AirAsiaGo.com / booking system to be improved
Hi Airasiago, I am sharing my unpleasant booking experience through your website.
1. The option for payment is only credit card which required higher processing fees. (Hope Airasiago can consider to add in online banking option which required lower processing fees)
2. There is no way to add on pre-booked meal, baggage and insurance for my flight. I have checked that if I book later on the price is more than the usual rate. You did not provide me an option to add on during my booking yet charged at a higher rate if i buy later.
