When I try to contact them to do the refund. They are very hard to contact.

Provided wrong information on the ticketing prices and did not provide a refund when requested. In turn, the customer is abused over emails. Phone calls are not responded.

Airlines Ticket Corporation or airlineticketgo.com is a scam and apparently not very bright. I booked my flight for 29th December never got the ticket, an [censor] name Kidson sent me an email that they will reimburse the full amount within 5 to 7 days but i didn't believe it and reported them right away to every government or private agency I could find..Even most airlines now know about them, my bank made several attempts to contact them to resolve this as a payment dispute but there is no one to be contacted..the case is now being treated as a CYBERCRIME. The website has been shut down as you can see if you try visiting...if anyone else who has been a victim, please JOIN me to sue these people, to either have them jailed or fined significantly..

It appears that they may have changed their name to "FlightsTicketGo". While these Individuals are thinking to get away with their SCAM, I am thinking of opening a Website similar to their name except with an extra character. If the Website is opened, the first thing it would say is not to use the services of these SCAMMERS. I lost 249.00 dollars. but the money invested to STOP these Scammers will be worth it.

Same experience here. I kept email the company using the these email addresses Kristine Atanasijevic and Ng Harold . They agreed to refund the amount of USD 527.00 and asked me to wait for 50-60 days. The time they stated already past but no refund was made. I asked my bank to launch a dispute claim with my credit card company. I recommend to stay clear from this company.

Total scam.. They took the money and I have sent a request for a refund just minutes after placing the order due to cancelling my trip and all they do was to try and get the rest of the money!
All their telephones are fake and no one will answer it!
They pushed the refund and told me it will be processed after 60 days.. Just to gain time to make it impossible to get it back even through bank complain!
Now it has been 90 days and still no response!
I will spread the work and I have tens of thousands of contacts through social media...

100 % SCAM, we are common innocent people,
when we are buying tickets we mostly are emotional when we see cheap fare, we go for it without checking more detail deeply.
these scammers are legit ticket provider but they abuse us with false information and misleading information.
I got the ticket paying 60% extra price compare to skyscanner.com, SKYSCANNER is 100% legit site
First I bought ticket on 1052$ later I was ended up paying $831 more.

I WILL REPORT THIS WEBSITE IN SEC PHILIPPINES AND ALSO IN MAS SINGAPORE SO THAT THEY WILL BLOCK THIS WEBSITE IN THE COUNTRY.

Never ever use this site for booking tickets. they are the number one frauds, showing only the half price of the ticket while booking and once the payment done what is showing on their web then only they inform us to pay the balance half amount to issue the ticket. i lost my money for booking from DXB to COK

book 4 tickets via Airlines Ticket Corporation. The 2 tier payment system is far more expensive than booking from the airline direct. When write in for refund, give you other offers. Decided not to take up, informed cancel. The cancellation charge not mention via the websote, in the email is unacceptable. The date of the flight is over, ask them when refund. Told you that air ticket hold by air line company. Can anyone advise how to deal with this company?

i miss understand and paid the full payment because they said if cancel need to charge with fee, but when i booked there is show free cancel within 24 hours.is ok, nevermind and i paid the full payment bought a expensive ticket.but when i check in the counter the airline worker told me, this transit in china need a visa.how come transit need a visa?they said the agent should told me, is ok..nevermind, the airline said can refund full payment because i booked a business class ticket .airline worker inform me to take back the money with this agent, when i email the to the narcia jeanne, she said need charge usd800 for cancel, and i also don't feel want to argue anymore.i just want take back the left money, because i paid around 2000usd. in the end they reject to refund for me..i never book a ticket with this kind of such airline, OMG..they just want cheat people money.

We just had the same experience as everyone else, everyone should post on twitter #airlinesticketcorp #flightticketscammers, same on instagram, facebook etc, at least this may save some other unfortunates from being scammed. I had a very bad experience with this website. It is very tricky and dangerous website. In search of cheap fare I ended up paying the expensive fare ever. The website showed fares starting below USD100 which you know is not possible. I started booking and ended with USD263.20 for COK-AUH. That was fair actually it meets average peak fare but the real surprise was when I started paying. I filled up the card details and payment successful but it cut USD306.47 instead of USD269.20 which I took it as service charges but the real shock was still to come. Once the payment was successful the system said that it is only 55% of the total cost for hold ticket and must pay another USD 250.74 making the total cost USD557.21. At this cost u can book a ticket to any US cities from Dubai. Socked at this deveopment, I tried to cancel but they said it is up to the airline to decide the amount of cancellation fee and will take 50-60 days for a refund. With no hope of solving the issue I decided to pay another USD250.74 and got the ticket. Does anyone had such experience before? Please share. What are the legal formalities one can pursue on such occasions. Kindly assist. My mail id : chhaya99999@yahoo.com. May be this post will not be posted as it will give the negative image for the tricky website but still let at least one guy read the story before they remove it.

