I'm facing the worst (yes it is worst) customer care service from airtel since the last 2 months (the day I converted my number to post paid).
Firstly, I'm getting 100's of messages in a day (Just imagine 100!) from an airtel number 543210.
The SMS service is about cricket alerts.
I've been contacting customer care since then, initially they were not sure why is this service activated. They gave me the reason I subscribed for it. When I said no, I've never subscribed for this service, they told me the service will be discontinued in 24 hrs, but its not.
I called up customer care innumerable number of times & every time I got exactly the same response that "the service will be discontinued in 24 hrs". Its more than 2 months now, they cant stop sending spam to me.
Imagine, they barr your outgoing calls the moment it exceeds its limit. But, dont know why they are so much reluctant to block this spam.
The worst part is the service provider itself is sending spam. What more to expect.

The current scenario, whenever I'm dialing airtel 121 the only option that I have (no matter what option I choose) is to send a SMS to 121.

I want to draw your attention towards my problem which is created by airtel,
I have received a bill dated 27 january 2017 for rs.1446.12 / - in which value added services for internet usage has been given as 840.30/-, but from starting of this postpaid no. Internet usage was free, when I checked last recieved jan - bill in which rs.840.30 / - mentioned as internet usage.In this regard no information / intimation or sms recived by your side that your scheme is completed or finished or now u have to pay for internet usage. On the other hand airtel sents lots of msg regarding due bills for payment, so why u not given me intimation regarding ending of scheme of internet usage, now I m unable to pay my bill, I cant afford it so kindly deduct the internet usages charges from jan-bill otherwise I am going in cunsumer court or applying for number portability - mohd rashid ([protected])

This is with regards to Mobile recharge through SMS done through my Airtel Mobile number [protected].I did a recharge for Rs 399 on 10-OCT-07 for Rs 399. The Transaction was not successful. Because my validity got expired on 12-oct-07, i recharged my mobile on 13-oct-07. Now i have validity till Apr -08. When i called Airtel and asked ,Mr .Imran and Mr.Vijay senior Executives responeded and told that they would solve the issues within 4 days. But it has been 1 month since the complaint was raised.But No response.

I recharged my mobile for international calling at delhi airport. However after coming here at switzerland I m not able to call back to india. No outgoing call. Same story with four more friends. Each paid rs.1750 cash

I am from andhra pradesh - india. I was a mobile with airtel connection Number is 91-[protected] and sim card no: 899149000400064096046. I put security in fixed dial with code of "0000" path: setting - security - fixed dial-sim pin 0000 (code), but now Path: setting-security-fixed dial- Sim puk2... I am disable to remove it. Then i try to remove it but i am failure in remove the code. As result:

1) I can't call any number. At the same time i got info like "fixed dial only if i giving any code for fixed dial it asking "sim puk2".

Complaint2

1) Why u give security in mobile,

2) Customer care disable in giving suggestion,

3) Any problem consist with some salvation, here it possible or not,

4) Security create major problem to me, i am suffering from your network there no possibility to outgoing calls, and not display phone book in my mobile.

Im airtel prepaid user from 1 year with lifetime validity of 999 rs with karnataka. Just 3 days before I went to hyderbad, as it was under roaming state, my account value reduced from 25 rs to 2 rs and validity will expire on feb 2017. Why such irritating state of my no. It happened with my friend also. We both are going to sue the company.

Hi,

This is to bring to your notice that its really not safe for normal citizens to visit any of the airtel galaries.
I had a visit in mulund's airtel galary since I needed some information on ISD call rate, when I was enquering I found there were around 7 to 8 guys siting there and watching porn movies.
I have a question here do Airtel have no ethics & no values that they employ such people in their firm.
This is a serious concern which need to be addressed or else you may never know the next terrorist attack might get plotted in your airtel galary itself.

I am coustomer of airtel since 2017. I have two connection on my name and I am the only person who pay all my airtel bills.in end of 2017 airtel change the ownership of my cellular number. They are telling that this is the company paid account since 2017. If I want to make any change in my account like roaming, scheme transfer or any thing they want a application from the company own it. Actually I am the owner of that number and I have proof for it. I want it in my name how can I get it in my name..

