I am a resident of Orissa and currently working in mumbai for two months. I have to make a lot of STD calls regularly so i had asked customer care for activation of STD scheme. I was said it will be done in 24 hrs. The request was placed on friday morn 9 am. When i called up next day it was said that the request will be completed only by the next tuesday 1 pm as the airtel people wont work on the sat sun. I dont know what they do on monday. It was not done on tuesday on calling up customer care i wa given my request number and was assured that the request will be taken care of in the next 24 hrs. Today i called up the 6th time its wednesday and the request is not yet taken care of. I spend regularly 55o rs on my STD calls. Is this customer care to make the customer feel helpless???
