Airlines Ticket Refund of Air Ticket

Dear Team,

I Khaja Moinuddin booked an air ticket from your website on 7th April 2023, Due to a sudden health issue, I won't be able to board the flight.

I'm requesting you to please refund on the unused Airline Ticket as soon as possible.

I have never experienced this kind of things before, it is really very disappointing as there is NO REMINDER Email or message from your side prior to 24 hours Flight departure. Really it’s been very frustrating.

No reminder messages or emails prior departure, I was not well and was not in a situation to call your customer service or email bcoz i was not in an position to do that.

Hence i request you to Refund my money back.

Airlines Ticket Airline ticket

Hi,

On October 2022, I bought a ticket from online platform “Edream”. . I had pay total $790.09 to both Scoot and air Macao. This flight is fly from Singapore to Macao and then from Macao to Dalian. I need to transit through Macao. But after i bought the ticket few days later, I was told that I cannot transit through Macao as I holding a China passport and need to hanging there around 1 to 2 weeks then can transit through Macao. This is the government’s rules there at that being. But the Edream never mention it. So I cannot board the flight there and need to wait for 1 to 2 week , then can travel from Macao to Dalian. My ticket is fly from Singapore and arrived at Macao on 7/11/22 and need to take the flight on 8/11/22 from Macao to Dalian. So how can I do so as I need to stay at Macao for 1 to 2 weeks. After I knew it, I quickly request the refund from Edream. The refund process is take so long and very troublesome. I had been waiting for almost 3 months then only get back $239.84. This is not fair to me and after I waiting for so long , I still haven’t receive my full refund. This is online scam.I not satisfied with it . I need to report to file a complaint, hopefully you can help me to refund my money.

I bought ticket from airlinesticketvip. After the payment they are not responding me at all. Even though I tried to contact with them on their all phone number, email etc. No body responds me. I paid to them $729.16 through my debit card. Now I complain to the police of Malaysia regarding this matter.

Airlines Ticket airway ticket, I was charged and ticket is not issued

I have done the booking through that suspecious website, from Dubai UAE To DAVAO PHILIPPINES, after deducting the payments on two times as usual they never sent me the E-TICKET I sent dozens of communications but no feedback what so ever, eventually I have contacted the carrier, and they confirmed that a booking was submitted on the 1of May 2019 and cancelled by the next day itself once they received the second part of the payment, the joke is the air Carrier name showed in the bank statement as they received the first amount which is equal to 305 $, now after I found a whole world of copmlaints about that website how come they still operating and where is the consume rights, why and how no one shut them down until now, but finally to who should we complain to rectify this and submit legal claims against this unevirsal scammer

Airlines Ticket refund processing for 9 months and still not yet refunded

I am Rouie An Evangelista from Philippines. I booked a flight from Manila to Osamiz last January 12. I confidently booked the knowing that i can still cancel and get a full refund if i will have a cancellation within 12hrs from the time of my flight confirmation from your company, as per your website. Unfortunately, due to personal and work related reasons, i can go on with my flight. It was only 8hrs ago when i cancelled the booking. I have been talking thru emails to your staffs with the names of Jodie Poly, Kidson Mohamed and Christine Ng. The 2 didn't respond at all. Ms. Ng should be emailed a thousand times before replying and she always send me the same email over and over again that my refund ia under processing and i should KINDLY wait. It's already September and i still didn't have my refund. Does it make any sense? I have been waiting for 9months! I already emailed many times to your customer's support and complaint team but didn't reply at all. Please do something about my refund, i really need the money. Airlines Ticket purchased ticket by paying 50%

In October 2017, I booked Air India ticket and paid 50%. When the website asked me to pay balance 50% to issue the ticket, then I found the total fare is more than the air line fare. Immediately I wrote mail to customer care, complaint cell and other addressees. Next day I received mail that the amount would be refunded within 90 days. I awaited for 90 days and again I wrote mail to them. Now they said it is under process and may take another 30 days to refund. This agency is absolutely fraudulent and operated by all mischievous people does not possess any moral responsibility.
My humble request to all air travelers, please do not book ticket with this agency, they just pocket your hard earned money and make all false promises but never refund at all.

