Airtel - (Sahara Mall) Gurgaon / vistas software is not available!

We have been requesting Airtel (Sahara Mall) Gurgaon as well as R A Santana Company, Gurgaon from whom we purchased Blackberry Model 8700, to let us have software for Windows Vistas so that the Laptop containing Windows Vistas and the Blackberry become compatible. Airtel informs us that such a software is not available! Isn't this ridiculous.

    This is a complaint regarding the duplicate SIM, as we have taken the SIM on 19th January, 2008 from Airtel, Sahara mall, Gurgaon and it was asked that we have to call to customer care in the evening of 19th to activate the SIM.
    This SIM belongs to the Salvation Army Organization and the SIM is with the Head of this organization in India Northern Territory and he has to go out of Station for some official purpose, due to which he was unable to do the activation.
    As he came yesterday i.e 23 January, 2008 and he asked to activate it, then we call to customer care, then the person told us that he has no information regarding the SIM on his computer, so he asked us to consult it with the Airtel Sahara mall, gurgaon.

    SO, it is kind request if you do the needful as soon as possible because we are facing a lot of problem due to the unactivation.

    The mob. no. is 9810370205 and the Head of the Organization is Colonel K.V.Lahase.

    Please see the matter urgently.

    I have purchased a Airtel Prepaid recharge coupon worth 345 Rs.
    The last four digit got swiped while scratching the card with the coin.
    Please let me know what should i do with the prepaid card now?

    .

    SO, it is kind request if you do the needful as soon as possible because we are facing a lot of problem due to the unactivation.

    We are employees of Indiabulls Group based in Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon. It’s been 3 years since till now there were no charges for parking our vehicle. But now, there have been incidents where some group of people are charging for parking on daily basis. Even few days back those people were found as frauds and were made to vacant the parking area. Once again we are been asked to pay for parking from people who claims to be an authorized contractors for taking parking fees. We do get parking slip for parked vehicles but we are not sure if they are original or fraud.. Kindly guide us by providing information if these contractors are genuine and not frauds.

    R A Santana is full of ###... they asked me to wait at my house (not go to work) for residential verification and didnt even bother to show up... They dont have any respect for your time... They dont deserve any kind of dealership...

    I took a new prepaid connection from Sahara Mall Airtel Office.. on 16th Jan 2010... i have been informed that your connection will be activated in another 2 hoours ... have submitted all the relevant document they require.. i can understand 16th was saturday n next day 17th were sunday they may have non working..but today is 20th Jan 2010... if they are unable to do what they commit ... then tag a line mark (they cannot do/Help) .. pitty for Airtel due to few ppl..
