Not a good working enviroment
I warning future people who go on Craig List, Michigan Live in reference to a job that says you can make $15.00 per hour BE AWARE the company name is AIR ONE 6060 Torrey Road phone number is [protected].
The first person will be interviewing you Name Nathan Darling he is the one who make you think your going to make lots of money by holding a three day class about the product without making any money then they will tell you to go on 10 practice appointments to get practice and how you can make for the first sale $200.00, second sale $250.00 once you make the sale that’s when the real problem of you getting paid if you made a sale over the weekend he tell you your pay will be given to you by that Tuesday in which it’s a LIE also you will be told that the finance company has to verity the person’s information after you the person has the system in there home for maybe even a week.
The owner Dan Phalen will have you driving in everyday around 10.00 a.m. for a meeting that only last for five minutes without pay the company is not a good place to work it rips you off as a employee this office does not have one minority working in it except one or two sales associate don’t get caught up on the tern SUPER FANTASTIC you will be ripped off.

I received a Blackjack scratch off card from Air One of Michigan. After scratching it off I determined I was a winner on hand 2. When I called to claim my prize they asked me if I was a US resident, over 21 and was I married and had full time employment. Because I am not married and not full time employed they told me that I was not eligible to receive my prize, however according to the Blackjack rules the only people are not eligible to win are (prior promotion winners, employee's or family members of sponsor. I am going to down tomorrow to speak to the manager of Air One of Michigan and if they refuse to give me my prize I am going from there to the Genesee circuit court to file a lawsuit and speak to the Genesee county prosecutor about possible criminal charges. By the time I am done with them they are going to wish they would have given me my prize because by time they get done with attorney fees it is going to cost them 10 times the grand prize which is 10, 000 and I am here to say Manley and Manley can't even help them.
I can tell you that your not going to be able to win that sort of law suit. It (the 'lottery" ticket) falls under contract law. In order to be enforced there has to be 3 components, which are offer, acceptance and consideration. While there was an offer (the lottery ticket) and acceptance (you did except the lottery scratch off) there was hardly a consideration, or what in Latin is termed " Quid Pro Quo" or "this for that" meaning there was NOTHING in it for them to honor the ticket you scratched off. This 'scratch off ticket' is a common sales tactic that is used by MANY companies. While I am no 'licensed' attorney I do have sufficient dealing in the area of litigation.
I am sure if you look at that 'ticket' there is probably wording like 'other restrictions apply' or something similar. They know what they are doing ...

I also went to the same place for a interview. When i got there it seemed very strange that there were so many people trying to get the same job. I went through the training and found it very exciting and also different then any other job I've don't before. Still I was very skeptical. The Next week i did exactly what they told me to and on that tuesday i did have a 750$ pay check. The next week I received a $1250 pay check. Now I started thinking that all the people that write negative info on the internet must have not listen or did not do what they were suppose to. I have a very relaxed schedule with making this kind of money. Some of the people that worked with me would takes days and days off for what ever reason. I have never heard of a brand new employee getting to take a day off right when you first get a new job. i watched this happen over and over again as i went to work everyday doing what they told me to do and i made lots of money. The company is a very good place to work and very honest. Im sad i don't work there anymore i had to move for family reasons and now cant find a great paying job like i had. This is my experience with the company, my opinion. Make sure you give your self a shot if you are a hard worker no matter what you will do great with this company
