I am being a customer of Airtel-Nasik since last two years.Now I am a customer of Airtel-Mumbai. I have been charged roaming charges when I traveled from Mumbai to Nasik when I tried to inquire about that I have been told that I would be refunded the money within 8 hrs. Let me congratulate Airtel for having one of the best Pathetic call centre service in Mumbai. After spending around 50-60 Rs on the so called free customer care centre calls. Two days are already gone and My roaming charges are still not added to my account. I expect good cooperation from Airtel in future. Otherwise many options are available in the market. But being a loyal customer of Airtel I could expect at least this.

my airtel no [protected]...is wrongly activating programmes like...-"mitti ke rang"...etc etc...on 13.06.2017 and deducted Rs. 30..from my balance of airtel prepaid connection...i make contact on 198..they refuse to refund the amount and deactivate the programme on my request at the spot.they charge Rs.30 for one month and deactivate at the same date.when i have paid Rs.30 that the programme will be closed after one month which i requested but neither they refund the amount nor they activate the programme for one month for which the amount was already deducted..contacted on 15.06.2017 on mobile no. 198, i also contacted on 16.06.2017 with mr.varun mennon and further talk with senior supervisor mr.kulbeer ..all of them refused for the same and ask me to go and do whatever you like..i request your goodself to look into the matter and justify my problem and too much harrasment which is given to me..thanking you...hoping for favourable action...

Today I got advertising call from airtel about bejan daruwala event. I cut the call immediately. Later I receivee a message from airtel saying "thank you for registering for bejan daruwala event. 15 rs. Has been reduced from your balance. Etc... " I had never registered for any event from airtel. When I called customer care they say that I registered for it. Without me doing so how can it happen? They have unregistered me now. But not given my 15 rs. Balance back..

Such event happened earlier too with hello tunes. I never asked for one. But a song was being played as a hello tune and regularly rs.30/month was being deducted. I found it difficult to get rid of this hello tune..

I am the owner of Airtel prepaid no. [protected].On 27 th of December 2017,
I had given Rs 1000/- to Mr Nitin Aneja, Owner of Prakash Telecom, D 2/17, Model Town, Delhi 110009 to recharge my phone.His contact no.s are [protected] and [protected].
I received a confirmation for recharge of Rs 500/- which was confirmed through SMS bearing trans ID no. [protected].
Another recharge of Rs 500/- was not received and I received the SMS, recharge unsuccessful bearing trans ID no. [protected].
On contacting Mr. Aneja I was told that he would not refund my Rs 500/- as his account had been debited Rs 500/- by Airtel.
I have complained to Airtel bearing reference no. 5379519 Dt 5/1/10 and also made Mr Aneja talk to Airtel's customer care executive but I have so far neither received the recharge nor the money refund.
I request Airtel to contact Mr Aneja and resolve the issue and save me from unnecessary harassment.
It would seem to me that a lot of money is being misappropriated from Airtel customers in this manner.

Last evening a message was appearing on the screen of the mobile: "Dial *138*2# for MCA. Then one of the child of our family saw that message and acted as aid and dialed no. at that time the balance was Rs. 30.11 in my account. But today in the morning when i saw the balance was Rs.14/-. I was surprised to see this. This is very wrong method of advertisement of company because there was not sufficient detail of cost etc. Many other times also i have suffered these type of situations.

I have prepaid mobile connection of Airtel cell no [protected], purchased during aug 09. Its 2nd time that i have to suffer a lot with the service of Airtel, firstly on the name of verification of documents for about 10 days, also ceized my amount of special call tarriff. Secondly on 17-10-09 when i received a message that u have been charged Rs 10 for renewal of Astrology scheme for next 10 days... this is totally foolish and cheating...why Airtel allow such scheme that automatically renew the scheme/whatever game etc when an innocent user doesnot apply for it. on the day of diwali my mobile showed -ve balance as Rs 10 was deducted from my account without my choice or permission.its very okward position for me...because of it i hardly recharge my mobile with huge amount...kindly take it seriously in the intrest of conumer and for the name and fame of Airtel...

this is a typical problem that Myself n my family members are facing while using mobile ph vide Airtel prepaid connection at our home in Santoshpur, Kolkata 75.

It is being observed that during and few hours after rainfall we are unable to make & receive calls from all the three Airtel lines at home or our local area. But as we get 3 - 4 km either direction from our locality we can easily make calls. The problem is faced on every occasion of rainfall this season (April - till date 2017). Also it is being observed that after sun comes out or the effect of rain has dried out we can make calls as normal.

I have logged a complaint at the Airtel Customer Care & my docket no. is [protected] 1600 dated 18.08.07. But till now no remedial actions have been taken from Airtel.

This is disgusting and we are being insisted to change our mobile ph service provider in a short while from now on.

I month ago, I purchased two prepaid with life time validity connection [protected] and [protected]. Now after one month on [protected] company has barred incoming and outgoing call when i enquire about the same then they told me that your connection is permanently disconnected due to non usage.

