I recently placed by diligent group for hotel named as "Ambassadors Highcliff Hotel Dubai" They have placed me for the position of Front desk officer, I signed two offer letters, one with diligent and second with this hotel. I waited like one month for my recruitment process. I have no complaint against this company, and would like to thnx to this company. and i would like to advice everyone to dont loose hope, have faith in God and this company. Thnx more blessing

Everybody is free to say anything about their experiences with Diligent or any company in the word but for me it was really shocking with I clear my interview and waiting for my results. i wait a lot but no answer on give day I was disappointed and I make some comments on 2 blogs including this blog...
now I feel really guilty because I just got email from Mr.Moosa the attachment of email bring tears in my eyes because it is my Employment . I am soooooooo happy and excited because I am coming back to Dubai. YAHOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

I applied last month 28 Nov, 2012 for position of Cashier . I submit all my papers to Diligent after interview after exactly 20days they call me for joining. they process my visa in 3 days time. Now I am happy and wants to Thanks to Management of Diligent they have give me job in hotel.
One of my friend also got job last year Dec2011.

I am also get the same Interview letter from them more than one month back. I several times call them and gone there, every time they

Diligent is Good but...
I am happy to have because of their recommendation but the point disappoint me was, they selected me on salary 5, 500/- but in final interview they offer me they ll pay 5, 000/- and 500 after probation :(
but its ok. latest I got the job and now i m working. :)

Diligent is Best
It was quit strange when I enter in this group because the policies and procedure for recruitment was really strange for me. after first interview I come on internet and try to find their official website but I wasn't able to find their website and i found lot of good and bad comments. its make me confuse but till i try to check my luck and its works. I am facing some normal problems in my company like grouping nationality preference but its normal in all UAE because of different nationalities.
I have good words for the Diligent team but till I must say no need to follow me just be careful and do what is right according to your mind.