These cuntzz scammed me the same way as you guys. I booked for my wife's ticket costing around 547USD after the inital 296USD ticket cost!
What I did?

I informed directly my bank and told them to close my credit card. The lady told me that they will hold the amount if unclaimed within 10 banking days from the scammer. If ever that in 10days time, the scammers withdrawn my money, that's the time that I will file a complaint.
In this complaint, my bank will be after their bank for the amount scammed from me (30 - 100days).
I really do hope that this will stop. As our hard earned money we are not just picking it up from the streets! It is from our sweat and blood!
I hope God heals their heart & their souls!

Happy that you were able to make a stop payment. Once payment is made you can kiss your refund goodbye. It will never happen unless there is some legal recourse against them. I just want an option to blacklist them from Google and all other search engines as they rank #1 in cheap airfares to lure customers and on checkout double the amount! Can't believe daily so many customers are still getting conned but that is because of the search engine. Something needs to be done to remove them permanently. I've been asking around but no-one knows how to proceed in terms of prosecuting or blacklisting them on the internet. One suggestion was to create a FB group and share everywhere so that people are aware if anyone has any other ideas let me know. Am happy to co-operate. I lost about $550 and would have lost more had it not been for my 30 mails refusing to pay the extra $1500 they wanted! Share your thoughts and let's make a concerted effort to help others. First we need to get them removed from the internet for making false and ambiguous policies and their defrauding billing and payment process. I have the full trail of email requesting for refund, cheaper flight than one booked but still paid a premium and refusing to pay for misleading and overcharge.

You are right, I never got my money back. The stupid customer service guy at my bank told me the transaction was stopped and i will get my money back in a week. I called after 10 days coz i didn't get any refund and was told nothing could be done to get this money back i just follow it up with the agency. Am so disappointed.

I have also been SCAMMED by this So called Company, thought i had paid in full online but got a shock when i printed my ticket confirmation it then said this is only part payment in general terms that made me not happy at all .So did some digging and found this to get a refund.

Hi there..am feeling your pain we booked on Friday from NZ to Singapore sounded like a bargain paid both payments but then were informed that we had to pay another US 550 as fares had gone up. Contacted the airline and had never been booked. We tried phone as well but never picked up. Asked for a refund but they wanted photos of credit card front and back contacted our bank and they said never to do this. We sent an email to the company "Jodi.Ng" telling them and they come back almost immediately with random answers. With the language used I am assuming it could be a computer? We have been told by our bank that we need to send all correspondence that we have made and I will tell you it is alot and they may be able to retract the payments but I am assuming we are [censor]. Looks like this is a new scam company looking at how new everyones posts are so this is probably the best way to get it out so other people do not get screwed.

I am also facing the same issue with airlinesticketcorp.com. i have booked my flight from dubai to calicut with192 USD but After taking my credit card information the fare jumped to 350 USD and they are asking me to complete the remaining payment in order to get the ticket.

I have requested for a refund, but no answer to the calls and taking their own sweet time respond to email and i realized that whatever i paid to them has gone.

Friends please suggest me how to take this up to the govt or credit card agency level to blcok this company for future transactions

Ok since no-one knows how to proceed with lodging complaints and claiming refunds here's what I propose. Can we start posting in Facebook or start a facebook group to make people aware. In the process, we can ask the public how to address the issue and make sure that the general public is made aware of the scam. Appreciate all of your feedback and thoughts on what would be the best medium to broadcast to all on the scam and get our refunds. They need to be brought to book and am sure once we start a campaign on any forum I'm sure more people will join. The more we reach the more we will be able to generate the interest and not let any other travel agency defraud people illicitly of their hard earned money. So come on if there are any experts in the group let's get started. I can start a Facebook page and get all of you to join and spread the word however, if there are other better sources please let me know. Any feedback or thoughts appreciated. Let's do it!