And regarding [protected] yesterday company has barred outgoing and when i enquire about the same they told that your document are pending. I visited Airtel Relationship Centre to submit document by today they deny to accept my document and told me that both of your connection are permanently disconnected.

Now I hereby request you to help me in this regard.

I own a new connection of Airtel prepaid service for past 4 days in Ranchi. My mobile number is +[protected]. I have requested for GPRS activation for which the service provider is not responding. For the worst the charges for rental of Rs 249 was deducted from my account but no response in sending me the GPRS setting even after 24 hours was received.

When again contacted with CUSTOMER CARE, I found I have been barred from interacting with the customer care executive. Possibly, Mr Sanjay, the Customer care executive with whom I have talked last time have effected this nuisense. I am this facing problem though I am paying for such kind of worst service. Hope this sorts out immediately and action may be taken for such miscreants or else I have to switch over some other service providers and also recommend my friends/persons aquinted with me regarding the kind of service provided by the company.

I have airtel prepaid life-time mobile connection. I call to customer care(121) before recharging by phone for full talk-time. One of the customer care executive says its is for Rs.225. I ask them twice, is it Rs.225. He replied yes. So, I recharge my phone. But it was for full talk-time for ISDN dedicated balance. They did not tell me this thing, and I again call to customer care, some says you will get your amount back to local balance.In this way they pass 5 - 6 days . Now, they are saying, that you haven't call to customer care before recharging your phone and speaking rudely..
So, now I am very dis-appointed with customer care.

i am an aitel user havin a prepaid connection by the number [protected].

which was taken up barely a month ago.yesterdaynight i recieved a message
from
an airtel number 53211 statin that a caller tune has been activated on my
number under an yearly plan and i have been charged 15 rs/- for it.wherein
i
didnot activate any caller tune on my number. on callin up the customer
care
office the caller tune was deactivated but my balance wasn't retrieved.

again after mid night i checked my balance which was 311.somethin some
while
ago and then reduced to 111.somethin. 200 rs/- were deducted from my
account
without any usage from my side.

i would hereby request you to please look into the matter and retrieve my
balance. if such carelesness would continue from your side then i am sorry
to
inform you that i would like to switch over to some other connection.

also i would like to inform you that your customer care operators are very
unprofessional in their approach. they have no interest in listening to our

problems and helpin us. they disconnect the calls just within a few seconds
and
one has 2 al over go through the same process of gettin connected to the
customer care which is very teadious n tiresome.

expecting some immidiate action from you.

I have purchase a mobile connection from Airtel on 14/10/2017 and submitted my ID proof at the time of purchage, Now my Connection is disconnected without prior information, when I touch to Customer Care centre they requested to submit ID proof again, I done same and Submitted My ID Proof to Airtel Office on M.G.Road Allahabad, UP East. Still my connection is not connected so far

Hi Airtel,

I have taken the new Airtel connection at June end in Airtel showroom- Konappana agrahara, Electronics city, Bangalore-100. I have given my photo proof and local address proof also to Baskar-[protected]

I got a call from customer care to verify my address proof after 15 days and cleared the verification.

But after 1 month, the sim was dis-connected stating that "The sim was not used for 1 month" and deactivated by connection.

But I was using regularly the sim and had a account balance more than Rs:200.

I went to my hometown for 3 days and when I put the sim back, I got the sim registration failed message.

I called to customer care and each one gave different reasons for the deactivation. But as per one guy, I filled the new form and provided all the proofs again to the same Airtel showroom 3 weeks back.

As per the shop, they said they will be activating in 48 working hours and I have been asking them about the activation for nearly a month. But finally they said the sim is totally closed/rejected and advicing to get a new connection.

I was totally frustrated with this, even I have provided all the documents twice and wasted almost 2 months.

I request you to provide a solution for this and I need a solid re-imbursement for all my efforts.

Now I am using a new Airtel connection: [protected]

i have an airtel prepaid card(+[protected]) as i was aborad for some work before going i have recharge my card with 295-INR when i come back from abroad i saw that my money have been deducted an the accout was in -18.56 paise. after that i spoke 2 coustmer care executive an my call was transfer 2 TL-neeta on 12/9/2017 between 10.30 to 11 pm. an she hav assured me that my problem will be solve within 48 hrs. an told to recharge again and when i recharge again my money was deducted so on 14/9/2017 at 11.30 i had call bake to coustmer care center 121 on that CCE Mr.Parikh Desouza spoke in very nuisance language and than dissconneted my call than again i had call some of CCE Mr.Sandesh at the same time between 11.30 to 11:55pm also here my couary and than even he was speakin very bad tone like making a fun of coustmer in that tone than i spoke Mr.Mangesh Jaswal S.TL from Airtel andi have told him all wat had happen with me about the CCE who miss behaved with me and about my simcard problema and he have given me my compliant number-[protected].and assure me my problem will be solve till 17th. Mr Jaswal was very gental an polite man but where u will havea CCE who speak Nuisance with coustmer than its a bad word for Bharti Repo. and its adriect challenge to the company policy so no use of keep so big name with a policy so i request You people who go with the compliant and just think the poor people who trust you an purchase your card and disspointed with ur CCE an your service so my friend no matter about money we give Zakat every year so we have to think the same we give to airtel so plzz i request dont put your big name spoil because of some people an if anything wrong or hurted to someone i am sorry...

