AirRattle These guys are criminals, stay away from them

We bought a new airsoft gun for our nephew from www.airrattle.com he opened it Christmas day and it broke after 15 shots. After we looked at the gun closer we realized it was a used gun. airrattles website doesn't have an address or phone number listed. They responded to our e-mail 2 days after we contacted them with the "72 hours after purchase sales are final no refund" These guys are criminals stay away from them.

Hi, this is airrattle.com

This buyer contact us last week 8 months out of return policy. Our phone number is on our contact us page and our email address is on 8 different pages including contact us, about us, returns& policies, ect. There is no retailer that takes a return on a airsoft product 8 months later. Look this guy is upset we get it, but I think everyone with us on this one. You break it try to force it back on us to pay for you mistakes. We will work with a problem a month out of warranty no problem, come on his post of complaint is 8 months latter just like his problem but he is trying to pretend it took him eight months to write a complaint, come on pal people are smarter than that.

I am sure he will try some rebuttal to this as he is just one of the people.

AirRattle Charged the battery as instructed, but it did not work out of the box

Bought an Air Soft gun from them for $140. Charged the battery as instructed, but it did not work out of the box. E-mailed them the day after receiving the defective gun/battery, it took them 8 days to respond as follows, "I do apologize but the battery and charger that is provided with the guns are not covered by warranty/return". Convenient that it took 8 days to respond when their return policy is to return within 7 days." DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

AirRattle Stay away from these guys

I made my order and went to pay there paying online system messed up and they keep the money from paypal called the next day the lady said she cant see if it went throw but she dont think it did and got rude with so i had to call paypal and get the paypal guy to call them and the lady acted dumb and said she will send a fax torefund my money but she still has not and i may haft to wait 5 days to get it back... ill post more soon..

The buyer in question never paid for the order. The above buyer was unable to fill out their own address correctly so their credit card company denied the charge. They tried several times. The card company held the funds for 7 days we did not receive a valid order or payment. We tried to help the buyer by calling their card company at their request to have the funds released earlier.

AirRattle Don't give them your money

Along with other reviewers, I bought a air soft gun for my son for Christmas 2011. This was his main gift, and the gift that he wanted most. He used the gun 2 times before the power quit working. We emailed Airrattle on December 29th and they immediately started giving suggestions on how WE could fix the gun. At this point, we had not read any reviews and trusted they were just trying to help us. They finally gave us the same option they gave other reviewers 1 - return it and they will look through it to determine if we did something wrong (basically stating that there is no way they will issue a refund because they will find that we damaged the gun) or 2 - buy another gun for extra parts at cost (which happened to be $20 less than what I paid for it. They only respond to e-mails about every 3 days and there is no way to reach them by phone either. There is also no option to leave a message. After I started to realize this site might be a problem, I started looking and found many, many negative reviews and most of the people have very similar problems that I have. This is obviously the normal way that this company does business. I have filed a complaint with the BBB in OH. This site had 33 complaints against them through the BBB in OH in the last 12 months! I have disputed the charge on my card and hope the transaction is reversed. In the mean time, my son has no use of his Christmas gift, and I am out $153.00! DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE AND DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY! IF YOU HAVE TO SPEND MORE MONEY AND MAKE SURE YOU ARE DEALING WITH A REPUTABLE SITE, I WISH I HAD!

AirRattle They truly are crooks and should absolutely be shut down!

I ordered several items for my son for Christmas 2011. They arrived in damaged packaging. I assumed that someone at Airrattle had not taken the care to use bubble wrap and that they were damaged in transit. Having read of others' experiences, I now question whether they were already damaged items when they were placed in the envelope and shipped to me. When I contacted them I was told, days later, that they needed me to send pictures of the damaged items. I let them know that I saw this as very unprofessional, but I did so. Days later after I contacted them again, I was told they would send a prepaid shipping label so that I could return the items and that they would "inspect" them and send new items. I never received the label. I contacted them AGAIN and was told this time that I had 2 options: 1. Return the items at my own expense, with no guarantee that they would send me new items (but I have only 72 hours to do this) or 2. Buy the same items from them again and use the first as "spare parts". WHAT? These items shouldn't require "spare parts". The other issue was that upon closer inspection the batteries in the scope were corroded. I wish that I had read others' reviews of this company before I ordered. I will report them to the BBB and will tell everyone I know that this is a company to be avoided. Now that I have learned of others' experiences, I realize that they truly are crooks and should absolutely be shut down!

