Airtel Mobile / difficulties at web world

I had gone to airtel web at sv rd, goregaon west,i had to go there 4 times for cancellation of the no. and wasted 20-25 minutes every time. 4th time they said this is puna no. and may b u have to go to puna for the cancellation or book complaint on customer care no. The air tel no. i want to cancel was owned by my son when he was working at Poona, now he has left country for further studies to UAS, the web people had no info as to how to cancel as i do not have the no. this is ridicule's........Ajay Mehta

    air tel mobile - Poor Services/ Unnecessary charges raised

    I m sorry to write up the mail like this but i am disappointed with the behaviour of your customer care executives and the services of airtel now.
    Dear officer/ concerned manager airtel consumer services,
    I never requested or opt for the GPRS services but you have charged rs. 499 against the same in my last bill.

    I complained for the same and to waive off that charges several time on 121 but in vein...!
    I dont want these charges without even my consent...and there is no one to attend customer frustated by the services in your deptt.

    However i dont want this connection anymore..
    Send somebody to collect whole charges from me and my signature to get this conection disconnect.
