I purchased an airsoft gun from airsoftmegastore.com for my sons birthday and ammo. It was not functional when it was taken out and I immediately notified airsoftmegastore.com and they said the purchase is as is and they aren’t responsible if they sale me a gun that doesn’t work.

My younger son with disabilities saw it sitting in the box and asked if he could use it and I had to tell him how I spent $150 on a airsoft gun that didn’t work and I was stock even with the ammo that is just sitting in the box.

I sent more emails to airsoftmegastore.com and they asked for the receipts and even after sending what they asked they did nothing and just didn’t reply after 6 emails. As a Captain in law enforcement it seems like fraud to sale things that don’t work. They knew it didn’t work and didn’t care. People should know not to buy from this company that is just a internet company not concerned about customers after they have their money. I have asked 10 times on email to stop sending me adds to my email and they still continue to harass me with their sales adds

Even though I know what a terrible company they are. I ask for others to contact me so we can notify each state attorney general to stop the sales and this company for letting down customers and taking their money for products that don’t work and they don’t care. I sent the receipts they requested and they just refused to respond and will do nothing.

I have the emails where they knew it didn’t work right out of the box.

12/11/15 - Sent to Airsoft

We purchased an air soft gun, CYMA AK47-S Full Metal Gearbox AEG Rifle w/ Tactical Folding Stock. We charged the battery overnight per the instructions. The battery was installed in the gun and used for approximately 15 minutes. The gun then ceased to function. We thought it was a battery problem. The battery was removed from the gun and placed on the smart charger that we also purchased, intellect Micro Controlled Universal Smart Charger w/ Intelli-IC2 Chip. After 30 minutes that smart charger showed a full charge on the battery. We put battery back into the gun and the gun did not work. I returned battery to regular charger and tried charging it for 4-5 hours. I then placed it on the smart charger. The smart charger showed a full charge. I put battery back in gun and tried it again. The gun still does not work.

Please review the second sentence of your email. To date your customer service has been extremely poor. I received the email below on 12/11/15 notifying me of a ticket number but since then have received zero correspondence from Air Soft.

My son still has a new air soft gun that worked for about 5 minutes and now no longer works. Please advise immediately as to how you plan to resolve the situation.

Please note your customer service is beyond horrible. I have been waiting for over a month to be contacted by one of your customer service reps to resolve the issue with my son's broken airsoft gun. Ticket # [protected]. For a company that supposedly strives to provide the best customer service you seem to have NO interest in resolving this issue. I would like to hear from one of your representatives within the next 24 hours if I do not rest assured I will be posting my issue with your product all over social media (every site I can find the deals with airsoft guns) and your lack of interest in dealing with problem. I have no interest in receiving an apology. What I need is a resolution of the issue. My 11 yr old son spent over $100.00 of his own money on a defective item.

I bought a gun from this company for my grandson's Christmas. He used it the next day and it broke! When I looked online about this company, I found the many complaints about their return policy and how they always said the problem was using low quality BBs. After paying for the return, which by the way don't use their company it is more expensive than the Post office, it took 6 weeks to hear that they found the problem was because of low quality BBs. What makes be angry is that he ONLY USED THE BBs THAT CAME WITH THE GUN! Don't ever buy from this company, they have made a grandson's Christmas excitement turn into a nightmare.

I had ordered a part from this store, when it came, it was damaged. I called them up to replace it, but they only wanted to deal in email. I then proceeded to send the emails, but they wanted me to pay for shipping back to them. When I received the product, that weighs about 3-5 pounds, it was wrapped in basically paper. You would think they would put this in a box or something. When I opened the packaging, it looked as if someone had tried to fix it, and it was already damaged. I asked them about this, and they said it was the manufacturers fault. They should have never shipped this thing to me in the first place, especially the condition that it was in. I do not trust these people, and will be taking all of my airsoft business elsewhere. I am now currently dealing with paypal to get my money back. They had originally screwed this up and wanted me to pay for their mistake. Bunch of idiots.

Today I brought a brand new JG Bar-10 right when I press the place order button it said my order was invalided. When I checked to see my bank account I see that I lost $151.41 dollars.This was bull$h1T what happen now I will give up on AirsoftMegastore and go to a more professional website. Now this website put tons of more stress on my life. I worked awhile to make that money. If I dont get it back in a few days or get my item somebody won't be to happy.
