re schedule of flight
Ako si Mylen De la Cruz ng Butuan City na naka schedule ang flight butuan to manila ngayong October 24 subalit naglabas po kayo ng advisory na nagsasabi na sa halip na oct. 24 naging oct 25 at connecting flight pa cebu to manila.Hindi po ako pwede sa ganoong petsa kasi meron po akong seminar sa Oct.25 kailangan kong makarating sa manila.
Ito po ay hindi ko kasalanan, kaya po ako kumuha ng ticket in advance para masiguro ko na makarating sa itinakdang panahon. Okay lang po sa akin na kahit anong aiplane gagamitin ng air phil na aking masakyan patungong Manila ngayong 24 basta importante makarating me ngayong 24 at hindi po 25.Ito po ay hinihiling ko sa inyo na kayo na po ang mag process kung paano, basta wala na po akong karagdagang ibibigay na bayad sa pamasahe.Nong bumili po ako ng tiket sa inyo nagiging final na ang contrata natin.Dahil sa ginagawa niyong ito masyado kaming naabala. Ito po ay maliwanag na bridge of contract of carriage at maging liable po kayo nito ng damages sa perwisyo na aking sasapitin, kung sakali hindi ko maabot sa itinakdang panahon.Hinihiling ko po ang iyong agarang kasagutan at kung nais niyo po akong kontakin eto po iyong number [protected], [protected]..[protected]@yahoo.com
Noong nag inquire po ako dito sa inyong ticketing office dito sa Butuan, nabanggit po ng staff na yung naapektuhan ng biyahe ay pwede mag pa re issue ng ticket ng biyahe PAL papunta Manila, kaya lang dapat kayo po ang mag sasaayos ng pag re issue ng ticket sa akin sa PAL para makarating ako sa 24 ng walang dagdag na bayad. Maraming salamat po.Sana po iyo akong matulungan.

Good evening...We have a travel reservation Oct.3, 2012 for Ms.Merly Saulog. The complet travel itinerary was Oct.3-6, 2012 to and from Cagayan de Oro City with five (5) passengers.Based on your email...it is a must to present credit cad used in purchasing the tickets and valid identification upon check-in. My concern is this...in purchasing the ticket i have used my BPI credit card no. [protected] and i paid my account in cash to BPI last March l6, 2012 ...however, upon paying my account i surrendered the card i used. I remembered that i need to show the card i used in purchasing the ticket...immediately i applied for a new one...BPI issued my new card numbered [protected] as a replacement...for your info...thank you..Merly Saulog
To Airphil Express:Good day!I had a scheduled flyt last sept. 2, w/c was booked by my big brother from cebu-tacloban 4:10pm departure.I arrived at cebu airport not late for boarding and was able to check in on tym with exact baggage of 25kg paid by my brother thru online booking.I paid the terminal fee before going in...as i was about to go in, , , the security guard stopped me and informed me that i cannot go in with 1 of my handcarry w/c was put inside a box that it was too big.I ask him what should i do then?He told me to have it check in...i told him it would be a problem since i only have enough money brought with me.Since i am only a reviewee for the licensure exam...I told him how about have it cargoed?He told me, it won't be possible na daw.I thought the first priority of the airlines is to accomodate the confirmed passengers and made sure that they are already set to go once everythings done.It was hard for me then to board my flyt without being sure that my things will be with me.I was traumatized that i was not able to get to my destination dat day and on tym because i was not able to pay my xcess handcarry...w/c was 1k plus and i only had 600pesos left.Its been awyl since i get the chance to be with my family esp. my sick father...who was expecting me to arrive that day and time.I was disappointed with the airlines esp. when they told me that my ticket is forfeited.It would have been ok if they would just schedule you for another flyt since it is non refundable.I have choosen your airlines over cebu pacific since i have experience the difference of the quality of the flyt and crews.I am just a passenger who wants to go home to her family...but ended up crying and disappointed.Pls. be considerate of situations like this esp. of passengers who have no idea what should be done.Do orient your crews and staff at the check in counter to be able to inform and help confirmed passengers and check the handcarrys before letting them go in and accomodate what to do...so they won't end up disappointed and traumatized.Than having alot of staff or crews at the check in counter doing nothing.Thank you...God bless...
