place or the location. we enter inside the building ajman bank backside, we saw one kabayan and she told me if we go also for enterview, we said yes, but before we going up. we chat with this lady my kabayan and ask something is this true company/agency. she told i don't know. but she tell she pay 300dhs. so we ask her for what...this 300dhs? she canot explain to me. just she tell you go up try! so my kabayan with me from abudhabi we decide to go up to the office of diligent...when i enter inside, one guy approach me immediately and ask for interview. yes we said..so they bring to the people whose name or contact person sent me email, inside the room have 4 table for interviewer all ladies (indian) . so one of the ladies entertain me for interview. maybe 5minutes interview, she ask me money worth of 200 she said for registration, i refuse to give and tell to her that i don't have that amount, i have only100 . and she get it to me and she give a receipt. she told me wait after two days we will sent u on email for final interview! today i scan this company and i'm wondering Why like this i see this page? to Much complain? so i call my kabayan, and he told me also what is this? ###! MONKEY Business...if is this true like this. May i ask the Labor of the UAE to do action regarding this monkey business. ALAH Karim...

I was there an hour ago and I recieved 2 emails of the same office... same time.. and what troubled me was that they don't have an OFFICE PHONE NUMBER. They only replied using their own mobile numbers. Who does that? Mga KABAYAN. WAG KAU MANIWALA SA DILIGENT MARKETING SA AJMAN. SCAM ITO. Maniwala kayo sa akin! at kung sino man na kabayan yang ngpost na nakakuha xa ng trabaho eh patunayan mo lahat pati labor card mo at mga resibo mo sa Diligent Marketing na yan. Pagdating ko pa sa "Office" nila eh may mga nagtatanong ng office number... ang sabi ng receptionist: "I don't know... ask him about that" - ung nginterview sa kanila... Hmmmmmm.. tas nung tinawag na aq for interview, tas hiningan aq ng pera, aun na! tas tumawag aq sa friends ko para iparesearch itong Diligent Marketing na ito... SCAM NGA! buti nabasa nya itong board na to. Tas ngexcuse nlng aq na ala akong pera. Ang sabi sakin: "How much do you have there? You have to give me something so that I can reserve the job for you." Parang desperada na humihingi ng pera na kahit mgkano! Meron bang ganun? tas nung sinabi ko na pamasahe ko lng ang dala q ang sabi sa akin: "I'm sorry but you cannot continue with the process" Ano daw? Tama ba narinig q? Aun. Umalis nlng aq. Wag kau magpapaloko!

galing din po ako dun last week july 19.ganun din ginawa..I paid 300aed as security deposit daw para sa DAFZA pass and refundable daw.eh ngayon papupuntahin daw ako kasi mag sasign na raw ako ng offer letter pero may babayaran dw na 200aed. Sa dafza dw un sa The techno group.nag dadalawang isip napo akong pumunta dun..napakawalang hiya nila.tayo na nga ang walang work.Karma nalang nila.Please advice

same case po ang nagyari sa akin, last July 18 galing po ako doon sa office nila sa likod ng Ajman Bank eniterview rin po ako for Ticketing executive maganda ang offer at the end sabi magbayad ng 300AED. Sa ganda ng offer at sa nais natin mka hanap ng magandang trabaho eh kahit hesitant nag bigay po ako ng 300AED yun nlang ang huli kong pera. Tapos ang sabi tatawagan daw ako for offer letter, tinawagan nga ako the next day 19th July then ang sabi magdala daw lahat ng documents at 200AED for offer letter and meet Mr. Abdulla this Saturday dahil tanggap na daw ako sa D-techno group sa may DAFZA. Now I doubt kung tutuloy pa ba ako o magpapaloko lang ulit ako. Just wanted lang po your advice as per your experience. Salamat po.

I had 2 interviews with them and I gave 600 AED and too late to realized that i'm so fool to gave them money and i think they will not call me too for any update. So what can we do ?

Ako rin po nakuhanan nila ng 500 dirhams last week, , sabi po refundable, una humingi po ng 300 pra sa freezone visa daw tapos nung nakita ung 500 ko cinabi agad nung babae na kung gusto ko raw ng agarang trabaho additional 200 pero wla ng resibo, ung 300 lng may resibo pro sa ibaba non refundable pala, npakasinungaling po nila kya tangay po nila ung 500 ko un pa nmn ang last money ko sa sahud ko. tapos sabi tawagan dw ako ni Mr. Moosa eh hindi nmn Mr. Moosa tumawag sakin kundi babae mgdadala daw ako ng photos ko at passport copy at visa copy at additional 200 ulit pra sa offer letter na cnasabi pati ba nmn offer letter may bayad na at 200 pa huh! di kinabukasan pumunta ako dun hindi nmn pala offer letter, ilang beses ko xang cnabihan na bigyan mo ko ng copy nun ayaw nyang ibigay ininsist nya talaga na antayin dw ung offer letter galing sa dubai office ang name daw ng company na pgtatrabahuan ay The Techno Group. Sana nga po ay masilip ito ng may authority para hindi na po mkapanloko ng kapwa, , Muslim pa nmn ung ng interview at gnyan ang ginagawa nkakahiya po kayo.