Dear sir,

There are two parts of the compliant

1. Gprs net connection
I bought a new cell htc p3400, which is supposed to be operating on airtel network only in india. ,
I'm trying very hard to fetch gprs net connect. , tried calling up customer care 121, [protected], almost made 20 calls till date for last 8 - 10 days. ,

I got gprs activated via a sms, but phone setting sms is not responding back to connect, while speaking to executives in customer care, they say, this handset may not be gprs compliant, & if at all.. They are not been brief about it yet. ,

Also, recently there was rs.150 debited to my prepaid card, without any information. , I still don't know why.

I had applied for conversion from airtel prepaid to airtel post paid corporate offer [149/m plan].
The services of my prepaid sim card got deactivated on 26th august at 10 am in the morning and I have been receiving a message " sim card registration failed'. I receive the same message when I insert the airtel post paid [64k] sim card into the handset.

Its 3 pm now [ i. E more than 5 hours ] but my postpaid sim card still hasn't started yet.
I request the concerned authority to look into this matter or at least update me on this issue.

Today i have subscribes to new offer of airtel , i.e 300 sms free for one month on paying just RS 50 . 50Rs was deducted from my account. But after that when i started Sms'ing to my friends, little bit later thr was the massage showing " your account has been debit by rs 2 as VAS charges " something like that... till now they have deducted 120RS from my account. Please help... also thr is no response from 121.

1) Iam in Bangalore and I hold a Airtel prepaid SIM that is supposed to have a 50 paise tariff on local calls for which tariff I paid 400 Rs. But after my 98 rupee STD topup expired my rateplan got changed to a normal 1Re local tariff one automatically.
2) When you activate the 98 rupee National STD topup for making 1Re STD calls to entire country. It will take a lot of time to activate and you will not be intimated of the activation or expiry. You will end up making many calls at normal rates inspite of shelling out 98 rupees for topup.
3) You get SMS's that ur STD tariff shall be changed to 1Re/min for one month if you make 10 mts of std calls at normal STD rates. They never change the tariff and you end up paying the normal STD tariff.
3)Airtel executives have absolutely no clue about anything and are undertrained and have very little information to look up in their system and tell customers.
4)At first you have a feeling that their software is falty whenever you are cheated. But this is a regular affair with Airtel and you ultimately realize theat Airtel is actually CHEATING you.

[protected] at 7.16am dt. 1 oct 2017. and at 10.30am visited airtel office'pradyna entr.'s jatharpeth akola, maharashtra. they had provided us the name of the person who had stolen it his name is 'ashish narayan chauhan' bt they refused 2 giv his address. ihad even launched a police complaint no. 18/1 oct 2017/9155 please provide me his address as early as possible.

My Airtel SIM of Hyderabad got blocked twice. Once while I lost my cell phone, the duplicate SIM that was issued after 2 days of twice visiting the customer center near Hi-Tech city in Madhapur, got blocked in the 4th day. I was on roaming, outside the state. I had to wait for 4 days just to reach Airtel's Customer care center to submit the duplicate SIM request 4. Just imagine a worldclass service provider's global and local reach. It was on one Monday that I submited the form at the Madhapur Airtel customer care center. On tuesday, the SIM got activated with both incoming and outgoing calls barred. I was told I need to submit documents at the center once again. I diligently photocopied my id proof, address proof, provided photographs and filled in 2-3 forms including Annexure -E. I was told call barrins would be removed within 72 hours. That was around 2pm on Tuesday. Till thursday, status remained the same. So I visited the center. Customer care executive Mr. Krishna/Nagesh told me I need to wait till 72-hrs time is completed. In the next day, still there would be no resume of service. In the evening I visited the center again and the same executives told they are very sorry but somehow the documents did not reach the Airtel office. On blasting them out, someone begged for time till Satday morning for restoration. In the morning I found the service to be ther for 2 hours after which there was again call barring. I have never come across such callous and apathetic attitude of any service provider. Just imagine these people call themselves to be India's largest service provider. we all should have good reason to make these monopolistic yet lousy services cut to size.

