I received a sms in my number [protected]) on 11-Nov-07 after 7p.m. stating that a caller tune has been set up and 15 rupees is deducted from my existing balance.I had to give a call to customer care as I was totally confused how it happened.When spoken to a customer care executive,I was informed that a call was made from customer service and on my request this caller tune was setup.I explained that I had not received any call,nor did I take any initiative to activate caller tune.The call list of the phone shows no number dailed nor call recieved from Airtel customer care.This is really an unfair means of doing business,may be other customers are also facing the same consequences.Please look into this.Anticipating your cooperation.

    This same thing happened with me and 2 of my family members and this is too much, I mean this is no way making business .