Airlines Ticket refund for my ticket booked online

I paid (1361.22 USD) a round trip ticket for two (2) from Abu Dhabi to Manila last October 10, 2017 at 11:05 pm. Booking # [protected]. According to their promotion, we can avail a cheap ticket, but we found out later that another payment had to be made with a grand total more expensive compared to the regular price from the Gulf Air company itself.
With this we immediately decided to have our money back (refund) just few minutes we paid through my Master Credit Card.
Ms. Jury Gomez emailed back to us (Jury. [protected]@flightsticketcorp.com) and called us to reconsider our decision, but our decision is final and we want our refund. After so many calls and exchanged emails, Ms. Jury emailed last October 17, 2017 and promise that "the refund is under processed and we can receive the money back after 60 days". It is already more than 60 days.
Just recently (January 3, 2018) Ms. Jury is not responding to our follow-up email anymore. We are planning to bring this matter to the Australian Embassy here in Abu Dhabi and seek assistance to the Complain Board of United Arab Emirates.
But prior to this we need also your advice first on how we can get our refund as soon as possible.

Airlines Ticket air ticket

I booked a ticket for a trip to India and later realized their system, i asked them for a refund within 24 hours which as per the terms and conditions should have been fully refunded. I was told to wait 60 working days, at present i have waited for 120 days and have had no response from them. Even though i was assured of my refunds, no action has been taken yet. I would recommend everyone to stay away from the company as they show no professionalism while dealing with consumers.

Airlines Ticket booking tickets

After paying $544usd for what i thought were cggeap flights i then was ask to pay the other 50% to get the ticket, ikonj refyysed as was falsely advertised, i demanded a refund, to be told 30 - 60 days, it's been 90, and nothing. This company is all about stealing your money. They have no intention of refunding, and i would bet if i had paid the other half, i still would not have a ticket. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM!

Airlines Ticket online flights at "lower" cost

This company is very devious in the way they advertise their flights.

1) They show the price for 1/2 the ticket AND NOT the whole return flight.

2) I booked and paid for a return ticket with them from South Africa to Spain on British Airways. Due to my son NOT getting the visa, I cancelled the flight. I was informed that there would be a charge of 499 USD for cancellation and the balance refunded in 4 to 6 weeks.

After 6 weeks I contacted them for the refund and I was told it will take a little bit longer. Today (10 weeks later) I am told there is NO REFUND.

As a South African this is a huge financial loss for me and I have just donated more than 2 000 USD for a flight that we did not take. The return date is 18 June 2018 and this cancellation is way in advance.

I feel that someone is "stealing" the money.

This company is also very difficult to contact.

Airlines Ticket cheap flights

This company is scam, please stay away from it. They are advertising their services through trusted travel aggregators like Expedia.com using their sponsored links. This is is obviously very clever move from their side because people generally trust Expedia and assume that everything they see on their web page is safe.

The mechanics of the fraud is the following:

Victim navigates to one of the sponsored links attracted by offer of cheap flights available from his or her region
The fraudulent site is presenting itself as an aggregator of cheap flight or it can be also mimicking the official or partner web site of a legit airline. To make the fraud look plausible it may display a lot of international support lines and 24x7 support (none of this is true and all these support lines are not working no matter when you call them). They can also state that that they have full refund policy during 24 hours, which is also not true.
The site is advertising extremely low fares (say $150 for travelling from Dubai to Thailand). Once the victim start the booking process, the site will collect sensitive information about the victim – name, DOB, passport number etc etc.
At the time of booking and payment the victim will be presented higher fares. It is explained by additional airline commissions, airport commissions and other reasons, which seem possible and legit. Usually this does not stop the victim from making payment because the initial rates are very low and the deal still makes sense. At this stage the fraudsters receive credit card details of the victim.
Upon completion of the payment, the victim receives the an e-mail, which states that the payment is confirmed and booking has been made however no e-tickets are issued yet. The following e-mail, which comes 5-10 minutes later, states that e-tickets are still not issued because there is a 2-phase payment process where the first payment made by victim is only 55% of the total price and the remaining 45% are to be paid to get the e-tickets issued. At this stage the deal is already not good for the victim because the total comes higher than the direct purchase from the legit airline.
If the victim pays the remaining amount because it will be afraid to loose the first payment then there is still no guarantee that e-tickets will be issued. Even if it were at this stage the fraudster are already making profit. However in most cases the e-tickets are not issued even after the second payment because “airlines have changed conditions last minute”, “high demand on this flight” and so on. So this cycle of payments will continue until the victim realises that he or she is being cheated.