I will take up the matter with higher authority. But I doubt if there would be a reddressal. Just imagine how difficult it was to be without service and more than that being in apprehension that your call services can be resumed at any minute! Professional work, personal work all did suffer a lot. I have decided not to go for airtel service again and would also encourage others not to use Airtel services.

Sub: Overcharged Mobile Bill Period 08/07/2017 – 07/08/2017

Sir/Madam,

I have been your customer personally from last 6 years, first 3 years prepaid customer then till date I have been postpaid customer. I was very happy with the services until this 3G service launched in Bangalore. The problem arises when I changed my bill plan on 23rd June 2017.

First of all please be clear that I want to continue with my same Airtel no. [protected] as this is my official phone and lots of accounts are linked to this number. Instead of an apology I got a disconnection after raising lots of complaint with no positive feedback.

Not only official mobile phone connections, we are also using Airtel Enterprise services and here are the details of the same:

Airtel PRI Line : [protected] Account number : 1398 8177
Airtel FAX Line : 080 [protected] Account number : 1365 0606
Internet leased Line customer no.: [protected] Account no. : [protected].

We have been paying more than 12lacs per year for these services and already in discussion for more bandwidth and MPLS services.
You can check my same mobile number is there in all accounts as single point of contact for my company.

My concerns about the bill for the above period are as under:

1. I was shocked to see the overcharged amount in the bill period of 08/07/2017 – 07/08/2017 & after analyzing the bill thoroughly I found that I was overcharged for GPRS usage due to 1 day usage, which is only possible if there was 3G speed in 2G data due to some technical issue at backend or due to wrong billing which happens many times no doubt. Just for an example, you can refer complaint number: 7951268 raised on 28th of November for my Airtel fixed line above 080 [protected] where billing department has been charging continuously for 4 months for broadband usage and the best part is there is modem connected at our end and even after filing the complaints it is still happening and we are getting bills with broadband usage.

2. In 2G plan, the average downloading speed is supposed to be 15 to 20 kbps. If you check 38th column in my GPRS usage details of the bill of August, on 12th July 2017 at 22:12 Hrs which is around 728 MB you can see an entry before and after 38th column which is 37th and 39th column in the bill you will get an idea of maximum possible duration under which this data can be downloaded which is around 3 hours roughly and the fact is with maximum speed of 20 Kbps also you can’t download 728 MB of data in 3 hours. The maximum you can download with the maximum 2G speed is around 70 MB/hr. Even if the billing department is saying that billing is done correctly then it must be technical issue due to which I got 3G speed as I used keep my internet on and never cared about the data download because of 2G speed. You would have to find out the issue behind this if it is due to 3G speed then I want weaver for that particular day because you can’t pump the bandwidth and make the customer to use more data unknowingly.

3. I logged many complaints which can be checked in my complaint history but I didn’t get any help from any of the complaints. If you listen to my recorded conversation with the customer care executives and floor manager you will find everyone agreed that my complaint is genuine and they assured me to get the positive response from billing department. From billing department, after seeing the same complaint logged, they closed my SR every time with the comments “Duplicate SR and charges are valid”. I don’t know why they never felt that call center can’t take the same complaint again without proving the genuineness in the complaint. So there was no proper response from billing department as well.

4. After all this, I decided to discuss this issue face to face. I went to nearest customer care relationship center and explained them my issue, they were agreed on that and they asked me to go to head office in Bangalore which is in Divyasree towers, bannerghatta road, Bangalore. I went to circle office, and had a chat with the concerned person there after a long discussion with the person over there, he didn’t have any reason to explain me the overcharged amount and in end he said that you have to go legally to sort this out and we can’t do anything on this. I was shocked how you can give this advice to the customer without satisfying him with your resolution. I also tried meeting the manager after that who I found very rude and he asked me to wait outside without any reason. After waiting for more than half an hour I checked with him again and he again asked me to wait then I had to leave without meeting him.

