I have a account that I can not get into my username is tony1961 date of birth is 8/1/1973 I last played on about 3 weeks ago brought a new phone and can't get back in please help

I went to customer service complaining about a man sending me inappropriate pics. Next thing I know, I get permanently banned because I asked for help. I guess it is ok to AirG that a woman can be disrespected numerous of time by men. This is not the only time this has been done. I get disrespected by men numerous of times and nothing gets done to them! I have attached the screenshot of the man who sent me the inappropriate picture.

Why am I banned from the site for talking to someone about the weather and where we are both from ? First time using the site so guess I'll be deleting it after this bogus ban and letting everyone know - NOT to use it. I avoided all the pervs, and scammers, finding one person to actually speak to (we are both female btw) and some ‘profile' came in stating she was fat nasty ect and I blocked the multiple accounts that kept coming up and ignored them.. so not sure why I would have a ban. It seems this site has had the same complaints since 2011- TEN YEARS ? And it is still up and running ?

I was chatting away on air G and out of nowhere I refresh the page and it says my screen name is permanently banned. Upon calling customer service a very robotic person named Mike took my complaint and gave me this reason for why this it happened:

"You have been permanently banned for being associated with another account that is permanently banned."

When I probed a little further and asked what screen name I was associated with, Mike informed me he could not share that information for the privacy of the member. Mind you he just said that that person is permanently banned. So I guess accusing me of being associated with someone they don't like is enough grounds for them to curb my speech . The funny part is I bet the profile they permanently banned still exists.

AirG is a struggle company, a place that Harbors hate speech against minorities gays and anyone who in general is not a wasp. They even berate white people who don't share their racist misogynistic anti-homosexual ways. The bans temporary or permanent have always seemed to be like harassment for those who are counteracting their hate speech. They ban logic.

Oh well I guess I have to find solace in the fact that the rest of the world is okay and on better social sites.

The company AirG USA started to add $2.99 to my phone bills. I noticed that they have added some fake fees. I called to my phone company and argued with the rep within couple of hours. They couldn’t tell me anything precisely, so I threatened them and asked to find the company or person, who stole money from me. They did nothing and stopped the services of my phone company. I want to share my experience, because no one wants to pay for something that you don’t use.

The company AirG USA Inc is scam and this company added some charges to my bill. I haven’t used their services before and it was strange for me that they somehow added small sums to my bills. I called to my company and asked what they thought about this situation. But the rep from my company knew nothing. He promised to find out, but still nothing. Be aware that this company can easily rip off.

How can this site still be allowed. I am seriously offended that companies like boost mobile and sprint are associated with them I also have complained 3 times to their support department about the outright solicitation for sex and all I have ever recieved is a message stating it could take up to 5 business days for a response. Of course that is the last I have heard. Any ideas people?

I was Air-G client for 2 years. I used to pay $30 a month but the total bill for two years was huge. They used to refund me about $700 and I have already sent them request. Wish me luck in this case and be careful with your bills. Always check them twice!