Never ever book your flights with airlinesticketcorp.com they are a big scam. They have 2 step process of booking. The charges that pop up in the first search is not the actual one. They will charge you again for issuing the ticket which then turns out to be very huge amount. They never respond to mails or chats and don't refund your cash either.

Would anyone know how to officially escalate or inform all on the internet about the Airlinesticketcorp. Here are the links to all the claims they're making which is false. Unfortunately, when doing a search they come up with the cheapest which is a ploy to lure customers and then fleece them ignoring their ambiguous T&C. Should let everyone know and action taken against them. I tried but since they got my payment already through devious means had no choice. Never once was the high fares shown until you went into your account to pay. This is really cheating customers and not making them aware of additional charges. Then they slap you with a fare which is more than double the original. My total was $1000 but final $2500. Fought with them and ended up not paying anything more than what was taken from my credit card of $1542. Big time fraudsters so everyone needs to be alerted. Should anyone know how to proceed further and take action against them at least for new customers please let me know. We should stop them from cheating gullible customers! It's just not right or ethical to make false claims and hold the customer to ransom. It is the customers right to get the service at the rate shown. If the customer is not happy should be refunded. I had about 30 email exchanges and a few chats with them to get my money back. Any thoughts or feedback to move forward will be most helpful. Thanks

No. Kept sending emails refusing to pay the additional amounts on top of already inflated 1st payment. Anyway after a chain of 30 emails they waived the balance and put us on a cheaper flight with no 2nd payment. Yes keep sending email refer to their ambiguous policies and hopefully you don't pay anything more. Infact you should threaten them with prosecution which is what I did. Unfortunately there's no way to inform everyone to stop using this site. I want to ban them and remove them permanently because it's a scam and defrauding innocent people. If you have any ideas to ban please let me know.

I know that IATA is taking this seriously as they certify all this online booking agencies. We can lodge a complain on their site so they can investigate. If we can gather a number of complainers I think they can take it further.

I went through the exact same trauma as you. I actually paid the full amount and then my son's visa was not approved. I cancelled the ticket and after 10 weeks of constant communication with Jury Gomez I was informed that the cancellation fees are more than the cost of the ticket. These people are BIG FRAUDSTERS and yes they prey on the "fools" like us who look for "cheap flights". Lesson learned, rather use a reputable travel agent OR better yet, book directly with the airlines!

I had the same experience as everyone else. This agency cheats you out of your money. When you go to pay it shows the low fare and when you make payment the amount changes. It goes up more than 50% but also if you read their T&C it is ambiguous. I requested immediate refund but they never bothered to respond. For me they lure customers to their site with low fares and then charge high amount on payment. then make every excuse to not give you your refund. I got my tickets but at a much higher cost in an airline that I do not like and not the one originally booked. As per their policy they shoul've refunded me fully which they did not. I send an email immediately requesting refund but they took their time. Let's all make a concerted effort to ban unscrupulous agents from the internet. Anyways, I want to know how to ban such agencies from the internet and stop duping/scamming customers of their hard earned money. Any thoughts on how to proceed in informing everyone because when doing a search they come up first so we need to make sure they're removed and that they do not cheat anyone any more. Agreed internet is free for all but still you have to trade ethically and there should be means to sue them for false claims and ambiguous T&C. Thanks

same problem with me. just booked ticket Dubai Chennai Chennai Dubai...they blocked 50% of my money and then I found about that there charge is 150usd higher than others. I wanted to cancel ticket and no one responding..how do we proceed on this..

I also booked with them. They said the same thing to me. 4 to 6 weeks. After 10 weeks they told me that my cancellation fees are more than the cost of the ticket and there is NO REFUND!

Those guys doesn't respond any of given phone number and no response on chat window as well.. i have not completed the final payment which so i am still hold my ticket stage. But i am not sure how to proceed further, to complete payment or i go for asking bank to dispute my transaction.. can anyone suggest please.

it is a fraud company do not make payment to this company i paid aed 1500 for ticket from dubai to kolkata and back and make payment through our bank emirates NBD online now neither i get flight ticket or refund if any one wants to enquire pl mail me spsoni12345@gmail.com i book a tiket on 20th july 2017my travel date is 23 july dubai to kolkata and back on 30th july in emirates air lines

I too purchased tickets from this company and did not get tickets, therefore missed my flight to my brothers funeral. This company should be closed down and or banned from the internet