5. I decided not to quit here and tried reaching Nodal and Appellate office where I spoke to one person name Manoj whom I asked to meet face to face and he agreed me to meet at his office to explain the issue. When I went there and called the same appellate number someone picked the call and said you can’t meet anyone without an appointment. I asked him to check with Manoj and he said you have no appointment with anyone. I ended up without meeting that person.

6. Due to this kind of behavior, I felt being cheated by Airtel and hence I had no other option than to stop payment against the bills issued after that.

7. You have to understand that this is a huge productivity loss for me and my company which can’t be paid back in any form. We are very unhappy with this kind of attitude. In end, I request you to resolve this issue and resume my services ASAP.
Delay in processing the request would affect our relationship and all the Airtel enterprise services we have been using. We have various upcoming opportunities which we are looking forward to share with you.

I installed whatsapp on my nokia phone! I am using the app through wifi but still my balence is being cut! Yestrday I called the customer care, the executive told me that within a day the problem will be fixed and the money I have lost will be refunded also they'll give me a call and make sure evrything is alright! The next day I was given no call nor was my money refunded! I called the customer care centr again! A man picked up, I didnt undrstand much of what he said, but he hung up in between the conversation! When I tried calling again I had realised that they had blocked me from calling the cutomer care

I have subscriber to Airtel Post-pad service 8 month back and my outgoing calls are bared due to exceed in my credit limit. As per my information my credit limit is more then 9000 and my usage was approx. 8000 Rs. Without any previous information my outgoing calls are bared not even out going they cancel my registration also.

Now after one month they are calling using different name and harsh my relatives. If they want to meet me or communicate me why not they are using my office number. I have a lot of Issue regarding there services right Now I want to Compliant against Airtel.

I mention all my complains below:

(1). After purchasing new connection Airtel has charged aprox Rs. 700 without any reason. I can’t request for any "Hello Tunes" but the gave me a “hello tune”. At my very first bill they charge me a very huge amount (700). I called to Customer Care they were just tried to piss me off though they didn't care about my problem. So the issue has been closed. I wasted too much time and money in talking to Customer Care but they did nothing.

(2). without any previous information my outgoing calls are bared.

(3). Harassing my family member and friend using different Identity and name.

Can someone give me a proper guideline regarding this Issue.

on feb 17th near 0900 hours i got a call from Airtel. then they asked me several question about portability cz i had sen a msg 2 change my network. after asking many uestion they offered me one good offer it contains Airtel2Airtel 10 ps for min. then Airtel2Other 30 ps for a min. and i accepted that offer. then after many days.. i think from last sunday my offer is changed "without any information". and now its costing me any mobile seconds for a min... after that i called airtel customercare. bt its not conecting frm long time... so i tried frm another airtel number then called them. then one fellow recived my call... then i explained him evrything on 1st march near 2200 hours.. 1stly he talked nicely.. then he started 2 saying that i dont having any offers like 10ps n 30ps.. bt i said i got call from airtel den they told me 2 send a msg like "cncl" to "222" so den i got conformation msg n all... but he said no sir u dont having this kind of any offer and all... then i asked him do u think im lieng here like that. then i asked him okay! now tell me i recharged 52 rupees on 26 feb 2017 for messege pack for 30days.. but now.. i having any offers whci i recharged for them. . . but he dint asnswerd anything but suddnly he cut my call... without saying anything.. and now from that number also i cant call them... why itz happening? no one there to control this "robbery"? if they need money means.. they can beg me... but not cheating like this... im using Airtel from last 6 years... but now days for competaion they doing like this... because "i thought" Airtel ws the best netwrk company.. but now.. che! i ws damn wrong.. my number is [protected]

Can you please de-activate dnd from my airtel number (+91 [protected]) , with this I am unable to get msgs from my friends group and those services which I subscribed already like education so as to recieve messages from my college, who are sending from net.

