Airtel Landline Services / dead phone since 3 days no escalations and call back

I have a dead phone since last 3 days and no one from customer service is ready to let me speak with area service manager. Customer service department claim it is sales issue and direct call there.

I have a simple request to talk to a senior service person as I see no resolution of this story...

Also, received some false commitments as to phone has started working ok a day later but no resolution and is still lying dead.
