[Resolved] Airtel Dth Tv / faulty dvr set top box replaced which does not record

My airtel dth consumer number is [protected]-001.
My old airtel dvr set top box was not working properly as it was restarting every 5 min, so it was replace with new dvr set top box.
But new set top box does not record after pressing record button, just gives error "sorry you cant record this program. "
And customer care does not take complaint. They want error code to take complaint.
But I just get error message that "sorry you cant record this program. " and no error code.
Worst service by airtel dth.
Also this new set top box is not updating its software version and has old software version of 2011.

    Customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the complainant have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and it's services are concerned.