Hi mr mittal,
Your company give 2gb in 99 pack but bsnl give 4gb in same price with more speed than your service. Bsnl give unlimited bsnl to bsnl in just rs 300.00. But your company give just 15000 minute. I think you are not interested to take your company as no1 in india, once upon a time you are no :1 company in india. Lots of custmer are switch to other operators in orissa. Now bsnl, vodafone company are very good than your company. So I think if you are not able to increase your net speed upto 30 to 40 kbps and if you not give me new offers rather than your old # offers then I am sorry to say you I switch to bsnl or vodafone service. I'm very sorry because I am using your service scince 2017 so I want to stay with you as long as your company stay, but now a day your service is very irreteting me due to the above cause. So please change your service offers and net packs, monthly pack. Vas packs, free local minute packs and customer care rules.

I had registered under 'do not call' registry on 17/6/07.My registration number is W1000088909.I was informed that all promotional calls will stop in 45 days.Yet, I am still receiving these calls every day either recorded or personal.They even call when I am traveling and for which I am then wrongly charged as incoming calls in my bill.If these calls do not stop immediately then I will be forced to complain to higher telephone authorities.Please look into my complain.

I have been charged for Rs. 1900.00 in the current bill for downloading of ring tones and other services. Number of such downloads is somewhere around 200 that too within a time interval of 5 to 6 seconds on some particular dates. I have never used these services and now I have been threatened by Airtel executives to pay the bill or face the consequences. I am totally harassed and helpless.

a service of airtel wap "text base services" has been activated on my mobile number. because i get a sms from the no [protected] was (thanks for subscription of text base services its a subscription of airtel wap now you have been charged 10 rs.after that when i have check my main balance so there is 10 rup deducted.so plz sir if any type of services like or text base services are activated i want deactivate the service imidiatly.because i have already activated the sevice of mobile office 450 pack . so there is no need to other services. plz deactivate the text base service of airtel wap.sir please i am loosing daily ten rupees, its my real lose pls unsubscribe the airtel wap text base service tonight plz plz plz sir.

auto activation of service is done and my balance gets cut . i did complain to airtel and they said they will take action and respond d same to me, but they have not done till nw .

Dear Sir,

It's being shocking to say that the kind of service Airtel is providing under the Big banner is not at all Ethical way of doing biz. My Cell No. [protected] is use from last 3 yrs with all payments in time. In the month of July - 11th 2017 I was moving to S.Africa & requested your Call centre team for Intl Roaming, with conf. all OK that you will enjoy uniterrupted service.

When landed to J'oburg on 11th July late evening I foind that my Airtel connection with no signal & to give a call to some I was requesting security team for the cell for a call. All this into the country which is not only new but also a Gangster Province.

Now got the reminder letter that my payment of INR 6227 is due & if not done than case will be submitted to court. Got the call from your collection team too Mr. Amit [protected]. When briefied him about the experience, he is not interested & shouting on the phone that it's me who is culprit. Mr. Amit saying that you need to give security amount to enjoy Int. Roaming. If this is the procedure than it comes from your call center team when had a word with them.

This person had a word with my parents & the kind of the behaviour shown, it's totally un realistic & shocking. It shows that Airtel Employees don't have the mannerism as how to speak to elders. He is commenting to my parents that your son is not interested in talking to us & using Bad words on Phone.

Is this the way to speak to some one parents & that too for just INR 6227.oo payment. If this is the approcal and an Unehtical Professional behaviour than pls understand as a customer I can also log the compalint against you people.

Pls advise in this circumstances how you can expect that your customer will be happy & will settle dues.

I had lost my mobile, after that i went to our town PS and give ab FIR, then i went to your near by airtel office there they had block my SIM and give me another sim with same number. I also told to block my mobile but they "REFUSE" that by telling this cannot be done, so i accept that. But today dt.29.05.2017 i had read that phone can be blocked by service provider in case of missing in "THE TIMES OF INDIA". After that i talked to your customer care about this, his name is "AMAR" first he refuse it than he told that it can be possible to block the mobile with an FIR copy submitting to near by airtel office. So, i gone to the airtel office, Sambalpur. There he again refuse this, i also told that i have been send by your customer care executive, he than also refuse that this can not be possible. After this incident i am not able to talk to customer care i have been blocked by the customer care executive. So please tell me what to do. If newspaper is splashing this thing that mobile can be blocked by service provider than it must be true. So tell me how i can blocked my mobile and i also want to be unblocked by your customer care executive so that i can talk to the customer care.