I agree completely to the ccomplaint as I am also the victim of the airtel customer care nuisance. I have purchased an airtel sim about 15 days back with a view to get GPRS activated for Internet use on tours. But I am very sorry to say that it has not been activated till date and on the other hand they have barred my mobile no [protected] from interaction with the customer care. Hence I feel cheated as the company local agent has sold the sim to me in Rs 300.00.

my No is [protected] from Shirpur, dhule Dist, under Nasik Airtel branch, I am working in Shirpur MPSTME, NMIMS University(Mumbai), at Shirpur campus. I have Purchased Airtel Sim one and half months ago, I have sumbimtted My Voters id and address proof, with a Number for Identification. since 15 days my number is deactivated because varification failed. again I went to dealer and gave my documents and my co-worker no for identification number.
but, why is it so taking so many days, after giving the documents also it is not getting varified i t should be immediately activated.
every time I call the dealer he says it is under process, plz look into the matter seriouly

Hai friend they dont care if u continue or discontinue their service being used by u. its a day to day fact people switch connections. What counts is that they must be awair of the reason upto their higher level management. U may either send mails until u get a solution or file a consumer suit against them that makes a some news to the market, to other fellow citizens to be aware...

This is hitech stealing/robbery - what do u think?

My Friend This one kind of cheating stealing money from customers not only you almost every user of airtel prepaid mobile are cheated by this service i too victim of this even 2 days back i have charged for 30 rs without any reason, i was complaining to 121 cc but they are replieng very cleverly, now we all should boycot this blody airtel, i am seeking for consumer court help i have decided not leave them, be aware of AIRTEL... now first you have to unsubscribe it, call 121 and ask them, or type this YUNSUB and send it to 58243 you will be charged 3RS.

We must flush mail to these official ids to get a responce : ccare@airtelindia.com, aji.shankar@bharti.com, coo'soffice.kerala@bharti.com

We should not let them enjoy with our stolen money...

i buy this connection in noida, i submit the all document the shop.then my connection is cut the 20-3-08, then again i am submit the all document the date 27-3-08.
then why my number is not activead to til date.
please activaed the my number - [protected] as soon as possible.i have phase the many probleam,
so please permanent actived the my mubile number.

I m using prepaid airtel connection from one year. My no is [protected]. I have sony ericsson k550i handset.
currently i m in hisar (Subhash Nagar near ashirwaad academic). I have taken GPRs connection and paying 300 /- per month. now days i m facing problem of net. Not able to access net in my area but it is running well in all other areas well. I have complained twice in air tel care..but still not get any response from there and getting the same problem. I m really very much disappointed with this. They say that mam ur prblm will be solved in 3 days..but today is 8th day when i m facing the same problem.and my whole work is pending. Please do something as soon as possible.

I have taken the lifetime prepaid connection on 5th Sept.,2017.But just a week ago my has been disconnected.Before disconnection I got three massages,mentioning about to submit my all necessary documents. Now I have submitted all documents on 24th Nov.,but till now I am disconnected.My Mobile No. is [protected]

I am waiting for connection.

N:B:- NO INCOMING AND OUTGOING, NO NETWORK SHOWS, "NO NETWORK COVERAGE" WHEN WANT TO CALL.

My colleague have got SMS about e-recharge of Rs. 256/- & get full talk time but it was totally fake msg. because i got only Rs. 125/- when i asked about this problem to CCE, they told me it's a out of Mumbai network, so I can't help you.

Whats the customer care number problem? I have 1000 time call to customer care number but not response to me. My problem is my balance is 57 rupees. 30 rupees deduct in my balance. The reason is your Airtel sms is coming for hallo tune activate. But I am not activated this thing. So,why your company deduct my 30 rupees.

I have got an SMS informing about my Airtel Prepaid Enrollment Form being rejected because of missing address proof. But I have submitted my address proof as the copy of latest Electric bill. Why is it so ? Please look into the matter.

I have submitted necessary required documents at Airtel showroom twice. Even though yet now they have not activate my prepaid account, but they have activated my account once then once again they have barred my incoming calls. There is no proper answer from Customer executives. Since last one they have barred my Incoming Calls now outgoing also.

This is a very serious problem where a Genuine user gets affected badly. Even after submitting all required documents with the dealer from whom one have taken the connection, Customer bears the brunt for no fault of his own.

Atleast there should be some convenient method for sorting this problem. A Fax no at Airtel can solve problem with lot of customers. But who knows if there is actually a system at AIRTEL to take care of its customers.