i am too late to check here. i lost 2oo dirahms in first interview n 300 in second interview. now i can say is only ooohhhhhh i become a fool...i learn a great lesson from deligent ..hope i wil be careful in such mater in coming days .. ritenow i am smiling think that how childness i was ...i realy feel sad when i read my all frns r suferinfg the same pain that i am now. my question to deligent is not only regarding the money i have lost.. its wid the feeing n pain that i am sufering. their words give me a trust n i feel secure so i did not search any other job..i will pray to god that let all the staffs of deligent earn more n more money by sucking a innocent people like us.

guys yea its true they are big fraud they even dont have internet service in their office and they will tell us they wll check the status and will tell big haramis dont give ur money first of alll and if you give the money they will give you back oly 50% but dont take that take ur full amount back make their with any cid or any other reputed people

i just went there yesterday, from abu dahbi to dubai to sharjah to ajman, what an effort! with a hope that i will get a job soon. i disturbed a lot of people to borrow money just to found out later on that i was a scam victim. sorry me! but im praying that they realize soon that its not healthy to fool other people.

First of all, I would like to thank the Filipina lady we met whilst waiting for the lift next to the office of Diligent (Ajman Bank Bldg, Flat #307). She told me about her bad experience with the Diligent Blah Blah Solution. She was there to collect her money. She applied for a job and they asked her to pay 700dhs and she will get the job soon, but after one month of waiting, no calls and no jobs offer! Sadly, they given her only 350dhs back to her pocket. She stepped out angry and frustrated.

Our story: I accompanied a friend of mine to apply for a job. The Indian lady named Huda ( I can call her as Hudas ) assisted us, such a nice lady with sweet tongue and very professional conversationalist and she had given her nice offer that can blow your mind...and once she asked my friend: "How much is your expected salary?" my friend said: 3000dhs, and Hudas told her, "I can make it 6000dhs!" Plus all mind-blowing offer such as - Annual Leave Salary/Ticket, Medical Insurance, Family Sponsorship, Housing and Transpo Allowance, and so on and so fort. Watta BIGTIME package!

So, to make the story very short, my friend (she is new in Dubai) accepted the offer and willing to submit her application. Now, application was done and Hudas ask her to pay 500dhs becoz the visa is freezone, and that will be refundable if in case she did not get a job, so my friend agreed and I was aware of whats going on, I occassionally interferring to their conversation, but my friend has decided to get in and paid the amount. so, receipt was given, talk was over and wait for their call. By the way, there was a guy named Abdullah.

Then, we met this Fil lady and warn us about the fraud issues against this Diligent Company. I talked to my friend about the matter, explain to her and after 3hrs we decided to go to that office again and take the money back. We went there again, and this guy Abdullah asked us to come to his office...then i told him we want to cancel the application and withdraw the money and direclty I told him your company is a fraud and I can give/show you some evidence, then he start arguing and saying that we can't just cancel it becoz the docs are already IN. I told him, we have the right to withdraw the application and we want the 500dhs back, he said NO, we can't take the money, he said we can take the money after 5 days but it will be 400dhs only. I asked him why, he said, its the company's policy, I insist to get my friend's money back, I kept arguing with him, He told me, why I am talking when I am not the applicant, I said, she cannot speak english properly. But he still keep on saying that we cannot take the money back. Then, our argument ended up when Abdullah said: "OK, you can take the money but I will give you only 300dhs becoz i will take 100dhs for the registration fee and the 100dhs is for the cancellation fee!" He said once again: It is company's policy. I told him to keep his policy on his pocket and give our money back! We only recieved 300dhs and extra heart attack!Watta scam and torture he made to my friend?! Is this humane attitude? Is this fair policy? Can you imagine, in just 3 hours sitting on his couch, he earned 200dhs from this poor lady? How many people will be victimized by them?

Watta shame, God is watching you all out there and knows everything you do. Repent before its too late. I would like to add and to tell you that it is NOT Islamic way reg. business and its not the teaching of Islam on how to deal with people.

By the way, I asked him if its true that they are fooling people and how true that the Diligent Company is a fraud...well, he answered me: "IT IS NOT YOUR BUSINESS!"

to all my kabayan wag po kau maniwala s diligent solution located at 3rd flr ajman bank blgd.room 307. i was interviewed last week and they are asking 300aed for initial deposit for the position i applied.so i said if ever i pay such amount is it a guarantee i will be hire already.so lady said i am 65% hire because i still have a 2nd interview if ever i did not get the job the 300aed will be refundable.so i said i have no such kind of amount with me.guess what she said you have any phillippines peso that fine with us or any amount you have it ok daw s kanya.why is she so insisted n magbayad ako khit pera ng pinas if this company is not a scam.this is the shocking interview i had.so i was rude and sarcastic with my answer na kc gumagana n ulo k scam nga napuntahan.so when the guy enter the room they are talking with their native dialect i dont know what they talking about. the guy told me to leave the office so i said its ok.so nung lumabas n ako may nakta ako pinay pu2ntahan k sana s reception area you what the guy told me just leave parang takot sya kausapin k ung pinay.and guess what he escorted me until i reached the elevator.maybe alam nya n parang may idea ako s gnagawa nila.sana wala ng pinoy mabiktima ng diligent marketing n yan.sana this will serve us a lesson n wag magpaloko s mga walang hiya diligent marketing n yan.:(

I am a Kenyan and Its true this Ajman firm is fraudulently laundering peoples money.
They are not genuine, they are not transparent in their operations.
They dont have genuine contacts addresses.
The contacts names appear not to be real.
They have taken AED 450 from me saying all will go well we shall process your Visa within 7 working days.
You shall not be needed to exit.
This company is spoiling UAE's reputation.