Please take the necessary action immediately for which i shall remain grateful to you forever.

I am using an airtel postpaid connection for the past 10 months in hyderabad. Its a Corporate CUG plan. After few months of payment of bills, i noticed that airtel was billing even my CUG calls. I kept on raising this issue to their customer care for almost next 6 months, with no fix. Then i reached to a point, where i threatened them to disconnect the service if no action is taken. At this point, without informing me, they changed my account number (account number for my airtel service) and from that day onwards they did not charge me for the CUG calls. But what happened (what airtel intended) was to avoid me to reach to the consumer forum. Because they had changed my account number (without informing me), i was unable to see any of my old bill details in their website (http://airtel.in) and it mentioned my new account number as if it was created only a few days back. All the bills they used to send to my email alias, was password protected. When i requested for the password, it was not able to open the bills as the password was for the new account number and not the old one's. This was a very cunning and skewed service from airtel and i need a responsible person from airtel to answer these issues and credit back all the amounts, they had cheated away from me. I have couple of calls in this case, recorded in my mobile, when i spoke to their customer care. If action was not taken by Airtel to solve this after APOLOGIZING, i would be moving to consumer court. Note that i received two bills for that month, one with old account number and one with new account number. I paid them in order to help me reach consumer court.

i recharged my phone with Airtel's 63/- SMS pack (which provides for 500 sms per day for 30 days), after 2-3 days of recharge when i was sending sms, then amount was deducting from my main balance (1/- per sms) so this way my 19/- were deducted, i called customer care near about 7 times and they filed complaint twice, sometimes they used to say that i'll get my balance refund and sometimes they say they'll not refund the balance even my 3 days have lost due to this problem, and customer care is useless they just don't take interest in this, matter is not only about 19/-, its about the extremely poor services of them. i want to take some strict action against them.

Dear Service Provider,

My wife using phone [protected]. I have pending complaint unresolved.

1) On 31/8/2017 I ported the number. On 1/9/2017 I got call from your MNP desk on 1/9/2017 offering rentention plan of A2A 1/2 p/sec A2others 2p/3sec & 100 sms free/day
2) The executive (name not remember) requested me to send SMS CNCL to a numebr which do not recall now. Also he informed that the new offer will be activated within 5 days.
3) I did the same and got confiormation SMS with request no RPOCN [protected]
4) 6th Day when we found that the new plan is not activated I called your customer care 198 and querried. I came to know from the supervisor that the plan will be activated on 13th Sep 2017 @ 12:46 pm.
5) When we varified again yesterday & found no change in the plan.
6) I called on 198 again @ 11 am and did not get satisfactory reply. You can refer our recorded conversation.
7) I went to your HO at Bannergatta Rood Bangalore and called 121 from land phone to speak to back end department.
8) I spoke to one Mr. Naveen Kumar Manager @ 10:58 am as per his watch timing. Our conversation can be referred in the recorded conversation.He has given reference no [protected]
9) I am shocked to understand that MNP execitive's offer is invalid. I am wondering whether Airtel is following any ethics. This can construed as false promises made to retain the customer and make the customer run around to get the benefits of the offer.

Hope some senior executive in Airtel will read my message and give proper answer.

Mass hacking of customer credit balance consistently by Airtel openly
1. Auto deduction when AIRTEL service reply informing the message, As I know there should not be any charge against the incoming message. But whereas the company is debiting for that also.
2. Simultaneously credit displaying is also cutting the credit balance.
3. It is number of time I complaint and resolve the issue I remove the SIM from the mobile ([protected]). The service of Airtel persists in another mobile([protected]) but again the same drama has been started automatically service reply cutting. I do not know how many people of India are suffering the like me and being cheated by so called AIRTEL.
4. Thus Airtel malpractice with the mobile service and continuing the open corruption and exploitation with the innocent citizen of India.
5. Sure our government will keep dump because recently TRAI has done the Crores of Rupees unlawful corruption. So still there is existing biggest loop whole to exploit the common people only. Hence, I invite to awake up the conscious and educative citizen to raise hand with me the stop it. We want the liberal justice for the illegal exploitation of AIRTEL.

