Shop Airlines America Inc (eBay user flight2bru) purchased a rental and after a month opened a dispute saying the item is not as described.
I was under the impression they paid for the deposit, but they did not. I sent them the rental. They said "why did you send us a rental without charging us for a deposit, does that mean we get to keep the item?"I said no, and told them they can ship it back for a full refund.
After doing more research on them, found out they're a re-seller and they were going to ship my item to Japan. Needless to say, I was unhappy about that. I gave them a refund, less shipping and they opened a "item not as described" dispute.
Somehow I won that dispute; as a seller, that's unheard of in the eBay community...Maybe eBay is changing their policies, maybe, it's almost impossible to dispute a rental with a refund.