While searching for cheap online flight tickets reservation i found the site, they declare relatively cheaper prices, after you pay online by credit or debit card they tell you that what you paid is only 55 % of tickets price and you have to pay the rest in order to get the ticket, I asked for refund after reading their policies about complete refund if the customer misunderstood the process and the 100 % money back guarantee, they start to delay answering your emails and then push you to complete the reservation and that the airlines will apply cancellation fees 250 - 350US dollars per passenger ( against what is found in their own policy on website) all phone lines don't work ( although claiming that they work 24/7, when I contacted with airlines I found no tickets reserved at all for my name which means that they are taking money for themselves not for airlines at all . They stopped answering my emails and they told me returning the rest of the money after taking the cancellation fees will take 90-100 days .. till now no money is back to my bank account. I want to know if anyone has experience with them

Airlines Ticket I am complaining about the scam business of selling airline tickets

Sept. 26, 2017: Saw the cheap airline ticket their search engine provided and decided to book it. I got an email saying that it was not an e-ticket but only an notification. I called and someone answered the phone right away just saying "Hello" like calling someone at home and I had to ask to see if this was Airline Ticket Corp. I asked about the ticket and he said someone will send me an email within 30 min. I asked if this was Thailand and he said no and hang up. Now the email they sent said I have to now pay for the second part which was that tickets to access the E-ticket. The price was much more than expected or what I have seen on other flight search. Come to realization that the first charge was paying for their business. Big Scam. I immediately called the same number back and no one is there to answer. I called the refund phone number and no one is answering. I called the country designated number and on one was there to answer. This is a scam.

Airlines Ticket over price product & over attitude operator

Absolutely right, i'm one of the victim and much more are coming up, staff was cut off the phone line right away she finished her sentences and shown their behaviour impolite, irresponsibility, unprofessional, unhelpful, unreasonable and unacceptable. Truly disaster to handle my case, definitely to inform friends and family around as much as possible to ban this website forever. Totally cheating by promising that booking first 12 hours are fully refund which is fully fool us, being questioned in provoked tone from the relationship manager and forcing applied cancellation fee on bill. Communication was disgusted me very well, never meet a person who upset you this much? Welcome to meet the team and you will have an amazing and unbelievable bad mood level, the incredibly worst experienced that I ever had, damned!

I totally agree with you, they are cheaters not only of this trap of two payment steps, but also, they are charging double for any operation like changing date and so on... they are also has a very bad customer services which takes days to just respond. I totally discourage any person to deal with them

Just early afternoon today I did my booking from Dubai -Phillippines . The price was so great and reasonable thats why i booked my ticket immediately with no hesitation at all. What happened when i booked its showing the price was 361$ for me it was a great price after i paid through my card and checked my email for booking details its shows that the amount i pay its only for hold ticket not the final one, i need to pay again 303$ for the complete payment to get my E ticket. So i am thinking its a scam. I was upset i called these number to ask for cancellation or refund but, no one respond . they just send me email from the name me is VIcky NG Manager.I asked my brother to call in Australia and my cousin from Singapore just to check if this site legit. Same when they called no one answer and they just cancelled the call. And i dont receive any reply from them when i asked to cancelled it and refund.

Airlines Ticket online ticket

HI
i had book the ticket while they were showing its only $48
but when i paid it is 291$
they charge me in 1st step 55%
and i request to refund in next 2 minuts
and call their help lines
email them
but until now i didnt get any single email from them
i dont know about refund how they are going to do.
now their refund number is not answering too.

I am in same situation, i cancelled my booking within 2 minutes, i called them but no reply from them. I think this website is scam . Be aware all customer. We should report to australian police. I will get my friends in australia to get police reported.

I have booked one airline ticket with below-mentioned travel booking agency, https://www.airlinesticketcorp.com which is based in Australia, And unfortunately I can't travel because of some personal problem a, and I have to requested them to cancel my booking, because of the second step, I didn't complete, but they saying they can't refund my amount,