Since a week time I am not able get directory inquiry service at Phone No: 197 . I tried at 121 and they replied several times there is no other go and try again 197. I tried for about 20 minutes continuously. But I am not getting 197. I find the services of airtel is coming down.

Its been more than 9yrs since I am using Air Tel and never have I been so pissed off with the company.
I have been getting rubbish messages from Air Tel Live to download porn and other nonsense for a long time now... these irritating msgs come almost every hour and sometimes even 2-3 an hr. I kept ignoring them and now this seems to have gone beyond the limits.
Adding to the annoying 'push' msgs, now I am getting insane sms in hindi typed in english from no:s starting with 54321. It has been quite some time and if you dont put an end to this ###, it wont be long for me to discontinue using Air Tel and also suing you guys in the court for disrupting the peace of a customer.
I hope you know that it is not a very pleasing thing to get stupid blank calls at 2:00 and 3:00 am in the night.

There's a limit to patience. Pls do take action immediately.

This is regarding complaint ref no: [protected].
My mobile no is [protected]. I am using you service for last 4 years. I was so happy that till now there was no need of any personel visit to any of the Airtel Gallery. But i found a black mark in your services.
4 -5 months back i have activated 'Airtel Classifeid' in my mobile. After that i get SMS from 54321 for job vacancies.
Last month i decided to deactivate this scheme. so when i first called your customer support team, They said that no such scheme is been activated in my cell and he will check and if there he will deactivate it. On the next day i got ane more job vacancy SMS from 54321, Again i called to your customer care executive, one person told that he will deactivate it.
But it is not deactivated till now. Today again 25.00 Rs is been deducted from recharge account. Today again, i have called your customer executive. A person named 'Yuraj' attended, i have requeseted him to deactivate this scheme and loged a complaint. so he reverted with above reference nos.
Dear All, please see to that my scheme is deactivated ASAP.
If this not done i would have to escalate to AIRTEL supiror team.
See to that there is no need for this

I have make several complain to airtel customer care that gprs not working from your "New Bypass Road" B.T.S. Anisabad, Patna since 10 days.My complain no as per customer care is [protected]. But nothing happened till the date.However I am paying monthly charges for the above services. I have not used the gprs service due to your machinery faliure or Your negligence from 10 days, but you will charge full payment for the month.Who is resposible and who will be punished. Is it airtel services after giving information nothing happened in five days?

I am Venkatraman. I purchased one airtel card in October 2017. Mobile no: [protected]. I recharged the card to get 1 year validity. Now as the validity is over, I recharged the card again for Rs.467 to get the 6 year validity. But even after recharging the card for 5 year validity I was getting the SMS from AIRTEL that your validity is over and your service will be disconnected in one day like that.When I checked this with AIRTEL customer care they were telling this is already entered messages in their system, so don't worry about it . But within 1 week time my outgoing calls disconnected and next day total service got disconnected. When we asked about this to airtel they were just giving some stupid reply that I was asking for billing system that is why they disconnected the service. Such a worst service I never find any where in the world. So don't go for this Stupid AIRTEL service.

I am registerd to DND service to fully blocked. The registration no is S1038185136 and it got activated and all promo calls and messages were stopped for few days. I have again started getting the promo calls and messages from airtel of which i'm fed up.
The 121 customer helpline is just useless. I am being told that the call is been transferred to the CC executive and immediately disconnected.
It seems like airtel has gained lot of customers and failing to maintain the quality of service they provided before.

I am using Airtel from past 1 year in Bangalore. In this i basically use the gprs to browse the internet on my laptop. But from past 1 and a half month the speed for this service has drastically reduced. It seems like Airtel has put download speed limiters in their 2g internet plans because of which the speed is only 3-7 kbps ( which was 15-22 kbps one month ago)...If they have to do all this annoying stuff ( for selling 3G services) then why ARE they providing such 2g plans . Till now Airtel was good in its gprs services and that's why I was preferring using it the most. But now its better to move on to other networks . Anyone facing the same problem PLs comment .