I Got Data Entry Position through Diligent Group. First interview with there Hr department, Selected me for a training programe. I got 5 days training for this position, That was on job training in clients office, After completing training programe of 5 days, Clients Hr manger they took my interview and selected me for this position. I am here to share my experience, may be help to job seekers.

Diligent had provided 5 interviews in different companies, in dubai & Abudhabi. After attending many round of interviews with these 5 companies, Two companies shows the positive response, and i accepted the offer from abudhabi. Its happened in month of march. I have been placed by diligent, i found them very expert in recruitment field. Just reply me if you want to ask or need any document as a prove, i will provide you the relevant docs.

For those who have said that they were helped get jobs by Diligent Solutions, if possible, please attach/post some documents/proofs that you were really hired thru them to avoid hesitations/confusions from us. This is so far, what I think is the best help you can give us. Thanks!

Just want to share, I was interviewed 3 weeks ago, I was actually applying for retail staff but I was persuaded by Ms. Sana to go for Secretary/Admin Assistant instead due to my good credentials and since they are looking for Filipino to immediately fill in the position- and of course, the offer will be better . She asked me to pay Dhs200 for security fee and have assured me to have it refunded once I fail to get the job. She gave me a receipt and crossed out the part saying that the money is not refundable. I was supposed to go for 2nd interview but when I received a call from them 2 days after, I was told that I don't have to and that I was already hired, they just asked me to go to their office again. So the next day, the offer as well as the profile of the company-Al Nader Grp, have been discussed to me (I think his name is Mr. Abdullah). I was asked to submit several documents required for processing of my papers. He also briefed me with all the position Role responsibilities and that I have to undergo training (specifically in Accounting and Arabic Speaking) beforehand. Then he asked me for Dhs300 as fee for the training they will provide and the processing/stamping in the Typing Office (pre-requisite before Al Nader apply for my free zone visa).
I told him I have actually seen several negative comments about them prior to my 2nd visit to them, so I was a bit skeptical if they really will be able to give me a job. I started asking him on negative feedbacks/complaints I saw in the net. He confidently answered that these were just negative propaganda against them and he stressed that they have been operating for 5 yrs and why only now the comments are coming? He mentioned also that those were the people who weren't able to get the jobs due to lack of competencies and were blaming all to them as they weren't able to help them. In short, these do not fear them because as per for they have clear conscience that they will only hire people who are competent and deserved to be hired in a good position and salary. Also, he said that they are already facilitating to launch their website soon. After our conversation, I signed a document (not really an offer letter) stating that I have been hired and will be undergoing training soon. He also gave me the receipt for the Dhs300 but this time it will not be refundable. I asked for copy of my Offer Letter then he said that it will be stated in the Contract which will come from Al Nader and I will be called, most probably after 2 weeks, once ready. 2 weeks have passed, I called Mr. Musa and he said that the contract is not yet ready so he asked me to call him today. I just called him this morning, he told me that I was already scheduled this 24th to sign the contract. He will reconfirm to me on Sunday at which time I should be there(in Qusais where the company is located). For now, I still have yet to prove the positive or negative feedbacks I read from this site. I will just update all of you on what might happen next week ASAP.

I do agree with Abarran, As i have recently accepted the job offer from deligent group. I have accepted the job in accounts section as an general accountant, and i am really happy. I have waited 15 days for my recruitment process but atlast they have placed me after two rounds of interviews. I thank to GOD and Deligent group, they have helped me in my worst circumstances. I do appreciate their efforts and sources to get me a job.

For me the reality is totally different, Because i have been placed as Guest Service Execuitve for hilton hotels. I have paid what ever there are service charges. I have very good terms with diligent satff i found them working for unemployed people all the time. So please its request stop this non sense, Diligent has placed, Two different batches for hilton hotels. Each batch was consist of 20 employees. Best of luck

i read all the comments, Diligent is totally fraud, today i became victim, they took 400 AED from me, offering a job of Desktop Support Engineer, and my duties were to work in Dubai Airport terminal 2, installation of computer, networking support else, dam it, i lost my 600 AED, i am returning back to my country...and here i found some of other scams supporter, all are fake because i have searched for the all names mentioned by these scams, fraud people on google, I found nothing, none of these companies exist in UAE. And about Mr. Musa, musa...in Rat in Nepal and Chuha in Hindi, he is like that...[censored]... friends those who of you r like me, i am sorry for you all, they will die in hell, Allah, the god, goddess, Christ, Buddha, Shiva, Vishnu, won't let them.
