I regret that I have purchased my airline ticket thru this agency. This is my first time buy and will be the last. First of all, they don't communicate with the customer with any basic manners. They never introduce themselves and never are courteous. I needed to postpone my ticket for a medical reason. I have called them yesterday 3 times and was put on hold for more than an hour each time. Only once somebody answered me and quickly put me on hold again. It was very frustrating. By the accent I know for sure he is a "Desi". I am so embarrassed. I called them again today- 7-22-15 and I got some help but before I finish asking him a few questions he hung up again! I couldn't take his name or ID number. This is a bad business to do with. They are charging me $475 to postpone my ticket. I wish I was gone straight with Lufthansa to book the ticket. This is a very good lesson learn. I will never recommend them to my family or friends ever again.

My experience was strange, because I booked flight f through the company www.cheapfareguru.com. I provided the card info, and they charged me. But I haven’t received the confirmation. Instead, I got the email, where they asked to provide the photo of my card. It wasn’t fair and secure, so I refused. I didn’t get the flight info, no money back and these people stopped to reply. I want my money back and that’s all. Please, somebody help me.

This is the worst website ever to book your tickets through. I have never come across such poor customer service, rude staff who does not care and has no clue what they are doing. I booked a airline ticket through their website and wanted to make changes, every time I called, the wait time was more than an hour. After picking up they said they would call you back since they are busy, and they never did. On telling them that they did not call back, their reply was we did and you didn't pick up. ( this happened at least 3 times)
My learning point is to NEVER use this website again.

I booked two round tickets from this company, later found out I have visa problem and would like to cancel the flights. I called the agency many times, every time I was given a different answer. They tricked me into not cancelling or changing flights. They do answer emails, and put you on hold on the phone. In the end, I lost a lot of money. To me, they are shark, care about only their interests, not customers'.

I would NEVER do business with them anymore. Be careful of them. They are liars.

I used Air Tkt Guru.com to purchase tickets to fly on delta airlines, i also informed them of my frequent flyer miles # to insecure i would earn my miles actually flown, but when i checked my miles, delta says Air Tkt booking tickets are only worth 25% of the actual miles traveled on their bookings, i lost over 17, 000 fly miles on my round trip flight from Md to Manila . If your looking for a Cheap flight fares and not worried about fly miles, use them. If you are a frequent flyer and want your actual fly miles 100% credited, check around.

Do not use Cheap Fare Guru. The customer service staff are extremely rude and do not seem to have a fixed price that they charge for anything. They told me that the cancellation fee is $20 per ticket, and later told me that it is $30 and even $40. When confronted, the man said, "did I really say that?" You shouldn't make mistakes like this if your job is to explain your policy to customers, and you shouldn't have an attitude with the customer because company doesn't explain the process very well. If you are in customer service, your job is to work with customers and help them, not yell at them because you can't explain your own policy.

I did not receive any information about a confirmation number or ticket number, but when I called to cancel the tickets, the customer service rep claimed that the company had already bought the tickets. Why did you buy the tickets if you still needed my credit card information in order to complete the purchase? He refused to scan or fax the tickets that supposedly had my information on them, and only gave me the confirmation number when I tried to look up the tickets on the airline website myself (which I shouldn't have to do, by the way, Cheap Fare Guru).

As of this review, I have completed the order without any hidden or wrongful charges. The agent promised that the charge for the tickets will remain the same without any hidden fees, but we will see, I suppose. I still do not recommend this company even to the worst people I know.

Never book a flight with eros tours! They give bad service, don't care about their costumers, and you can barely understand a word they say! I repeat never book your flight with eros tours unless you want problems!