AirRattle If you're reading this to decide whether to buy something from them, run

I purchased an AK-47 airsoft gun as a Christmas gift. When it was opened, it stopped working immediately on Christmas morning. I emailed airrattle support immediately on the first business day after Christmas, and heard nothing back. I emailed another 2 times, and called on several occasion. When I call, I can't leave a message or speak to a human, all I get is a message saying to email customer support, which I did and I haven't heard back! In the meantime, the dates are getting further away from the day I bought it. I paid a $#@%-load for shipping and I think it's pretty hopeless that I'll get a replacement for the gun they sent me. The boy who got this for Christmas is very disappointed and has no working gun that he got as a gift.

This site sucks- if you're reading this to decide whether to buy something from them, RUN- STAY AWAY from this website!

AirRattle They are unethical and should be avoided

I ordered and received an AK-47 rifle which I had a week before even opening the box, it was a Christmas present and I gave it early to my son. Well, the stock folding mechanism was broke right out of the box, the gun was not even fired. I sent e-mails asking for help I suggested shipping another which I would pay for and then get a refund later for the broken unit. I explained that this was my sons Christmas present and that he was very upset and please help me out here replacing it. After several days, I have not received a response. Their web site states that "e-mails received on the weekend will be responded to first thing Monday Morning", obviously not true.

I ended up purchasing another rifle from another web site who shipped immediately. I will keep the defective unit and won't bother wasting my time on these thieves. It's hard to believe they can stay in business with the way they treat customers. Needless to say, they have received the last dollar they will ever get from me.

I hope that this post is read and taken serious by anyone thinking about purchasing from airrattle. They are unethical and should be avoided.

We are very sorry but the fedex damage claim process takes 7-10 days and the buyer want a new gun immediately with out even returning the product. We are sorry but if we did that we would get ripped off left and right. Her request was very unreasonable. If we refund a buyer before they return it that they could just keep their gun and the refund. Seriously what to stop them, and who is to say there is eve a real problem. This is why no online retailer in the world can issue a refund until the product is returned.

AirRattle This company is bull $#*!, do not buy from them ever

I ordered a scar from this website (300 $ gun!) and it broke right when I got it. Guess what happened? The trigger just broke off. I went through about 5 weeks of emailing them (or some socalled person named Amber) and finally got a replacement. It broke also. I was like wtf man. I tore it down to check out the inside. The whole gearbox is coated in elephant snot, there was a bullet jammed in the spring (did I even ever use .25 gram bullets with this gun?), a stripped gear, and the safety selector gear was broke. I am going to get the charge disputed and send it back. This company is bull $#*!, do not buy from them ever.

AirRattle These guys sent me defective merchandise

These guys sent me defective merchandise, so they sent me an RMA, then I get an email accusing me that I broke the material and they would not exchange it. Kind of funny how the product was not working out of the box. It is also real funny that they said I used a plastic clip to bend a metal gun. I am doing a chargeback after they sent me a nasty email and I reported them to the BBB.org.

Do your homework, these guys had many complaints at the bbb.org and the bbb rep told me they have opened an investigation at the attorney generals office on this company already. I guess this company has a lot of complaints at the Ohio Attorney Generals office and they are monitoring this company closely.

AirRattle Customer service is awful and I think the website is more of a scam than an actual business

I bought a Christmas gift from this website. Item did not work out of the box. Informed the company and they sent me a list of suggested steps to fix it (take gun apart, test the electricity with a volt meter, etc). All ridiculous since the gun was brand new and the suggestion was I basically rebuild it. Told them no and they suggested I buy another gun so I could use that and have back up parts. Told them no and they said return the gun (I have to pay for postage) and there'll determine if it is broken. I'm going to return it but fully expect they won't send anything back. I've already disputed the charge with my credit card company and expect that's the only way I'll get my money back but will be out the return postage. Customer service is awful and I think the website is more of a scam than an actual business.

Buyer returned their gun and we replaced it. Than we got a charge back in the mail so the buyer had to return the replacement gun to us costing him more money as he could not keep the refund and the product. Please if your working with a company than do not get all conspirator theorized up, we are here to help you and work with you. He got all upset for nothing, please understand airrattle.com number one priority is the customers satisfaction!

I bought a gun from them only had it a day and sold it but my little brother is wanting one but for some reason they declined my credit card I have the right amount of money on it so why would they decline it if you know please tell me because I want to get it b4 his birthday which is in about 2 weeks

I made a purchase from airrattle.com about three months ago for a airsoft aeg gun and it has been working great. It seems like their gun has more FPS than other airsoft guns I have purchased from other sites. I got my gun two days after I ordered it!! Amazing website and super friendly, they help me find the perfect airsoft gun and did not mind the huge annoying amount of emails i sent, Great job airrattle! Keep it UP!

AirRattle This company is unprofessional and untrustworthy

DO NOT ORDER FROM AIRRATTLE.COM. I purchased a birthday gift that I left in the original packaging until it was openend at the birthday party 2 weeks after I received it. The AK 47 electric airsoft gun would not work right out of the box. I notified the company within 24 hours of opening the package that there was a problem. I received a notice that I was outside the 72 hour return period. I received the same poorly written e-mail that I see other unsatisfied buyers have received re: the 72 hour policy. The company insisted that the gun's malfunction was due to buyer mishandling. All I did was open the package -there was no buyer misuse but they continued to blame me for the problem. The customer service was nothing more than a few unhelpful e-mails. "Technical support" was just as useless -with them suggesting that I start disassembling the gun to look for wiring problems. This is ridiculous with a new product. This company is unprofessional and untrustworthy. Buy your airsoft products elsewhere.

There good im a bit dissapoonted ive tried contacting them becuase i placed an order and i went to my acoount to track my order and i was gone there no info on my account i dont know if the order went through necuase i havent recieved a email please help airrattle ove never had rhis problem with you guys before

Taking apart the gun and seeing if there is something wrong inside is part of air soft troubleshooting and maintenance so that statement is actually very helpful.
Idea. Buy a few bone yard aegs (air soft electric guns) and practice taking apart and putting them back together and do try to listen the the professionals. Don't go ranting and raving on and on about it not working and a new wiring set is only $25.00 at http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?products_id=1633. I couldn't find any on air rattle and/or your battery wasn't charged .
Go air rattle! Good service guys on technical support.

This buyer was month over the return policy not weeks. They deiced to buy factory direct guns with no 30, 60, or 90 day warranties so we provided them with a free 3 day trail period (now 5 days!) the check for any problems or defects We asked the buyer to provide birth certificate to show there son's birthday and we would of course be happy to take their return. We understand a great many of our products are presents and have no problem making such exceptions to take care of our customers. The buyer just replied give us an RMA or else we will tell everyone one reviews not to buy from you. haha well - As you can see there was no such birthday as they falsely claimed, we tried to have them work with tech support but only ever replied rudely and with threats. We do not, like all good Americans, cower down to petty and childish threats. We wish we could have done more to make this buyer happy, but some people (few) but there out there will try to take advantage of you in every way possible and every company must have policy and guidelines to follow to prevent those people from ruining everything for all the good people out there. We hope you reading this will give airrattle.com a chance to provided you with the lowest prices and overwhelming good customer support.
